So I was wondering if I could have camouflaged Netting on a Sniper Character ( Photo Of Idea below Concept art from Halo Reach June Of Course you could have Flashlights, NVGs , etc could also pertain to this? cou  |

It's really already a thing. Since passive 'stealth' like gillie and disruptive camo already exist, Marine Snipers use it to hide themselves in their surrounding. It's also a part of their training, so it's not really an armour modification. An armour modification would be something like your ODST having a Mark IV Shoulder Strap from a SPARTAN, you know what I mean?
