Well sense people are interested here are the rules-
Alright so pretty simple, similar to our previous ones, here is the overview. There will be brackets like in any sort of tournament with 1v1 battles up until the final fight. In this fights you will use a custom avatar/persona/character to fight with. There is a general '3 second rule' which means in your battle whatever your character does should be completed in 3 seconds. It's not realistic to have someone say, charge up an attack, use it, then run away while shooting. Try to make it seem like you could do it in 3 seconds.

Secondly, there are no 'hits' if you want to punch someone, you can't say 'I then punched him in the face' you should do something more like 'I then attempted to punch him in the face.' 

Thirdly, this about closes it up. Be sure to behave like this is a regular RP, be descriptive, no godmodding stuff like that.

Powers: Three, don't make them too powerful. Such as 'Can instantly fire a beam that can destroy a world.' Even with some that you may not think are too powerful, I have the final verdict.
(Note: You can sacrifice a power for a weapon, but not a weapon for a power)

Royal Beast form (Didn't see this coming did ya?!): Trades up all chaos energy for raw physical strength and speed.

BFN form (Two new forms?! Egads!): No change in physical prowess, but rather enhanced control of chaos energy. The trade off being only sustainable for three moves before wearing off and experiencing extreme exhaustion.

Well with the force choke it's not gonna be instant death they'll be allowed to struggle and such. Try not to use it in an overpowered manner.

I'd recommend getting rid of or toning down 'Psyker' as that sounds like a bunch of powers in one. Other then that he seems fine.

Powers: Blood lust- Kenny's physical attributes are briefly increased, at the cost of being more headstrong.

Blood trance- Kenny's offence and defense are aided in this mode where despite him not being able to use his weapons, his entire body is coated in the same substance as used in blood cry causing each hit to do more damage and his body to have the chance of hurting his enemy or his enemies weapons if touched directly.

Description: Black hoody, the sleeves usually rolled up, with dark blue jeans and black steel toed boots. He is a 5'9-6'1 teen male with shaggy brown hair and green eyes. He has a chunky body type, soft around the edges, but still eager and able to fight. His face has a couple of scars on them, one being on his chin from a mugging when he was younger. Another prominent scar is above his right eye where a kid hit him with a piece of pipe.

Weapons: On an average day he carries a 5'inch Balisong as well as a snub nose .22.

Powers: Being human he doesn't have any super natural powers, but living how he has he has picked up some skills. 

Endurance: Have been beaten in street fights and even fights with his family, he is used to most physical pain, and tends to allow his opponents to slow up and become tired from fighting him.

Strength: Though fat, he is still quite strong, so his blows are fairly strong as well, being known to knock teeth out.

Experience/training: Having fought so much against many different people he has seen quite a few types of fighting. He also spent quite some time learning Krav Maga and basic MMA fighting.

ONLY DOING EXTREME MODE FIGHTS!!!!

It was a joke and fine. Due to earlier times I know I probably won't get you to regress much more than you already have on powers so your character is accepted.

Alcatraz was a US Marine that was sent into the New York during the alien pandemic, after their submarine started sinking him and his fellow marines evacuated the place and abandoned the ship. After short contact with the alien known as the septh, Alcatraz became badly injured but in the distance a Nanosuited man came to his rescue. His name was prophet. Alactraz then got the nanosuit due to Prophet being badly injured, suited up and went on to save new york. 

Weapons: 
- Scar H Modified Rifle (Holographic sight, grenade launcher attachment and laser pointer.)
- M9 Modified Pistol (Silencer, Red dot sight and Laser pointer)
- Combat Knife

Powers: 
- Armour Mode: Suit power is diverted to the CryFibril nano-muscle to deflect incoming high-speed objects by tightening of the suit's outer weave and increasing suit armor density, blunt trauma and energy blasts are also absorbed. This decreases the suit's power, rather than the user's health. It should be noted that due to the suit's outer layer increasing in density when in armor mode, footsteps are louder and the wearer's stealth properties are decreased if operating on certain terrain, such as concrete or brick. A slight glow will flow through the suit's fibers as it channels power dampening energy.

- Stealth Mode (Cloak): Nanofibers on the suit's surface dynamically scan the surrounding area and feed it onto the suit skin in full depth, cloaking the wearer, in addition to suppressing any sounds made by wearer movement. It will instantaneously drain all of the user's available energy if the user performs a shot from an unsuppressed firearm; however, if the user fires a suppressed firearm, this amount is lessened. As such, it is advised to aim for the target's head to maximize damage while remaining cloaked. The suit will temporarily deactivate the cloak matrix if the wearer strikes an enemy, picks up an item/enemy, or performs a stealth kill ( Afterwards, cloak automatically resumes). However, the suit doesn't completely cloak the wearer; a closer look reveals a spectrum of colors and reveals that something is refracting the light on the area.

- Power Mode: This passive mode only activates when needed. It is a combination of Speed and Strength from the previous Nanosuit although it performs better than the two. It activates and uses up energy when performing actions such as a "power jump," "power sprint," or "power slide," moving an extremely large and/or heavy object, or crashing down on a surface or enemy with titanic force ( Known as an "air stomp" ). Once the player picks up an item, the player can hold down the "attack" button to throw items in power mode, increasing the speed and damage of the throw. Apparently, in the Nanosuit 2, Power Mode is activated when the player picks up an enemy. This drains energy quickly as opposed to the first Nanosuit. Power Mode is active for as long as it is needed, or until the suit's modular capacitors are fully drained of suit energy.

Name: Arby

Description: Arby is a 14 year old male with a black hoodie and a black jacket. He has grey jeans, and High Top shoes. He wears his hood to cover his long hair. He is 5'8", but his age does not mean that he is someone to mess around with, even in these games he has been put in. Cruel and Sadistic, Arby's right arm can cycle between a blade, a whip, and a claw arm. On top of that, he is a weapons expert. Although, only one human arm has left him to only use pistols and SMG's.

Weapons: MAC 10 Extended Clip, tear gas grenade

Powers: Arby's arm can transform into three different arms made from black tendrils. A blade arm, a claw arm, and a whip arm. While each serves a specific function, they all enhance the arms strength by some, enough to lift and throw a human being a dozen feet.

Claw - The claw is used when he needs to grasp, and is a good grapple tool. The claws on it are razor sharp talons. The claws can cut through any material.



Sword - The sword is a perfect melee weapon. It is made from a material resembling steel, but is indestructible. The blade itself stems out at the elbow, making it easier to manuever. The blade is able to cut through any material.



Whip - The whip is 10 feet long, with a seraded edge on the end. It is mainly used for fairly long range supremacy and to grapple enemies.
