PvP Tournament Christmas edition!

Yep once more again with feeling! The rules are simple and the fights are fair... usually. We have 12 open spots, first come first served. Winner gets a shiny prize!

Rule #1.
Fights will take place in a designated area where there will be no tampering with the fight from outsiders! Breking this rule will result in expulsion from the tournament.

Rule #2.
You are limited to six, count them 6, powers. You can chose to have less but no more than SIX!

Rule #3
If a fight drags on too long the judges will decide the victor on the following. Style, the way you fight with you character. Adaptibility, the way you deal with your opponents attack while firing your own. Originality, the overall way you control your character. And hits, the amount of attacks you land on your opponent obviously.

Name: Duffle

Powers:

-Extremely powerful psionic (think "kinesises"). He is a being of pure psionic energy (look at bottom picture to see true form), but in order to prevent burning out as all archons do, he's encased himself in his armor, a psionicaly powered collective of microscopic filaments, extrordinarily strong, which he can reassemble and configure into any shape he requires. Because they are only held together through his psionics, when duffle sustains damage, it doesn't actually effect him physicaly, but instead, drains his power. When he sustains enough damage, and loses the ability to hold himself together, duffle will die, burning out like a star.


Weapon of choice: Fists of the Archon:

Massive gauntlets that are psionically linked to duffle, and are part of his armor, functioning in the same way.

True Form:

Name: Drake Beta, the Twelfth.

Powers: Symbolism (The ability to draw power from symbols), mild foresight, Auric Energy Manipulation (The ability to bend auric/aura energy into tangible barriers/weapons), Illusions, control over the elements of fire and water.

Weapon of Choice: Staff of those who came before. A simple golden staff with a single pitch black stone held at the very end by six golden claws. The black stone gives off a whine that various in loudness according to the distance of enemies, when they are close it emits a piercing screech, when they are far away it lets out a mild melodious tune. This staff is used mainly in combat and is made of highly resistant materials. The black stone can emit a pitch black bolt of energy that disintegrates much of what it touches, though mostly in organic. Depending on how much an opponent is hit, it begins a slow and pain full process of disintegration that can easily be stopped by the severing of the extremity it touched or the simple and quick action of removing ones armor or clothing on that area.

Appearance: A strikingly good looking 15 year old, his perfect complexion almost unworldly. Though it will not be obvious as it is hidden in a dark purple robe which end in a hood drawn down over his head, it is surprising he can see anything through it.

Transformation: His single transformation will peak his symbolistic powers. It hardly changes him except for the fact that thousands of tiny black symbols begin to cover his unnaturally pale skin, allowing him to draw their certain attributes with a single touch.

[Killer Frog]

Name: Frog
Powers: Sword release (2 levels), Deepform, miasma control (clouds, blasts, ect.), illusions, greater deepform
Weapon of Choice: Kukri of Unspeakable Things and Stuff. Weapon of champions, the KoUTaS is a sentient blade crafted from materials unknown to man for generations. None can speak of it, as most people aren't entirely sure how it's magic (until it's too late) and think it would be really, really awkward to bring it up in conversation. The blade it's self in it's standard form is about thirteen inches long (of blade) and is made of plane steel. In it's first release it grows to a length of around three feet, the hilt expands to a hand-and-a-half and several green vapor like runes appear on the blade. On it's second release the blade grows to about five feet and the handle expands to fit two hands, it takes on more of an axe-like appearance. The blade it's self takes on a greenish hue as the mist now emanates from the blade, choking those that inhale it's mist too long (baring the wielder).
Appearance: Frog appears as a stout man in his late teens, rather unremarkable in his standard form you could hardly pick him out unless you noticed his long, beautiful flowing mane. In combat he wears a long grey trench-coat, casual clothing and the sheath to his knife rests on the back of his hip. In his deepform he takes on a more bestial appearance, something not quite human but not quite aquatic. Green, glistening skin, flowing gills, large beady eyes and clawed and webbed hands/feet. In deepform he gains the ability to breath water, enhance strength and speed, resistance to poisons and pressure and enhanced sight. In his greater deepform he takes on an even more bestial appearance, growing to about twice his size. In his greater deepform he gains immunity to all poisons, hide that can resist most blades and bullets and his skin secretes a thick mucous that's almost entirely resistant to most magic and magic-like abilities. In greater deepform his final sword release fits comfortably in one hand.

