Plot:
A week after the apprehension of Majid Sadiq in Site F - Denver, US, it appeared that the attacks were over and the Engineers’ operation was dismantled. Unfortunately, the Blacklist attacks did not cease after Sadiq’s faked death. Remnants of the Engineers had reconsolidated and are now initiating a failsafe plan to proceed with the largest of the Blacklist attacks. Sam Fisher and Isaac Briggs are tracking the remaining Engineers with the assistance of Victor Coste’s Paladin Nine PMC. It’s up to the the other Fourth Echelon Splinter Cell Agents to identify the next Blacklist attack, but they can’t do it alone.

Captain Scott Mitchell was deployed with Alpha and Bravo Teams on an operation in Afghanistan to eliminate a Taliban leader and there are multiple teams on stand by as QRF around the area. Fortunately, there are always Ghost teams posted in the United States in case if a domestic threat would occur. Although they might think they’re on official leave, one of the teams get a phone call to report to Fort Bragg.
