PvP Tournament- Hosted by Kenny :3

Seeing as I am 'Teh current PvP champion' (Monkey, I know your'e reading this) I see it is my time to host a tournament.

Alright so pretty simple, similar to our previous ones, here is the overview. There will be brackets like in any sort of tournament with 2v2 battles up until the final fight. In this fights you will use a custom avatar/persona/character to fight with. There is a general '3 second rule' which means in your battle whatever your character does should be completed in 3 seconds. It's not realistic to have someone say, charge up an attack, use it, then run away while shooting. Try to make it seem like you could do it in 3 seconds.

Secondly, there are no 'hits' if you want to punch someone, you can't say 'I then punched him in the face' you should do something more like 'I then attempted to punch him in the face.'

Thirdly, this about closes it up. Be sure to behave like this is a regular RP, be descriptive, no godmodding stuff like that.

Weapons: You can have 2, but nothing like 'Weapon 1: A sack of many weapons.' Nothing too powerful either, like a blade that opens a black hole.
Powers: Three, don't make them too powerful. Such as 'Can instantly fire a beam that can destroy a world.' Even with some that you may not think are too powerful, I have the final verdict.
(Note: You can sacrifice a power for a weapon, but not a weapon for a power)

No no no, not RP characters. You make your own, it doesn't even have to be halo related. Here, quick example-

Description: Same as above except tentacles are spiked.
Weapons: Spiked tentacles, scimitar
Powers: Blink- can teleport a small distance with a small recharge. Fear- Can stop enemy from attacking, but can't attack enemy for a short time. Poison shot- His tentacles can fire a posion dart from them.
(Though more creative then this, I used Slenderman just to be a quick example.)

Description:An evil koopa unaffiliated with bowser or mario, his aim is to kill anything that moves.
Weapons:Gravity Hammer(miniature, one handed size) and grenades that are shaped like pokeballs.
Powers:Hammer Throw-Throws Grav hammer. Fly-Can fly for a short amount of time. Demon Breath-Can breathe a lethal substance such as fire, acid, lightning etc.

Description: As a Nerazim, Ulresaj is an aproximately nine foot bipedal being who posesses immense physical and psionic ability. He is relatively young at aproximately four hundred, but is still a seasoned warrior.

-Warp blade
Description: The warp blade uses the void energies of its wielder to power itself, and extends from the right gauntlet.


Powers

-Psionic: Raidriar is a powerful Psionic, able to perform such feats as projecting psionic barriers, firing basts of energy, creating psionic storms, etc. He draws energies from the void, and as such has certain abilities that other psionics don't, such as short range "blinks," and light bending.

Er, Duffle, I'd prefer if the elemental ring kept to one element as it's current state is a little overpowered. Also, if you chose Earth, no summoning mountains, choose water, no oceans being focused into a beam, stuff like that.

As for Deathless... I don't really like the sound of that in terms of it's power

Cracker always had a character that could resurect. Seeing as the matches are scored and aren't really fights to the death, I don't see why it's not OK for me to die and come back a couple of times.

If you resurrect yourself Duffle that's the same as being invincible..... I don't see how that's fair.

Edit: I changed it so that he can only attain a new body after a battle, basically meaning that if you kill him he loses, but if you, say, cut off his legs, and he somehow wins and goes onto the next round, he can transfer to a new body before the second battle. Is this fair?

While the scoring is true, defeating your foe is the main objective and earns MANY points. As for Cracker... he usually did that for he could kill himself in the goriest way.... over and over. XD

Feel free to change it to another power, but I'd say it has to go. You could do it for once his regular form dies, he goes into a form as strong as an actual human but keep the sword. Not some superhero, just your average, fit human with a sword once he dies. Though in human form he would have no powers and only have the sword.

Weapons:
~Pulse Rifle: Fires near microscopic beads of superhardened metal at almost the speed of light. It can be configured into sniper rifle mode and grenade launcher mode.

~The Black Blade: A weapon that, as the name suggests, has a black blade. It is slightly morphic in the way the blade can change shape, but it cannot become exponentially larger or smaller than an average size longsword or katana. It can also absorb enemy's lives, empowering the wielder. ((NOTE: This is basically a finishing move, and so will not happen during regular PvP fights.))


Powers:
~MJOLNIR Mark IX armor: This enhances his physical abilities to superhuman levels. It has energy shielding, built-in jump-jets (allowing for very limited jumps, not actual flight), and active camouflage.

~Blacklight Form: Spartan becomes a morphic entity that can manipulate his entire biomass at will, shaping it into weapons, armor, and enhancing his physical abilities. His primary Blacklight Weapons are Tendrils/Whip, Blade, Claws, and Hammerfists. ((NOTE: Spartan cannot utilize his armor and Blacklight Form at the same time.))

~Eagle Knowledge: An advanced form of Eagle Vision and Eagle Sense, which further allows Spartan to have knowledge. This is especially useful against illusions.

Er, for the armor chose between jetpack and camo, not both. As for the black blade, no. It may only be one weapon, but having the ability to become almost any weapon makes it just as bad as having all of those weapons. As for the pulse rifle, I will allow it, but try to tone it down a little bit. Maybe only 2 forms instead of 3?

Yesh. Spartan can hover for limited amounts of time if he wants to, but that eats up power like crazy. He uses it for evasion and stuff.

Powers: Blood lust- Kenny's physical attributes are briefly increased, at the cost of being more headstrong
Blood cry- The user shouts, causing a beam or ring of super heated toxic liquid to be shot from their hand or mouth
Blood trance- Kenny's offence and defense are both aided in this mode where despite him not being able to use his weapons, he and his fists are coated in the same substance as used in blood cry.

Description: Short black hair, black robes with gold trim and gold kanji reading "Human without Humanity". He carries two katanas, one oneach hip, that have gold lightning arching along one, and fire along the other.

Weapons: Two katanas. One fires Gold flame, while another fires black lightning.

Powers: 1: Inhuman speed.
2: Inhuman strength.
3: Is a robotic humanoid with demon inside of him. (i thoguht i would putthat because it explains his endurance and why he is hard to kill.)

- Supernatural chains capabale of growing and moving according to Gilgamesh's will, they're also incredibly tough, though not indestructible.

- His bare hands

Powers:
- True sight: This power allows Gilgamesh to see through any object to his vision, illusions, camoflage, darkness, invisibility and even walls.

- Enhanced physical abilities: This should speak for itself, Gilgamesh is far tougher, stronger, faster and more agile than your average human.

- Shadow form: In this form Gilgamesh turns into a black mass, usually vaguely in the shape of a humoid form. In this form he can form he can reform his body however he wishes, although only while in this form, once he returns to normal he will not retain the same form.
