Strengths:
Contemplative: Years of training and field work has made this assassin plan every outcome and reaction before moving in for the kill. They're a well thought out machine that tries to stay hundreds of steps ahead of their prey.
Efficient: Calm, collected, and proven results are what this assassin can provide. They don't work in what if's or hypotheticals. They'll continue to strike until they know their target is killed.
Weaknesses:
Amoral: They hold no sense of morals besides eliminating their target. Whether it's interrogating or even killing the target's friends or family, this assassin has no problem making morally questionable actions in the name of eliminating their target.
Bizarre: They seem to not be fully there at times. They have a weird sense of humor and will often joke and talk to themselves. The assassin doesn't really have or hold onto relationships. While they're not psychopathic, they do raise concerns within the intelligence division--even being flagged for elimination by rival projects and departments--though someone in ONI is using them for their own benefit.
