The intercontinental express speeds on through the night, strangely empty. The lights are on, the passenger cars are lit and cheery. Tables are set, food has been served. But not even the conductors man the train. The ghost train speeds on. In the first class dining compartment, a figure stirs. He rises from his seat, and picks up a glass of wine. Sipping slowly at it, he fondles the Cossack saber hanging at his side beneath the long trench coat. Adjusting his fedora so the bold peacock feather perked out at a jaunty angle, he slowly began strolling down amidst the empty seats.
"So Monkey. I think it's about due for this little fight of ours to get... back on track." Dutch chuckled at his clever pun, and lounged back, waiting for his nemesis.

"Man, if I had known getting in some practice meant fighting you, I probably would have turned Spartan down. But hey, whatever. So Dutch, pick a number, one or two?"
Monkey asked as he appeared behind Dutch in a short-cut duster. Monkey wore the duster over a dark green shirt with black pants, Katana of Narration at his side. He held one fist over his head as he waited for Dutch's response.
"Sorry but I'm not foolish enough to hold back against you. Even though I think this train will be demolished the moment one of us gets serious, I'm not willing to risk that you'd hold back."
Monkey said this as his free hand found the handle of the katana at his side.

"I defy your rules Monkey and substitute my own. I pick number three." Dutch casually wheeled around, hand on his shashka. He glanced dismissively at Monkey's katana. "Don't you feel the katana is overused as a badass sword? You need to have a little more imagination me boy." He said, sliding the slightly curved Cossack saber from its scabbard with a metallic ring. He stepped forward, sliding off his coat. "Don't worry about the train, I've had some friends of mine meddle with it some. It'll stay on the tracks no matter what we do. The structural integrity depends on how this plays out of course, but it won't derail." Dutch grinned. "Well, enough of the pleasantries then."
As the coat slid off his arm, a big shiny pistol was uncovered. Fire and lightning exploded as the pistol fired super-charged plasma-condensation rounds at monkey.

Monkey looked at Dutch with annoyance as he brought his fist down on head, hitting his temple. Monkey went limp as the rounds raced at him, but quickly drew his blade and coursed energy through it. He sliced through each of Dutch's plasma rounds and stood there with a grin. The plasma rounds scattered in halves behind Monkey before exploding and spreading flames throughout the compartment behind him. The flames blazed behind Monkey, covering his front with darkness.
"Totally looking like the devil right? C'mon, be honest. Anyway Dutch, your right, let's end this. Once. And. For. All."
Monkey raised his hand as he spoke; energy gathered and swirled around into a single point, bending the light around it. Small sparks of electricity appeared around the densely packed ball of energy and even the fire behind Monkey swirled into the energy ball as he grew restless.
"I need imagination? Alright then, your choice. By the way, bad idea fighting me in such a closed space. Now try this! Chaos Variant: The World!"
As Monkey yelled, the ball of energy collapsed in on itself before exploding outward towards Dutch. In an instant, the entire compartment space between them was filled with chaotic energy, energy that destroyed everything it engulfed as it rushed at Dutch.

Dutch nearly rolled his eyes out of his head.
"Still using that Chaos jibber-jabber? I thought you would have developed beyond that." The saber was in his hands and plunging into the ground right before him in the flash. "I. Demand. Order." In a blazing instant the ground in front of Dutch expanded out in a flaring wave like one of the outburts of a sun. But no devastating wave of carnage was this, for even as Monkey's chaos strike hit it dead-on, the change was apparent. The force of Order, channeled through Dutch's shashka met and neutralized it's counterpart. The furious uncontrolled chaotic expansion was stopped, simmered, and dissipated.
Dutch observed the obliterated train before them, clucking his tongue. "Tsk tsk tsk Monkey, you shouldn't wreck such nice finery." He pulled the saber out of the floor and swirled it around in a brief, neat pattern. Then with a grin, Dutch swung the point towards monkey. "Now, please Monkey, do calm down." In a rolling wave, the ethereal force of order erupted forth and swept towards Monkey, undoing all the chaotic damage done in the process. And as Dutch knew well, anyone endowed with chaotic power upon getting struck with the force of order would feel burning like mighty fire throughout.

Monkey looked extremely annoyed at Dutch as the force of order rushed at him.
"Okay, I'm mad now. Now I'm gonna hurt ya."
Chaotic energy covered Monkey in an instant and he fired a beam of energy at the force of order and the result was an explosion. It sent smoke throughout the compartment obscuring the vision in the room to about a foot in front of the person. However, Monkey didn't need to see, he could hear Dutch's heart beating. In an instant the cloud of smoke behind Dutch was pierced by a pair of pale white hands that darted to grab Dutch's arm. This wasn't a ghost or a monster, but rather Monkey in his Chaos Beast Form. Monkey would attempt to grab Dutch and rip his arm off forcibly with his enhanced strength. Monkey held the katana of narration in his strengthened jaw in hopes to at least buy time to rip off Dutch's arm.