Powers: Power over the elements, Illusions, Invisbility, Morphing (Into creatures or huminoid forms), Advance Augumentations, Chaos Energy

Weapon of choice:
Pure Tungsten, Katana of dissolving. (Strongest Metal on Earth) Is a strong and powerful blade that is able to dissolve any other sort of metal, but only but it's masters mental command, it's strong and sleek blade retracts and comes out of the handle (Much like the sword from Star Trek, Sulu's).

Appearance:
Normal Form, though form varies in combat due to morphing.

Shifting:

The ability to almost instantly move from one location to another. The distance one may 'shift' is determined by the situation. When using very little strength or energy, the shift is limitless. When in a low-tier fight, it is split by a fourth. When in a medium-tier fight, it is reduced by a third. When in a high-tier fight, the power of the 'shift' is cut in half.


Eagle's Scorn:

Ability to focus energy into key areas of my body's joints, allowing for quicker reflexes, quicker and more accurate shots, and amplified power within shots. Vision sharpens, and time slows slightly. The world turns blue and life forces become outlined with red smoke, slightly blurring the perception of the object life is within.


Energy Manipulation:

With superior control over my body's energy flow, I can pull some of it out of my pool and coil into weapons and armor to use until my energy is drained. If necessary in long battles, I can connect with a pool of energy within a dimension I created long ago.

Flash of The Sun:

In a quick instant, a blinding light covers the area, blinding all and any with their eyes over. The flare lasts only seconds, and is usually used as a distractions as the users adjusts to the battle.

Ball of the Holy Goddess

A ball of protection surrounds the user and any nearby allies from harm, giving a full 360-degree protective zone. The ball can remain up as long as the user has enough energy to spend. While inside, wounds begin to regenerate at a slow pace.


Rain of the Apocalypse:

From above, the sky will turn black, and from the sky arrows made of pure energy fall and explode at random intervals, frequencies, and spaces. If they don't explode in mid-air, impact with the ground causes a massive explosion equivalent to a small 5-ton bomb. Sparks flare and molten fire rains beside the airs, crashing into the ground just as quickly. Then, at the end, a massive meteor emerges from the stars and collapses into the ground... Caussing massive destruction and forces exceeds those of the Atomic Bomb. All that's usually left is a crater, flames, molten pools of hot rock, and ash.

Weapon of Choice:

Bow of The Lords

Bow made of nearly completely energy, with the main piece composing of solid-state energy. The bow is capable of sucking the life-force of the surrounding area and turns it into a use-able arrow, and with energy everywhere in the universe, the amount the bow can fire is almost limitless. Yet, this also gives arrows charge-times. Quickly shot arrows are fast, nimble, and sturdy, but longer-held arrows are several times more devastating. If held long enough, a single arrow can easily burrow into the crust and explode with about half the power of an atomic bomb.

Of course, if held for to long, energy in an arrow can become unstable, potentially exploding and wounding the user.

Upon victory, or near victory, the bow will glow and begin to drain the life-force of the opponent. Once the life-force is drained, the bow will absorb the rest of the body and leave no trace of it. The drained life-force is converted into energy and part of it is used to repair the battle-ground. The rest is spread out within the user's armor; strengthening it for future battles.


Secondary Weapon of Choice

Æsahættr or "God-destroyer"

A slim, 7 inch dagger, but do not let it's small size fool you... Both sides of the dagger are amazingly thin, sharper than a single atom. One side is so sharp it can slice though any matter effortlessly. The other side is so sharp it can slice through the boundaries separating other dimensions, leaving massive gaps in the air that remain open until they are cut back shut.

Both edges are so thin and sharp that the end of it can't be seen with the naked eye. It also comes with a special scabbard which wraps up around the user's forearm, merging with his/her energy flow. With each slash, energy is drained from the user to strength the power of the blow. The energy coils at the tip, and a small bright ball illuminates when enough power is attained. If to much, the blade overflows, and energy drips from the edges...

Appearance:

Much like the bow, the armor is made of solid-state energy, and is able to withstand nearly as much pressure and power of a black-hole. If a piece is destroyed or damaged, energy from the surrounding area is drained and morphed to the piece. Damages take less time to repair, but if an entire piece is destroyed, it may take a while.

In time of dire need, the armor will morph itself into a more-protective version as to cover the user more. This only occurs near the brink of death, and the armor becomes more focused on protecting the user or giving him/her enough time to recover. The internals of the armor support life systems for several hours and heal the user depending on the wounds. More serious wounds cannot be fixed.

The resulting three survivors will fight in a three way sudden match with a surprise rule. The two fighter left standing will then have a new match for eachother order to become the PvP champion. The arenas you will be fighting in will be decided at random.
