Name: Crave-fang
Age: 327
Gender: Male

Appearance: Crave-fang is tall, muscular, and fierce looking. His left brow is pierced, bearing two rings, while his right brow is pierced with one. A claw mark scar runs from his left brow down his right cheek and mandibles. His armor is the Warrior's Steel, but is gilded so as to be made to look Golden.

His dreadlocks are long, starting to take on the blue hue of older Yautja, and bear many copper rings. His tusks are sharp and long, and his eyes are orange and fiery, alight as a roaring fire. His skin is a darker yellow in color, with brown, black, and orange spots.

History: Crave-fang was born to the Clan Leader, eldest son and heir to the Leader Great-claw. He was shown the ways of the Hunt from a young age, tutored by his Uncle Deep-bleed, a well known Yautja "Cleaner", responsible for the erasing of evidence left by botched hunts.

The Shadow Fall Clan was known to hunt the ferocious ancestor of the Hounds they tame and use to track prey, these ancestors being large arctic pack hunters. A legend said that one such beast was Father to the rest, thrice the size of the others, with a hunger unending, and years beyond count. Of the hunting party of Youngbloods Crave-fang was the only one to survive, through cunning and stealth he avoided the beasts, and felled the mightiest of them all.

This hunt was his rite of passage, and the Elders named him Crave-fang for the great beast he felled, and from its skull he took three teeth to wear upon a cord around his neck. He continued to hunt as frequently as he could, killing many fearsome creatures and bestowing great honor upon himself, his family, and his Clan. The few times he would forgo the hunt was during the mating season, and even then he did not always participate and would often hunt instead.

His father was killed when Crave-fang was only in his second century, killed by a beast so great in size no conventional means could kill it, save for orbital bombardment. Crave-fang however would fell it in a surprisingly traditional manner, by stabbing it. He scaled the beast, climbed within its ear and cut his way into its skull. Crave-fang killed the beast in one blow, severing the brain stem.

With that feat, Crave-fang was named Clan Leader, having avenged his father and taken the skull of the creature that had killed him. The skull would later be transported to the Clan holdings, made into the Feasting Hall of the Shadow Fall Clan.

Name: Saber Jaw

Appearance:
The member of the ‘Greater’ Yautja breed, Saber Jaw is a predator of strength and fortitude from the sheer look of his body alone; nearly eight feet tall of pure muscle and honed athletic build that warns of his chasing prowess. His underbelly hide is an ice-pale with mottled dark spots across his shoulders and prominent ‘scales’ a dark blue, as well as his banded dreads of dark and light blue, is a product of the icy plains that his fallen out-of-clan mother once had. Deep-set eyes of sharp gold in their pools of bloodthirsty red stare from their pits.

Scars of past Hunts decorate the Warrior’s flesh here and there with the most prominent presented as the metallic bladed tusks on his halved lower jaws, ripped off by the claws of an Abomination, beast born of Yautja blood and the detestable twisting of Kainde Amedha natural adaption. Hence the changed translated name ‘Saber Jaw’. Over his hunting mesh, this warrior wear plated armor to his vital areas with a spiked mantle of pauldrons lined with alien feline pelting, cuisses, loincloth and full boots.

Saber Jaw’s bio-mask appears ‘basic’ in its smooth, glossy shaping with very dark red visors. However, its jawline is bulged out and allow the hunter’s tusks to jut out in the appearance to it is a part of the mask. Acidic scarring ruins the finish over its respirator without appearing to be melting through the durable hardened metal.

History:

Born in the mixed clan of Shadow Fell, Saber Jaw didn’t claim the hatred that other clans bore to one another when it came to interbreed relations. He was born from the seed of the clan’s many proud warriors and the womb of a huntress from a icy world that tested her very limits like all from her clan, a place that would normally demanded death from the freezing cold, but they prevailed. From their conception, their legacy will live on beyond their world. Kept on the clan-ship among many others, Saber Jaw (formerly Pale Cub in his youth) was needless, to say an oddity to the Yautja. There are those are awed to his appearance and of course, those who jeered to it.
However, he was a hardy youth and trained extensively in the training halls. He was quick in thought and body, sturdier than most and his strength was unquestionable to his mentors. This gained his jeering fellows into rivals and Pale Cub tasted competition. A sour taste that only sweetened with each victory and alluring for each defeat, desiring to improve more. To care for him while his father was gone like any Yautja was the small multitude of chosen wives.

By his rite of passage, Pale Cub was a fine practitioner of the humble Ki’cti-pa and it showed with the dozen beasts that his blades have slew in a midnight ambush when one of his rivals were caught by his own mauling trap in absentmindedness. A bloody dance of endlessly practiced steps and ruthless blows that desired nothing but maiming and death, earning this pale child the name of Singing Blade in the pack’s howls.

For the next nearly three centuries, Singing Blade have fought enemy after deadly enemy; beasts and sentients. The hard-skinned horde of the Serpents and the growing colonies of the soft-skinned Human interlopers as well. His skills grew and so did the trophies adorning his wall of the man’daca. His life made a dark turn when on a hunt with a fellow hunter in hopes of building their own pack twenty-five years ago. To hunt a Kainde Amedha Queen and return it in joint-victory for the younger males and wanting females to begin, but in close victory on a long-lost world due to human ignorance. Their hunt was interrupted by unnatural humanoids of false birth (Synthetics) and in their destructive distraction, Singing Blade’s partner was captured and vulnerable to a facehugger’s dark touch between transportation aboard the human ship.

Too late to save his brother-in-arms when he managed to climb aboard, Singing Blade slew the faux-humans and their masters in a berserking rage while the ship was falling into chaos from the newly-born Abomination prowling the bulkhead. Missing the beast at every turn, the Blooded hunter instead had the ship set a crash-course into the Kainde Amedha hive as a cleaning vengeance. Just when the ship broke through the stratosphere and the hunter wasreturning to his ner’uda, Singing Blade met with his nemesis at the deck in a falling mortal combat. Blade to blade, blast to spit, roar against roar, it was a battle fit for songs. Howeer, this was no longer a hunt for Blade.

It was vengeance.

Losing his mask and one mandible to one monstrous strike, then the other to the creature’s secondary maw, Blade’s pain only fueled his murderous rage and with one mighty swing, separated the Abomination’s head from its shoulder. Just in time to jump out of the falling ship before it dived into the Hive’s bowel with the Predator escaping. Bloodied but victorious.

While Singing Blade never gained his pack, he did receive the rank of Warrior from his Clan Leader. Humbled with the new name ‘Saber Jaw’, prosthetics and scars to show for it as well as the beast’s head serving as the crown of his trophies.