He felt the claws grip down on his arm through the smoke. Dutch grimaced, he'd been hoping he wouldn't have to test the elixir out just yet. But he didn't seem to have any other choice. With a mighty yell he pulled as he whirled around, mustering all the raw strength he could. With a sickening snap his left arm flew off. The pain was almost non-existent through the suddenness of the shock however, and Dutch focused on his movements. He spun in a complete circle, the shashka outspread, and sent the combined strength of his swing right into and through Monkeys monstrous leg. Not pausing to survey the damage done, he tucked down low and bolted, tucking away the sword and drawing his pistol. Two shots blew down the door, and from there he hurled himself across the gap between cars. Kicking down the door into the next car, he slammed it behind him and blew open the nearest window.
Gun tight in his teeth, he leaped out the window and drew a dagger. Plunging it into the side of the train, he swung himself onto the roof. The speeding air ruffled his hair and sent droplets of blood whipping away into the distance. The pain was growing now, sharp and chewing. He clenched his teeth, praying. C'mon, work damnit, work...
Nothing seemed to be happening. Dutch felt a twinge of fear. But, then it appeared. Slowly, and in small drops, his blood was racing towards his bleeding stump. What had been pumping out of him was rushing back into his veins excitedly. Slowly, much slower than he'd hoped. It would take a fair while for it to be all the way back.
But for now, the bits of arm scattered across the train slowly began to slide back towards its owner.

Monkey saw the blade coming but could only block with the sword in his mouth. As Dutch's blade smashed into Monkey's, the side of Monkey's blade smashed into his knee, shattering it. The force also broke a few of Monkey's teeth as Dutch escaped. Still, the outcome was favorable for Monkey as he stood with a limp in the empty compartment, his leg would need a while to heal enough to use it. That's when Monkey heard a faint noise of something shuffling along the floor; he turned to see what was left of Dutch's arm writhing on the floor.
"Heh heh, yeah no."
Monkey raised a hand and small bolts of energy flew at the moving flesh to incinerate it. He then fired more into the compartment to set it ablaze. He then turned towards Dutch's exit and inhaled deeply. The smell of Dutch's blood was everywhere, in here, the next compartment, and outside in the wind. It was astounding how much a human body could bleed. Monkey felt the urge to hunt strongly, he grew rapid with his breathing. He strained his hearing and heard the panting of an individual outside. Of course, how else would the smell be outside unless Dutch had tried to escape outside.
"Oh poor Dutchy, well then, let's end this in three. Chaos Blast!"
Monkey roared as energy shot from between the two horns on his head. The energy shot through the upper wall at the end of the carriage where Dutch escaped from. The angle of the blast would have the blast covering the left side of the roof of the next carriage. Monkey watched as the energy made a hole in the carriage and leapt through to the roof of the next carriage landing on one hand and saw Dutch.
"By the way, cooked your arm. Kay, thanks, die."
Monkey said as he threw his sword at Dutch.

The sword rumbled, rattled. Chaos was coming. Dutch's arm was half back now, and the process seemed to be accelerating. And then it slowed, nearly stopped. And Dutch saw what was coming back now was not blood but ash, and charred meat. He pulled his arm back with a yell, but it was too late. With a horrific slurping sound, Dutch's arm was back. But the forearm and hand were different, horrifically different. From the elbow down, the appendage was a sinister looking cobble of burnt meat and what looked like incinerated ash.
The sword rumbled again, nearly springing out of it's sheath. Sliding it free, Dutch moved out to block the chaos attack just a little too slow. The power of Order was just a foot from him when it met the chaos wave and the two annihilated. The force of the annihilation was like a missile to the chest, Dutch flipped through the air as he felt something breeze past him; Monkey's sword sliced through the air where Dutch had been.
The force knocked him over to the far end of the car. Steadying himself, Dutch held out his sword in both hands, his newly formed one glowing and smoking like something from the abyss. Horrid looking as it was, Dutch could feel the new power radiating from within it. He flashed his teeth. It had worked! Alright he still had a pretty insidious looking arm, but it had still worked.
"Yes, I noticed that. It looks pretty shitty now I must confess. You'll pay for screwing up a perfectly good arm!" Dutch shouted. Strength filled him anew, and he waited for Monkey to join him on the roof of the car.

