In a place of complete and udder blackness, where physics are a myth and reality blasphemy, a fight will soon ensue. In this world without a sense of direction, all opponents may 'hover' at will which is useful for close ranged fighting against flying opponents. FIGHT!

Hovering silently in the void, David toyed with the large claymore strapped to his back. He didn't like waiting. Action is where he was at home.
Bringing his hands forward, he brushed the heirloom he had "Inherited" from his late father. A Dragoon stone. A powerful and ancient object that enabled David to transform into his alter ego as he had come to refer it as. A powerful dragon knight, born to rule dragons. Although some Dragons... some weren't tameable. some were wild. And needed to be put down.
Squinting into the void, David looked around and then shouted out "Alright! Enough of this. REVEAL YOURSELF"

Onyx Void Dragon...
"Alright! Enough of this. REVEAL YOURSELF" Her enemy spoke, somewhere in the void. She grinned, revealing a row of massive teeth she'd use to rip her enemy apart into fleshy, tasty pieces. In response, she snorted, a steady stream of fire erupting from her nostrils, lighting up the darkness around her. No doubt, that would give her location away.
Better, mortal? She thought, amused at the impatience the human had. She unfolded her massive wings. With a powerful push with her muscles, she rushed away from her previously hovering spot, barreling towards the rough location off where the voice sounded off. She'd play with her prey, like she would with a deer or, occasionally, another human.
From the various chickens she had ate from a farm, she usually compared the two together. She twisted to the right, arching her neck around the location where the man shouted. She spotted him, and was circling around, above him; moving effortlessly in the void as her wings accelerated her to speeds she could not have imagined flying on Earth.
Are we even on Earth? She wondered, but pushed the thought into the back of her mind and focused a large, blue eye on the mortal below her. She roared again, but kept the flames in the pit of her chest. If the human was wise, he'd know where she was, and challenge her to a fight rather then being an impatient meal.
