I talked about it a little bit in the cbox but an Idea for a post war faction poofed into my head
Here's the run down.
So we all know that in early 2553 the war came to an abrupt halt with Humans and certain covvie species suddenly getting along and working together, without any major backlash that I know of (dont murder me I fell behind on the books)
It doesn't exactly make sense that a bunch of old mustangs who lost a shit ton of friends and family would just instantly forgive their enemy and be cool with the idea of humans even possibly mingling with them. So what if there was a faction of Ex UNSC military members who engaged in paramilitary operations and basically terrorized Alien and Alien sympathizers alike out of hatred of them. Poof, Thus comes the little idea that poofed into my head,
Odin's Vanguard (fist, Anger, Idk the name's a WIP)
A organization made up of Ex- Marines, ODSTs, Force Recon, and any other ex military that really hate the aliens, and operate in a paramilitary style. They wouldn't be the best equipped and alot of their gear would be obtained through means that aren't exactly legal, and they would mostly operate out in areas in the outer colonies that the UNSC gave up on and whose local governments let the aliens go to, and mingle with humans
