Why? He's afraid to leave his children without a father, and leaving his wife if he gets KIA. He was trained to kill, just like every other soldier, but he truly doesn't wish to harm or kill anyone, and hopes it's only in self-defense in keeping himself alive or someone else alive.
What single event would most throw this character’s life into complete turmoil? Either of his kids dying before him.

Most ill at ease when: When things aren't going well; though, he keeps calm in a war zone.
Enraged when: He sees an armed individual harming or killing an unarmed civilian – especially children.

Priorities: Taking care of his wife and kids, taking care of his parents and sister, and making sure they are safe. Making sure his unit comes back home alive and well after every mission.

Why? Since she was two-years-old, she has suffered through Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, which has went into remission, but has been dealing with tumors off and on.
Character’s soft spot: Children and animals
Is this soft spot obvious to others? Very, especially to those under his command. In fact, there has been a few times, where he would see a puppy or a kitten, pick them up, and put them in one of his pouches of his armored vest, and go out of his way to help a number of children who needed help from someone, as they were all alone in a war-torn country.
Greatest strengths: Leadership
Greatest vulnerabilities or weaknesses: He cares so much about people in general, including his loved ones and friends, sometimes to the point of hurting himself. Becomes extremely angry when he's provoked, maybe to the point of violence, which is due to hidden issues he keeps from everyone.
Biggest regret: Wasn't able to be there when his daughter was born, due to being deployed.
Minor regret: Not being home so much to watch his son play the school sports he is involved in throughout the school year, and rarely gets to see him play.
Biggest accomplishment: Troy considers donating bone morrow for his daughter after she was diagnosed with Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, which relapsed, and he had to donate to her again, and saving her life when she was two-years-old to be one of his biggest accomplishments that surpassed anything he's ever done.
Minor accomplishment: Joining the US Army
Past failures he/she would be embarrassed to have people know about: Was held back in the ninth grade. Failing the Army's Physical Fitness Test the first time he took it.
Why? He was held back, due to his eyesight, but had laser surgery to correct his eyesight since then. He sprained his ankle a mile into the 2-mile run, which he felt embarrassed about, even though he was able to take it again when he recovered from his injury.
Character’s darkest secret: During his time in the US Army 101st ABN (Air Assault) Division, he accidentally killed a small child who ran into his line-of-fire as he was looking through his scope, and pulled the trigger to kill an enemy combatant while in Afghanistan. Still deeply troubled by this event, he goes to see a therapist for it every now and then.
Does anyone else know? His CO's in the US Army, and a few of his friends who served in his unit, and was with him that day, are the only ones who know.

Goals

Drives and motivations: His family, close friends, and the desire to continue defending his country and helping others around the world as he continues his military career.
Immediate goals: Continue to be the best at what he does, keep his unit safe while under fire, keeping fit and healthy – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Long term goals: Taking care of his family.
How the character plans to accomplish these goals: For his immediate goals, he'll learn from the best, and never give up learning to be what a good leader is and does in the military, no matter how far he is promoted. He will keep his unit safe by making sure he gives out orders that he knows won't send them to their deaths meaninglessly. As for keeping fit mentally, physically, and spiritually, he will continue to exercise, meet with a professional who he can privately talk to about certain issues he can't bring himself to talk to anyone else, and continue to strengthen his faith, no matter how bad things can get for him. His long term goal, he will stay in the US Army as long as he can, set up funds for his two kids, especially so they can have good education and can go through college of their choice, and set up something for his wife to use in case she needs help if he were to die either in combat or via some other way, such as old age, if he's lucky.

Strengths:
- Sharpshooter: Bennett was a top marksmen for the RANGERS prior to his assignment with the Ghosts. The mid-aged marksmen is capable of hitting a quarter inch spread with ten shots in sixty seconds, but can fire faster without reducing his accuracy that much. The fastest he's ever fired was twenty rounds within thirty five seconds; he achieved a one and a half inch spread at four hundred yards when the test was completed. Accurate enough to hit the same man twenty times with a 7.62x51mm round.

- Calm: One of Bennett's greater strengths is his ability to remain calm under fire and communicate without expending his breath while stressed; his combat experience with the RANGERS taught him how to control his breathing and remain focused and aware during a fire-fight. Bennett's calmness can - and has - spread across his former unit; the ability to calm others by remaining calm yourself is a natural ability.

Weaknesses: (Minimum 2)
- Control (poor adaptability): Bennett needs control of a situation to be at his best. When things go awry, he can adapt, but he's far slower than the average Ghost. Though a weakness, it should be mentioned that he is still a Ghost, so his adaptability is still stronger than the average soldier. He is special forces after all.

