He's not a bad ass He's another soldier. Bad asses get shot in the face and live (and are ussually black) he won't get court marshalled then

Bio: Erik was born in August 29, 1966 in western Berlin. His father was a medic in the German army during world war II. Erik spent most of his childhood helping his father tend to hundreds of sick people because of the poor living conditions of stricken the west side of the berlin.
Erik felt a sense of obligation to help those in need. So he decided to become a doctor, but his family didn’t have the money to put him through medical school. Joining the army was a way to get his education. But Erik never went to school. After witnessing multiple disasters, natural and man made. He decided that he’ll do more good in the army.

Well in modern warfare they would not even deploy their planes because most countries do not feel like losing all that money to the US. The US has enough planes and well trained pilots to cover the sun in a few minutes.
In order to alleviate that I made it so that Russia had the massive industrial surge after the Senkaku event so that most of Russia's tech is only slightly behind that of the US. If not than Russia would have its ass handed to itself in a minute.

Spec ops or not you will still have armor and air support and btw Spec ops generally dont have air support because they would mainly be on recon missions but since this is WWIII there wont be much of that... Unless you are badass SAS FTW

Spec ops do not have much purpose in the RP, I just gave the players the choice and hoped no one would use them because I wanted this to focus on the regular soldier, not all of you special ops with heart beat monitor douche bags.
