On what seems to be a similar Earth....Captain Harlock gasped incredibly once he exited through the weird portal, and his bird squawked in response upon hitting Harlock's back. He looked around and saw that this Earth seemed normal, with street signs in the city and people walking around. Harlock's bird recovered and flew to his shoulder and rested there. He wanted to see if the currency was the same, as he had some money with him. Going inside of a store casually, he acted like he was looking around and stayed inside until a man walked up to the cashier and was paying for something. It seemed as though there was no paper money on this Earth, it was all electronic. Upon trying to exit, he felt a bullet whiz above his head. Looking up as quickly as he could, he saw what appeared to be a mysterious black man with shades and a sniper rifle with a silencer aiming it at him. Before he could think, Harlock's survival instincts kicked in and he ran away as fast as he could, knocking people off while they shouted or screamed. He had no idea why this person was trying to kill him, he just knew that he had to get away. Sha┯┯ered Parallels
This version of planet Earth may be similar to many of the character's Earths, but for many other species it is a strange world that they are not used to. I will list all of the species that will be not noticed as strange by the commonplace or the police, and harder to hunt down by hunters, as for the rest.... Let's just say it might be a challenge.
COMMON SPECIES - Humans/Homosapiens
- Humanoid figures
- Species with suits that looks like costumes (Such as the Predator)
ANYTHING ELSE is easier to notice and you might be hunted by the Planet's force as well as the Hunters. You may have to hide somewhere or use a disguise. GOOD LUCK, and I will post another post like this if we switch planets/Universes, I will also be making an OOC thread to vote on Planet/Universe suggestions.

Ketss - Asura Professor Some type of Forest. That isn't any Charr machine that I've ever seen. Finishing another odd fruit Ketss washed it down with some water from a near-by stream he had found, purified by boiling it to save his dwindling supplies, before rubbing his face again and looking around at his base camp. It was set up as best as he could, with some monitoring equipment with prongs stuck into the earth to gather data on this strange world, and he had a decently camping space set up...But his supplies and the fruit here wouldn't last forever and the fruit here seemed to grow very slowly. He would have to venture out further to try and find some other type of life besides the massive bear like thing that had nearly killed him last time. But it could wait till tomorrow. He would need as much light as he could muster to make it out and then back if he found nothing. So instead Ketss slipped his gloves back on and poured some of the stream water over his cooking fire, a few fires worth of kindling stacked beside the fire pit under a cover, and then moved back over to some of the machines. Still the same types of readings here, but his ears perked up when he heard some distant whirring...above him? Looking up he shielded his eyes to see some...thing up in the sky gliding along. It left behind some kind of trail but it clearly wasn't a bird as it just statically moved across the sky. Sounded like it had some kind of engine in it. Like some Charr invention...but he had never seen them go that high and those that flew had some kind of vertical propeller on it - and left a billowing black trail rather than white. He couldn't hope to reach that high with his senses to see if it was magical so Ketss had to conclude that it was either some type of magic or whoever lived here was very advanced. But that was good at least, that was the first device he had seen in this new world in the little over week he had been here. So there was some hope as long as he was able to enter a communication with them. He had to hope that he had the time before they...did whatever they did. Probably had some advanced type of ranged weapon if that was a device and not magical. But the Asuran was rejuvenated with this new info and so started to do the remaining checks on the monitoring equipment and the two deactivated Golems to see if their energy reserves were still slowly gaining power. (The two Golems look like this currently; Link and are about five feet tall in their resting state, should they be turned on however they will look like this Link and be around six feet tall and quite strong.)

The sensation was almost akin to falling. The feeling of being weightless as one descended down without any control nor way to stow down. All control was taken away and all one could is simply allow gravity to take hold. Gliding down through a vast open nothingness.