"Oh? But in all fairness that new one looks pretty cool."
Monkey said as he hobbled along the train car roof. He felt the bone fragments going back together like a jigsaw as well as torn tissue reconnecting. With his Chaos Beast Form, Monkey would be walking around fine in no time. He continued to limp towards Dutch leaving only the space between the two cars. Monkey looked Dutch over before grinning with his freshly formed teeth.
"What's wrong Dutch? Finding out that pissing me off is bad idea? Well they say you reap what you sow, and I'm about to reap the shit out of you."
Monkey said this as he felt his knee cap pop back into place, allowing him to stand normally once more. He continued to talk as he hopped onto the next car with Dutch.
"Ya know, I really thought about ways to hurt you in the most painful way, and three ideas came to mind. First I would make you swallow razor blades, then vomit them up. Second Id tie a noose around your neck and give you some severe whiplash. Third, I'm just gonna inject raw chaos energy into your body and see what happens."
Monkey suddenly dashed at Dutch leaving only three feet between them, before firing off three salvos of chaos enegy at Dutch. One salvo came from each hand, with the third coming from between his horns.
"But before that, I think I'll break a few more bones! Chaos Tri!"

Dutch glanced at his arm and shrugged.
"It looks fine for now, but it won't do any good at the fancy party I throw when I toss your carcass into the ocean." He flashed a cocky grin, watching as Monkey slunk towards him, wind tearing at his hair. Right, this form heals. Well, now two can play at that game. Dutch studied his foe, waiting for a move. He then laughed and shook his head at Monkey, clucking his tongue. "Is that all then? Monkey my boy, you're so uncreative. That's mere childs-play compared to what I could think of to do to you."
Monkey was preparing to charge, that was plain enough to see. Considering his tendency for close quarters and the narrowness of the train car, that was his only option. Dutch stood perfectly calm, waiting until Monkey was in the midst of launching his tri attack before moving. Shoving the shashka down into the train, he unloosed a burst of Order and leaped. He flung himself into the air, feeling the upheaval of his stomach as the chaos attack boiled beneath him. Flipping forward like a perfect gymnast, he spun over Monkeys head and landed behind him, unleashing a slicing attack even as his boots touched the speeding train car.

Monkey cancelled his attack and instead lunged himself forward as Dutch passed over him. He felt the tip of Dutch's blade graze him, causing a small cut across Monkey's back. The wound bubbled with the same pale color as Monkey's flesh before healing. Monkey then spun around and open up his right hand, calling forth the katana of narration from from behind Dutch. Monkey saw the blade fly through the air blade first towards him, with Dutch between the blade and it's wielder. Monkey then tried to distract Dutch with another attempt at banter.
"You know, I feel like we've done this before a lot, dancing circles around each other. It really makes me wonder, what's is your mad testosterone fueled obsession with me? I didn't kill your loved one did I?"
Monkey asked with a crude smirk as the katana was only inches away.

Monkey's hand was outstretched, an attack. But no hellfire was bursting forth, it wasn't coming from him. Which meant Dutch couldn't see it now. Which meant he should move. So he did. Jumping forward, he stabbed his saber into the side of the car and used it to fling himself forward and around Monkey -flying over the ground speeding beneath him- and pulling a frontflip, landing a few meters behind Monkey on the next car.
"I dunno, I s'ppose you're just the closest thing I've ever had to a nemesis."

Monkey caught the katana of narration as it came to his hand. He twirled it twice he turned towards Dutch in a casual manner.
"Nemesis? I think you flatter me too much. Even if you created that whole persona to take me out, it's not like I personally enjoy our matches. Besides, Saber's the only one I really want to kill. But hey, who am I to ruin the fantasies of someone wanting to play the big leagues. But if I may say, there is a reason you can't beat me. Want me to tell you why?"
Monkey gave Dutch a look of honest waiting, to see if Dutch really wanted to know what Monkey had to say.

Dutch was leaning back against his saber which was sticking out of the roof of the train. Wind blowing at his hair, he cocked an eyebrow.
"Do tell my dear fellow, what reason is there that I just can't beat you? Because to be frank, I don't remember you ever beating me either. Well, except for that little 'bout in the main mission, but that was by intent." He yanked the sword out and slung it over his shoulder, sauntering casually towards him. "So tell me Monkey, what's your special secret, eh?"

Monkey smiled playfully before he spoke.
"Because Dutch, you don't have the desire to fight. And I don't mean that kiddie shit like challenging someone to a fight. You lack the instinctive drive to be strong. It's not really a rarity, since very few people do. Spartan has it though, and even Tin to a lesser degree. It's not something one is born with, but something one obtains through a method. That drive is born from a resolve in one's beliefs, ideals, desires, or anger even. And you Dutch, simply don't have enough to bring out that drive. You want to beat me? Why? Because I'm your nemeses? Don't make such statements without some real resolve. If I'm your rival that's fine, rival's always push each other. Nemeses' don't drive each other, they just try to kill each other. And if you're going to come at me as a nemeses, then you better resolve yourself for a real fight. But if I'm your rival, then I'll push you till you can bring out your drive. So what say you Dutch? Am I a rival or a nemeses? It's your funky little world to decide!"
Monkey held up his open hand before closing it into a fist, inviting Dutch to either decide or attack.

