[C - Sheet/OOC] Star Wars - Alderaan Cold War funtimes

Probably going to call it something along the lines of 'Joiners Welcome' Since Killik Joiners may will be popping up.

Anyway as you can see from the title this will be happening on Alderaan during the Cold War (The Old Republic MMO) timeline. Where both the Republic and the Empire are trying to either maintain control of Alderaan with their royal family or seize control with a new one respectively. This will be the base plot but the Killik and their nests WILL be making an appearance and playing a pretty major role in the conflict, since they got tech and looooads of troops too.

The basic story will be that, both sides trying to accomplish their control of the planet so Alderaan can help their side in the galactic Cold War. And because there are two sides I am willing to have people be different sides in this. Either Pubs or Imp or Indepedant if you wanted. How it would work is I would have two spoilered posts at the start of the RP thread. One for Pubs and one for Imps. You would read the one from the side you are on. Independents get to choose who they support but keep in mind your backstory may influence which side the character may join. But if people don't want that idea we can just decide on a team for everyone to be on and run a normal thread through that. I would have NPCs helping to direct each side (perhaps my own ToR characters (Imp side for sure))

Otherwise feel free to ask questions in this thread as well as post character sheets so when the thread launches we can all have a fun time

What format we using for the character sheets? Be different ones for those who plan to use a Force User?

Opps I knew I forgot somthing >.< And nah same format just answering questions different since to make it easier I'm going to ask what closest approximate class/sub class you are from ToR just to make it easier for me to make challenges to overcome for each character/party.

For the classes thing just keep in mind that for example Consular classes will be able to do more force related things than Knight classes for example - while Knights will have much better melee and physical skills. And Agent classes will have less weapons but more gadgets than Bounty Hunter classes.

Appearance; Standing at 5’ 7” with 130lbs, Joni possesses a slender but fit hourglass figure with fair skin. She has icy blue eyes and dirty blonde hair that fall an inch past her shoulders. She wears a dark grey flightsuit with light armor plating; Dark blue, almost black outer robe, black gloves. She typically has her lightsabers hidden somewhere in the folds of her tunic leaving her blaster and vibroblade visible

History; Joni Knoss was born on Kuat, the home of the famous Kuat Drive shipyards. Born in the working middle class, her parents worked in the shipyards that ringed the planet. From the time she could walk she went to work with her parents and was fascinated by the machinery and technology that went into spacecraft. Eventually a passing Jedi discovered her Force Sensitivity and took her away to Tython to be trained as a Jedi.

Though she adopted the ways of a Jedi, Joni was never skilled in the Force as some in her youngling class. She instead focused on more practical skills such as stealth, hacking, and mechanics. This attracted the attention of a Jedi Sentinel who took it upon himself to train her as his replacement. With her master, Joni went on various missions across the galaxy, working with various people in order to insure the welfare of the Republic and its citizens. When she was competent enough, her master sent her on various missions with different contacts. By doing this Joni learned many practical skills and how to seem ‘average’ to the outside world. She was skilled with a pistol before she became skilled with a lightsaber.

After passing her trials and becoming a full-fledged Jedi Sentinel, Joni began taking missions on her own. Many were of a covert and undercover nature typical of her class. Through these missions she has made various contacts and friends. Through these contacts, friends, and others she hired Joni now runs a few different operations in Hutt and Sith space, protecting citizens of the Republic and her fellow Jedi.