Kardesh held his eyes closed. He had long since consigned his fate to be lost in this oblivion. Now all that remained was to wait until the moment he could no longer feel himself as the abyss swallowed him and be spared the pain of his aching body. In a way it was somewhat amusing he thought, that it was so easy to just let oneself slip into oblivion after expending so much energy to fight for your own existence. It felt colder the deeper he fell and became even more numb as he could feel consciousness slipping away. For an instant he thought he could hear a faint cry come from somewhere high above him. He opened his eyes for just a moment seeing a blurry image of a face in the light above him. But it was already to far out of reach for as the last light faded and he closed his eyes for what he thought would be the last time.
All was still as a gentle breeze blew over his body. It carried with it a gentle warmth that covered Kardesh like a blanket making him stir ever so slightly. It felt as if he were laying down upon something soft in a blissful half sleep. His head was swimming as if inside of mid summer dream feeling breath flow into his lungs with deep easy breaths. A thought crept into his mind like a soft whisper. Like the first he had conceived in a long time since he could ever remember. But his mind refused to awaken from its daze as he felt too at peace to even want to wake up from this dream.
"Kar..." Came a soft whisper.
Something tickled his ear and his lip twitched. An itch like a minor irritation that passed quickly enough so that he could simply sleep away all his cares.
"Kardesh...you must wake up..."
It was then that a light seemed to pierce right through the dark of his sleep right through his eyelids. The Draeglaan stirred now when a another warm breeze broke of him bringing with it a sweet scent on the wind. With these new distractions making it harder to remain asleep Kar began to shift as strength was beginning to return to his muscles. Sounds began to come into hearing: The sounds of brushing grass, the buzzing of small insects, and the dribbling sound of what could have been water. Opening his eyes for the first time Kardesh was blinded by a light so bright it stung his eyes. He hissed squeezing them shut and tried turning over onto his side. There he could feel a soft layer of grass underneath his hands.
Propping himself up he dared to open his eyes again. Scanning around through half squinted eyes he old not recognize where he or was or how he had even come to be here. The wayward traveler found himself in the middle of an open grassy space surrounded by a plethora of plants with many colored petals. Above his head loomed a large tree with bright sunlight streaming through the sparse green leaves. For what seemed like an eternity he could only recall the cold embrace of impenetrable darkness and to find himself here was jarring and confusing to say the least.
Though he felt drained still Kar managed to sit up as his senses were beginning to come into focus. The scent of the flowers in the warm breeze reminded Kardesh of a place he could almost recall of a distant place in his memories, but he could not quite recall. For a moment he thought he could almost make out the sounds on the edge of his hearing. He looked up, his eyes adjusting better to the light of day he could clearly see the grove of colorful flowers with the large tree looming over it all. But beyond that he could see a plethora of life beyond that. Surrounding the grove was an open meadow of wild grass and hills that rolled off into the distance. Yet still beyond that he could make out tall standing structures, gray and monolithic in the distance.
Kar tried standing up using the tree as support and steadily walk to the edge of the grove beyond the shadow of the branches overhead. In full sunlight he had to shield his eyes with a raised hand. It felt warm on his crimson scale as they lightly refracted the rays of sun. The light was warm, a prickly yet pleasant feeling to the senses. This place so full of light and teeaming with life was surely a stark contrast to the harsh weathered plains of the home he remembered vaguely. Even more curious was how could he have even ended up in such a place when the last thing he could remember was being cast into the coldest, darkest pit of existence. A shudder ran through him at the thought of it. Then a thought suddenly occurred to the Draeglaan. His hand shot up to his chest as Kardesh reached inside the folds of his dark coat to produce a pendant with a silver chain with a violet stone set into it. Looking down at the object in his hand he examined closely in the sun.
"Vobit..." he muttered harshly. A simple curse of his fortune as he could see a distinct crack within the stone's surface, the light all but faded from within. He had been spared a fate of drifting forever in Oblivion. Kardesh stared at the pendant for a few moments longer before pocketing it once more where he'd pulled it and looked out over the land from the hill he stood atop. "Si mi rechan mojka." He was stranded in this strange place. With no way of knowing where he was there was little he could do to improve his situation. The Draeglaan quickly concluded that he would have explore this realm for a means of finding a different way out. But where...
The large cluster of monolithic structures loomed in the distance. Perhaps that would be the best place to start.
