Jadarus, prisoner
Doomed to death
A surprise...
The great white ape glared at the vibrant blue screen that cut him from the world. As if suspended in a dream he couldn't interact with the world. He watched yet another Sangheili guard pass him.
"Sangheili, when is it time to be fed?" He asked. The Sangheili's eyes momentarily glanced over the great white ape. His mandibles curled into a snarl.
"A mongrel that is damned to his own death under my masters. Why would we feed the likes of you?" The guard antagonized.
" I swear by the heigherarchs I had no part in the death of that Honorable warrior." The ape spoke his broken jaw flapping at the words his mind had played.
"A bastard's wit as a trick only accepted by the weak of mind. I will not be so easily deceived. You killed my former brother in arms and have his skull mounted outside your little cave." The guard cursed.
"I have no cave to call home you prideful sludge!" Jadarus said his fury getting the better of him. He reeled back and smashed his large mits against the energy shielding that protected the guard form his wrath.
"Just like the beast you truly are. To fly into a rage at the slightest little prod. I hope you die in agony, mongrel." The guard said before turning away and marching forth as he had been before the interruption.
"Do not listen to the minor. He knows not what he claims." Came a deep voice from the next cell.
"And what would you know?" Asked the Jiralhanea as he began to let his fur flatten.
"I know more than you brother dearest." Came the voice again.
"Silence!" Screeched a new voice. Jadarus the white beast could hear the clambering of an aged warrior collapse and rise from the metallic floor. A warrior clad in the armor of a Sangheili major stopped before the cells. He pressed his hand into the locking system and the cell opened up. Jadarus knew well the strength of a Sangheili major and wouldn't challenge the far more experienced soldier.
"Beast, the heirarchs demand a sacrifice of you. Proof has been uncovered that resents your story. The newly accused is also Jiralhanea and so the heigherarchs deem you shall settle your debts the way you do on your confounded home world." Said the major as he stepped to the side, an Unggoy carried in a pair of energy binders. The restraints Jadarus had to wear during his original sentence. Jadarus put his arms together only hissing once they had pinched his fur in their electric grip.
"Let us depart at your leisure." Jadarus said as he stalked forward his hands bound as to restrict his ability to fight. He felt the four digits of the elite press his shoulder forward and Jadarus stalked down the narrow halls catching glimpses of Sangheili, Unggoy, Kig-yar, and Jiralhanea in cells like the one he had departed. The halls were long and haunted by the screams of dying and insane criminals. Jadarus grunted as he reached the elevator and felt his restraints be removed.
"Fight well, earn the respect of the Higherarchs and be freed of this place." The Major said as the elevator began to ascend into the unknown.