- New: Bennett is relatively new to the Ghost unit. Though he was trained to understand more about the unit, some things have to be learned on deployments while you're engaged. Specific tactics, such as the Ghosts' frequency to use drones, is a foreign tactic to him. Furthermore, the Ghosts tend to operate on all kinds of theatres, with varying tactics he's never even heard of.[/i]


Biography:

Bennett, at the age 21, was perhaps one of the youngest soldiers to ever join the Ghosts after successfully proving his abilities while a member of the Rangers; Bennett enlisted at the age 17 with parental consent. Shortly after joining the GST, the then Private First Class was deployed to Iraq in 2007 to assist the Ghosts in counter-insurgency operations. He had previously been to Iraq with the US Rangers in 2005, a few months after he passed Ranger school.

It was in 2008 when he established himself as a top-grade marksmen, eliminating thirteen insurgents at a range of five hundred yards with less than eighteen rounds after they had ambushed a US Army squad. Though he was unable to save a pair US Soldiers from the ambush, he was able to distract the insurgents long enough for the US squad to recover from the sudden attack and engage the Taliban.

In 2009 he was deployed to Afghanistan to assist the Canadians with counter-insurgency operations as well in the province of Kandahar. Finally, in 2011, he was recalled to the United States when the Iraq war was finished. It only took a few more years before the Ghosts were called again to fight against Syria, though it was obviously unofficial.

Bennett participated in various raids alongside SEALs and other special forces combating ISIL and ISIS, including a friendly fire incident that resulted in the loss of some Kurdish fighters who mistakenly thought the Ghosts returning to a FARP were hostile due to the way they had been dressed; the Ghosts had donned outfits ISIL wore to blend in while they eliminated a high ranking individual.

Throughout his service with both the Rangers and GST unit, Bannett has risen the enlisted ranks. He now sits as a Master Sergeant in the US Army.

Strengths: Marksman: Jacob is an excellent marksman and as such prefers to engage his enemy from a distance.

Biography: Jacob was born in Kansas City, Kansas and grew up with his brother and parents in a small apartment in the south of the city. He had decent childhood and when he was about 8 he, his mother, and brother moved further South away from his father due to a divorce.The divorce hit Jacob hard though he knew that life would have been worse if his parents had stayed together. Jacob went through high school like every other student managing a B+ average and after many fights graduated. After high school, he was recruited into the Marines and after 2 tours in Iraq and then Afghanistan. His first tour he didn't see much action but during his second tour, he was out on patrol when his squad was attacked, where he and a couple of others were wounded in the fighting, a stray round caught him in the shoulder, and they were rushed to the military hospital. After he was contacted by the Division and offered a position. He went through the training and passed within the top 10 of his class. After that Jacob went and attended sniper school to get certified. During his Sniper school training Jacob fell and broke his foot while climbing up to a hide, and after some recuperating finished his training. After he was finished he bought and opened a bar where he served drinks until he was activated and sent as part of the first wave of Division Agents to New York.

- Very good at her job of quickly identifying weaknesses in the enemy position or stronghold and exploiting them.

- Not the best shot in her team but its not her job so often just helps with suppressive and volley fire.
- Has basic training in melee combat but hasn't had much super advanced training or chances to improve as she works hard to keep people at arms reach, preferably right next to an explosive device she is about to detonate.


Bio:
Born in Nagoya Emily had a stable childhood and a incident free one at that. Going to school and making friends like most other young girls. The highlights of her months however were going to see the Dragons play in the Nagoya Dome when her family had the time. But when she was twelve there was an bombing attack on the dome (this is not a real life event). During a game an explosion occurred on the far side of where she was sitting. And the terror on her family as they all tried to evacuated greatly affected young Emily. And from that moment onward she vowed to not let it happen again to her Childhood place of memories and dreams. And that the only explosions that she would allow would be those she made to safeguard the innocent and punish the terrorists that would do the same to the former.

She is aware of the ironic and possibly hypocritical nature of her reason for doing what she does but doesn't seem to care at all.

To achieve her goal however she joined the Police when she was old enough. And although she did well at this there wasn't enough explosions and 'real' criminal stoppages for her to be satisfied. So instead she put her plan and desire to the head of her police precinct and was soon undergoing trials to join SAT. And obviously she succeeded and is now a fully fledged member of same! Bring explosive pain and justice to the doors of terrorists all over Japan!

Strategy. Kevin always has a plan to deal with the guards and obstacles that he encounters. Its helped him stay alive.

Weaknesses: Family. Kevin is a family man. While he may not show it on missions, he is constantly plagued by the thought that he may be the cause of their deaths one day. While he hides it well, It still plagues him, almost to the point of compromising some of his earlier missions.

Brash: While it is true that he has survived many engagements, Some of them he almost did not due to his want to move on with the objective and as such, has almost gotten himself killed.



Biography: (250 Words or more)

Kevin was a jarhead from the age of 18. From the time he was thrown into Boot camp, to graduation, To when he was recruited into the Splinter Cell program, He always wanted to be a soldier first. He felt that it was his duty to the country to serve and would constantly look down on the civilian population for not doing their part.

When he was recruited into the Splinter Cell program, Kevin was quickly shown that while the Civilian population did not serve, They contributed in many other ways, An appropriate example would be Anna Grimsdotter, While not military, She helped with OPS and troubleshooting and was the unofficial second in command after Lambert.