Dutch tossed one hand dismissively up in the air.
"Pal, you're my rival. Nemesis. I don't care really. I have come to the conclusion that it'd be pretty fun to beat you. You are someone I have decided that defeating would be nice and fun for things like boasting rights and what not. Personally, I don't really care how you want to take this all. You wanna come at me full-strength thunder-roaring? By all means do; I'll be sure to respond similarly. Up to slash at each other with some excellent swords? By all means go for it. I've decided I want to beat you one way or the other. I don't particularly care how."
He began slowly walking towards Monkey, sword tip scrapping along the surface of the train. "So Monk, how you gonna have it?"

Monkey slouched his posture and sighed.
"Dutchy... You're one of my favorite people. But seriously, bragging rights? Is that all anybody wants? I remember when fighting meant something. Now I'm not gonna play nice. Royal Chaos Beast."
As Monkey straightened himself out, more chaos energy swirled around him. The wind roared louder and became more fierce as Monkey transformed once more. His pale skin reverted back to it's natural color as strange markings formed on his body. The horns on his head faded away and his hair turned black. A gray wrap formed around Monkey's body covering his left arm, torso, and the lower half of his face. The energy that had ben swirling around slowed before flowing off onto the train roof and washed away as if it were water. Monkey stared at Dutch with cod emotionless eyes.
"You asked me how I wanna have it? How about you just fall into oblivion? Chaos Variant: The Emperor."
Suddenly, a massive energy runic circle winked into existence behind Monkey, it shined with dark energy with ancient lettering within the closer circles. Upon closer review the runes spelled out the word for sword. Monkey raised his own sword and pointed it at Dutch.
"My Chaos Variant is a neat trick I learned while I dabbled in Tarrot cards. By the way, you might want to start dodging. Fire."
On his word, the runic circle released a flurry of blades, all of which flew at Dutch at an incredible speed. Each blade was of a different design, and each was charged with chaotic energy. Should one manage to impale Dutch, the result would be quite painful. The runic circle continued to release a surge of blades while Monkey simply watched.

Dutch shrugged.
"I fight because it's fun. Nothing more, nothing less. Not right now anyway." He took a cautious step back as Monkey made another transformation into one of his more ludicrously deadly forms. As a bubbling and boiling chaos attack welled into existence around them, Dutch slowly raised his saber. "Monkey, I think it's time for us to stop these silly little light shows. Again, I demand Order." He rammed the blade into the roof, and at once blazing hot light bloomed from the hilt and expanded like a wave.
As it hit the speeding hail of cutlery, there was a fiery flash and a shrieking sound as the two opposites overwhelmed each other and wrought their own destruction. The blades bulged from within, bursting at invisible seams and exploding outwards in a million tiny fragments which blew away in the wind. The storm of Order expended itself, flickering away to nothingness. Monkey and Dutch remained, staring at each other. "You see, you can't crush me with your chaos, and I can't burn you with order. We're going to need to try something different."

Monkey simply closed his eyes as Dutch made his statement.
"Chaos and Order are equal opposites? They cancel each other out and that's the end? Dutch when has anything been so black and white? But I guess I should teach you something new. Chaos and Order cannot exist without each other one is literally defined by its opposite. That said, inside every living being is the essence of Chaos and Order, the ability to tell between right and wrong. Even your pleasure in fighting for fun is a form of chaos. So with that logic in hand, time for a different kind of light show. Chaos Variable Two Engage: Chaotic Order."
The black energy that surrounded Monkey with it's red glow seemed to spasm before the glow shifted to a dark purple hue. Monkey opened his eyes and stared at Dutch coldly and raised his right arm.
"I usually have a plan to almost anything but having to shift my Chaos is something I find unpleasant. I suppose you could say, this is my counter to your counter. Have fun with this. Chaotic Order Variant: The Moon."
A large ball of energy formed over Monkey in an instant, inside it was a whirling torrent of energy being condensed to the point of erupting. Monkey slowly brought down his hand and the massive energy sphere began it's descent towards Dutch. Monkey watched as the sphere moved toward Dutch in an attempt to destroy him and his existence. If Dutch tried to counter the orb with his order he'd only be feeding it, and controlling it would be extremely difficult with Monkey's mixed energies in it. Monkey watched as the orb began scraping against the train roof and close in on Dutch.
