So guys, even though I'm new here, I would like to create a little mission for everyone to enjoy. If the contents of the mission is lacking, please forgive me. The mission will be open for UNSC and Covenant alike.
Setting:
Unknown forerunner Shield world:
As the human-covenant war rages on, both sides search desperately to find a way to turn the war in their favor. The humans wants to find a way to turn the tide, while the covenant wants to find devices to fasten humanity's destruction. The means of which, the right forerunner technology here on this unknown shield world, could provide.
This shield world was recently discovered by some Kig-Yar pirates and the covenant had already set up shop. The humans discovered it by obtaining the coordinates from a dis-loyal Unggoy and had sent sizable ground troops to take the installation. Sounds of battle can be heard around the installation and above it, as the UNSC and Covenant navies battle to rule the surrounding space. But the forerunner monitor assigned to the installation, has plans to ensure that no-one, will retrieve the desired technology.
Current Situation:
The UNSC is currently winning the ground battle and is preparing to assault the main Covenant head-quarters (dubbed "The douche" by UNSC marines don't ask why). While the Covenant is preparing a last line defense to try and prevent the humans from desecrating the holy artifacts that they so revere.

1 SPARTAN-II fire-team (For those who wants to use their SPARTAN profiles)
1200 vehicles : 200 warthogs (40 available to assault the douche)

Plot summery (These are just simple events along the RP, not how it has to be dictated) :
- The Covenant and the UNSC makes final preparations for the assault on "The douche"
- As the UNSC assaults, the Covenant reinforcements arrives in space and all hell breaks loose in space.
- The monitor wakes up and starts activating the shield world's defenses. (This is after the attack on "The douche". Whether the attack was a success, that's up to the role-playing)
- The shield world's defenses starts to kill everything deemed a threat (which is basically every single person on the shield world)
- Covenant and UNSC forces tries to survive and attempts to get the heck off the shield-world.
Objectives (Will change as the mission goes on)
UNSC:
Primary: -Take "The douche"
-Retrieve the forerunner artifacts
Secondary: -Capture the minor prophet alive
-Take out the Covenant air base
Covenant:
Primary: -Hold "The douche"
-Don't let the humans contaminate the holy artifacts!
Secondary: Kill the Spartan-II's
Role-Playing:
Story-wise: Just a typical UNSC vs Covenant fight (Until the defenses comes online!) There is no post order so that means that when you feel like it, just post.
Characters: You don't have to use site-approved profiles to play. However, for the SPARTANS-II's and the fleet/ground commanders, I would like to reserve that for site-approved profiles ONLY. Other than that, just post down below what is your character's name and fights for which faction, etc. I would also like to reserve the right to play the monitor as well (As I can easily add-in events and other stuff. Don't worry, I won't go as far as blow the shield world up as there is no fun in that )
