Appearance:
Her SPARTAN IV armour is a custom Air Assault variant, including the large visor and the curved helmet of the Air Assault armour variant. The torso armour is from the Recruit variant and the shoulder pads from the Scout variant. It's all topped off in white for the primary colour, cyan for the secondary colour, black for the jumpsuit, and the visor is a mono-chromatic rainbow visor.
Out of armour, she has her hair cut to her neck, dyed every colour of the rainbow, and styled in a spiky fashion, which miraculously stays that way, even after wearing her helmet for long periods of time. Her skin is very smooth and blemish-free, making her look a few years younger than she actually is. Her eyes are youthful-looking and of an unatrual magenta colour, following a pigment change when on Reach, the same happening to her hair. Her body is very voluptuous, especially around her chest, but she is still rather toned.
Strengths:
- Outgoing and joyful. This gives her a positive outlook on life, meaning she is able to look on the bright side, even in a bad situation.
- Loyal. Loyal to a 'T', Rachel will stick by the UNSC and her friends, no matter what. Through thick and thin, she will be there for them.
Weaknesses:
- Boastful. She likes to make herself seem like more than she actually is.
- Over confidence. She will, most often than not, over estimate her abilities as a SPARTAN and try and take down a whole squad of Innies, or a remnant Covenant faction squad, all by herself. It's through sheer luck that she hasn't gotten herself killed, yet.
Biography:
Born on Reach on the 23rd June 2533 in New Alexandria, she led a fairly normal life, attending school, college, all that shiz. When the Covenant invaded on 2552, she was one of the first to jump onto one of the evac ships, which just happened to be heading to Earth. Unfortunately, her parents never made it and were killed during the glassing of New Alexandria.
Now on Earth, she was taken in by adoptive parents in England. Joining the marines when she touched down on Earth, she spent a good few years as a marine, util, once the war was over in 2554, and she turned 21, she she was approached by UNSC top brass to join the SPARTAN IV program, to which she could not say no. After getting the augs, she was now a fully fledged SPARTAN IV and she was put into training, getting used to her increased attributes and all the weapons and armour enhancements available.
Not long after, she was assigned to the UNSC INFINITY, where she was placed into a 4-man fireteam, the other members of which were male. They would always tease her and make her feel uncomfortable. So, after leaving that fireteam, she joined up with another fireteam made up of a female majority, who assigned to a squad of Marines. She felt much more at ease in this fireteam, happy to be around more friendly and welcomming individuals.
