That it is. Yappa's is something special. I've been around for six or seven years now and there's just something about the community here that keeps me coming back.
As a new member this may appear like a Halo fan site, which of course it is first and foremost. But although the Halo stuff is the main attraction so to speak, the site offers so much more then that too once you dig a little deeper. This is a place for writers and gamers of all kinds to hang out and share creativity. So again, you seem to be in the right place.
So how did you stumble upon our little corner of the internet anyway, and is there anything you expect to find by joining up?

A friend of mine talked about it before. He mostly just read it, and told me it had plenty of content. I initially joined to read (hence Stories) and then wanted to write, so I started up a character and started making a ruckus, as it were. I guess I'm hoping to interact with other writers, and the missions seem like a lot of fun.

Welcome aboard, Stories. I believe we've already met on the C-Box. SuperCommando is right. This place is about Halo, a place of fans and gamers alike to share their interest or even to find a new inspiration. I've been here since Fall of 2010, and this place keeps surprising me. I believe it is that charm which keeps me here, and keeps us all coming back. It grows on you.
Welcome aboard, and please feel free to ask about anything that bugs you or even if you come up with something that might not have been approached before.

Welcome Stories  Good to have more peeps around and all of us will be happy to answer questions if you have um! I'm Faclan, one of our resident Covie players and knowledge bases, especially on the Kig-Yar, so if you got any questions about them lemme know and if you want to set up some practice RP that can be done without an accepted character in the non canon section as long as you have people to RP with you. |
