Please note that not all medals and ribbons in existence are listed. There are far too many to count, these are really just the standard ones and a few may be added in the future. If you think something needs to be added, please PM me.

Marine medals/ribbons:

Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon

Given to soldiers for brave acts of service, bravery or merit.

Combat Action Ribbon

Awarded for effective performance while under fire while at or below the rank of captain.

Bronze Service Star

Participated in any operation ever, one is given for every ground operation.

Silver Service Star

After five operations a soldier has his bronze stars taken away and is given one of these.

Bronze Star

Not to be confused with the bronze service star. This is given for acts of bravery and merit which put the receiver at risk yet does not justify a silver star.

Silver Star

Not to be confused with the silver service star. This is given for acts of bravery and merit which put the receiver at risk yet does not justify a navy cross.

Navy Cross

Given for extreme acts of heroism at the risk of the receiver that does not justify a medal of honor.

Medal of Honor

Given for extreme acts of heroism at the risk of the receiver. Only the best and the bravest get these.

Defense Superior Service Medal

Given to commanding officers who perform superior meritorious service in a position of significant responsibility.

Purple Heart.

Awarded to any soldier who is wounded or killed in action.