To this day, He regrets when He was tasked with finding the Splinter Cell Sam Fisher, after being declared an enemy of the country by 3rd Echelons successor, Tom Reed. It was an abrupt and rash call, In Kevins opinion, and after many months of unsuccessful tracking, Was tasked with a less important duty: Trailing important politicians.

After Tom Reeds death at the hands of Anna Grimsdotter, He was offered a chance to be reactivated as an agent of 4th Echelon, A secret faction lead by Anna, That did seperate OPS without Sam Fishers knowledge. Which brings us to the current day.

Technically Inclined: Gabriel went to school for Computer science, and thus has an extreme good grip on electronics and how to use them, and operate them.

Biography: (250 Words or more)

Gabriel grew up in the Suburbs of East L.A. during the 90's. His dad worked as a electrician and his mom stayed home to help take care of him and his two sisters, both younger than him. Growing up in East L.A. was rough for Gabriel, since his dad wasn't affiliated in the gangs, he had problems with a large majority of kids around the neighborhood whose families were associated with the various gangs across East L.A. Because of his dad being a electrician Gabriel's interest in electronics grew at an astounding rate. He studied computer sciences at school clubs with other kids who were interested throughout middle and high school. Gabriel entered Highschool in August of 2001, and such remembers the events of that September day. Gabriel decided after then he would join the military to serve his country after he got a college education, because his father had told him time and time again that a college education means better paying jobs. His father, also wanting him to be able to defend himself, convinced Gabriel to join wrestling. Even though he didn't take it seriously, wrestling in High School helped Gabriel develop a habit of weight training and understand basics to fighting.

Gabriel ended up going to college at CSULA, where he continued to study computer engineering. Well attending CSULA, he met his fiancée, Susana whose father served in the military. At first they had a hard time communicating due to Susana being deaf, but after taking multiple courses in Sign Language and practice with Susana, Gabriel was able to communicate and establish a relationship. After getting his Bachelor degree in computer science, Gabriel joined the Army, however he didn't want to go to OCS because he felt like he wasn't a leader, so he declined the offer to attend OCS, and instead pursued a route in the U.S. Army Rangers. He served in the Rangers until he was 27, being asked to join the Ghost Recon program after his C.O. recommended him.

Is this soft spot obvious to others? Somewhat. He does show affection to dogs within his past units or for strays on the battlefield, but since he’s been working solo operations, no one could witness him petting the canines.

Biggest regret: During a raid in Afghanistan, a German Shepard that was owned by one of their targets accidently played fetch with a M84 he just tossed into the room. The unfortunate canine died from the injuries minutes later caused from the 3rd Degree burns and the swelling that had constricted the dog’s throat which resulted in asphyxiation. The memory still plays out in his head everytime he sees a German Shepard.

Minor regret: He lost his primary weapon during a botched and hasty extraction after a mission that required a hot extract.

Biggest accomplishment: He prevented a nuclear-capable dirty bomb from detonating with his EOD skills obtained from his days in an Operational Detachment Alpha (US Army Special Forces).

Minor accomplishment: Passing CAG tryouts.

Past failures he/she would be embarrassed to have people know about: During 18C/Special Forces Engineer training, Adkins prematurely detonated a block of C4 without warning or providing a verbal cue (e.g. “Fire in the hole!”). He also tried loading a .40S&W cartridge into a .45ACP pistol magazine (of a Glock 21) during preparation for his first mission as a Special Forces soldier.

Why? The instructors gave him an exaggerated, but necessary lecture and became an example of “what not to do during demolition work.” Adkins was lucky this didn’t stick with him in the future because he would be where he is now with that kind of reputation. As for attempting to load the wrong cartridge caliber into the wrong magazine, he was lucky he caught his mistake when he realized the round was slightly smaller than the rest. His suspicion was confirmed when he observed the engravings on the base of the cartridge.

Character’s darkest secret: Adkins enjoys torturing his enemies. When he’s not being monitored, he would go out of his way to make an individual suffer for hours. Due to this dark habit, he has a grasp of how and where in the human body to cut, stab, break, or dislocate in order to maximize pain.

Does anyone else know? Some members of his ODA had witnessed this occurring, but they never spoke, questioned, or stopped Adkins about the situation. Be a closely-knit brotherhood, they chose to remain silent on the matter.



Goals

Drives and motivations: Adkins strives to be physically fit and healthy for the rest of his life or as long as he is still alive and able. He is driven by his hatred, motivated to protect the Homeland from further attacks, and passionate in killing anyone who attempts to attack the U.S. and its citizens

Immediate goals: Identifying and finding the individual(s) responsible for the Green Flu. Surviving the operation to see another day. Making sure he doesn’t catch frostbite or hypodermia even though he’s well-equipped with temperature regulating gear.

How the character plans to accomplish these goals: With the combined effort of the friendly assets, the bio-terrorist(s) who planned this attack will not have a rock to hide under for long.
