Y'all get to choose to either be a Conduit(a person with abilities) or a human. As a human you are either a scientist, cop, or militia. As a Conduit you are either good or evil. You also get to choose a type of power.(Like Cole Macgrath has electrical abilities) You also decide if you want to be apart of the Ice mercenaries or not. The place is gonna be New Marais(it looks like New Orleans). The setting is when Beast is still in Empire City.

Also if there's an character on it you want to be pm me(Beast, Kessler, and Joseph Bertrand III are npc only) Also if you want, you can be a human that helps out one of the Conduits.

Faclan: Are you asking about the site rules? Because religion exists in the world of Halo all over. The Covenant has theirs and Humans often have religious items or mention religious things in the games and books.
