I'm assuming that the PC Dragonborn ran to do the main questline first and didn't bother with the civil war too much - so they had some talks on the mountain but no real decisions. Please include which archetype your character is and what they specialize in at the start.

The medium armored Khajiit armored in mainly a gambeson, steel gauntlets, thick boots, and a currently down hood making his way across the namesake Bridge of DragonsBridge. Ears twitching in the cool night arm as he adjusted the strap across his chest that held the simple bastard sword across his chest. Intentionally not looking like he left Elswer wearing. To better blend in and observe. Especially around the Imperial Intelligence building here. But dinner was first on the agenda! So the Cat was looking for the sign as he was about to leave the bridge proper. At least there should be less bandits to distract here with Imperial intelligence around. Unless they were doing even worse than the Thalmor had shared.
