Bio: Born in New Marias, he was always getting into trouble with the milita. He always had an affinity with fire. One day he decided to explore the swamps when he saw Berkand with a weird sphere surrounded by scared citizens. Berkand activated the strange device. It caused a small explosion and the only ones left alive were Bertrand, a woman that was watching, and Thomas. He instantly knew something was different. That's when he discovered that he was a conduit. He had heard about them from a friend who died in Empire City. A conduit named Cole Macgrath was heading to New Marias and Bertrand wanted him dead. Flare honed the skills he knew and was constantly trying to get stronger.
