Tags: Seraph, Faclan, David, rickrtickr, HukaHere is the Character Sheet for my RP. For those with special characters PM me your profile instead but use same format. A little more info on the RP to help with creation is that your characters are being brought together by Warlock Jay Lacon who was tasked by the Vanguard to investigate artifacts called the Weapons of Light. There isn't much known about them but from what little there is it's obvious it can't be ignored. Your group will be responsible for gathering information and completing tasks to discover what they are, where they are hidden, and either recover or destroy them. As I said before I hope to make this into a series of missions so more information will be revealed as we go along. Whether you knew everyone or some of the members before this mission is up to you guys however everyone at least knows of Jay for he is the one putting this group together. The setting is after the House of Wolves before the Taken King expansion. A little bit about Jay: Jay Lacon is a Human Warlock Voidwalker. He has been active for 20 years trying to find ancient relics and monuments from times both during and before the Golden Age. A lot of his time is spent on expeditions or studying the various artifacts he found. He is part of a budding Clan called the Protectors of Past and Present, a group focused discovering, preserving, and protecting relics, artifacts, and monuments. They generally try to find sites of great importance and study them while also trying to preserve them from outside threats. An old clock tower built far before the Golden Age in Old England, the last surviving ancient Pyramids in Old Egypt, and the first Moon landing site are just a few sites under their protection. Jay's is a high tiered member with his most famous feat is recovering the original copy of the Art of War in Old China while simultaneously stopping a Cabal scouting party. Since its recovery he is having his Ghost decipher the foreign language while trying to learn what lessons that can apply to the present. Name: David (How original eh?) Race: Human Age: 35 Class: Titan Subclass: Striker
Appearance:

Helmet: Willbreaker's Watch
Guantlets: Ruin Wings
Chest: Willbreaker's Resolve
Legs: Willbreaker's Greaves
Favorite Weapon: Vision of Confluence
David is a fearsome looking character. When not wearing his helmet, People see a face that has seen a lot of fighting and action. He has a scar down the left side of his face from when a Cabal Phalanx struck David in the head, Shattering his helmet. He has a defined face, His chin is strong and prominent and his eyes are a sapphire blue.
Like other Titans, David has a bigger physique than most, Gained from physical training as well as being the enforcer in the field. Also like most titans, He carries himself with a bit of a swagger.
Biograhpy:
After being found by his ghost, of whom he refers to as 'Blinky', David fought through the Fallen and made his way to the Tower where he sought refuge and weapons to fight the bastards.
Along the way while doing missions for the Vanguards and the Cryptarchs, He was approached by members of Dead Orbit to perform other various little side missions for them, Notably, Things that were of interest to them, Or getting recon on numerous battlefields. Doing all of this gained him reputation and by the time he had battled his way through the Black Garden, He was a noted and celebrated Dead Orbit member.
After his triumph over the Black Garden, David distingushed himself again along with others, Going through the Vault of Glass and stomping out the Vex infestation, Killing the Templar and Atheon, Avenging Kabr, Whom David had used as an idol to live up to.
Soon after, A person named Eris Morn came to the Tower, talking of a Hive God that had wiped her team out. This both sickened and appealed to David. So after making sure that Crotas Generals were taken care of, He set off with a team of 6 to face the God. It was a tense and fraught battle, Pushing David's limits to the breaking point. But after a hardy battle, He won the day, Obtaining armor and fame he never thought possible.
When the Reef opened up and started offering rewards for finding and seize Skolas, David jumped at the chance. He had grown bored. What do you do when you finally kill a god? Sure there was killing vex and hive, But it meant nothing to him now.
After helping seize Skolas, David went to the Prison of Elders and participated in the Arena, Gaining even more reputation and fame, Etheric Lights to make him more powerful.
How did you come across this mission?:
David had heard it from someone in the tower. It sounded right up his alley, So David had went to Jay and offered his services.

Name: Kyr Race: Awoken Age: ?? (Since Awakening): 40 Years Class: Warlock Subclass: Sunsinger"I have walked the shadow's edge. I have stared into the very face of the Void. From the Darkness came a voice...and I was afraid."
Appearance: A mysterious figure rarely seen among the residents of the tower, Kyr is like a wandering ghost simply passing on the wind. He is recognized best by the charred plates of his ashen carapace armour and the tattered mantle that covers him like a cloak. The chest of the armor is battle scarred with many marks like the lashes of claws or blades. The bleached helmet is sleek and faceless save for the singular black eye for its visor, as is typical in most Warlock designs, sunken into its visage. At his side hangs a sword with a long silvery single edged blade held in a black featureless sheathe. Besides his outward appearance there are few that have seen the face that hides behind the mask. Apart from that Kyr possesses a lean figure and athleticist physique that seems out of place for one such as the typically scholarly Warlock class. He stands a tad over the average height of six feet tall. Though it has been suspected that the Guardian's accent and mannerisms hint that he is of Awoken descent, perhaps of the Reef as that is where he has been known to stalk within its many shadows. Weapons: Cygnus (Hand Cannon - Kinetic) - A relic firearm named after the swan of the night sky. This variant of the weapon is a custom work with a mat black finish and an engraving of feathers along the side of the barrel. It also sports explosive rounds that burst upon impact to provide extra stopping power. Vestian Dynasty (Sidearm - Volt) - A quick and compact weapon favored by the Reef's Queens Guard. What this handgun lacks in stopping power is made up for by its high rate of fire and light weight frame. Voidfang (Sword - Void) - A long slender blade with a single edge bearing no particular markings that stand out. The polished silver alloy it is forged of is surprisingly resilient against extreme duress and is honed to an incredibly sharp cutting edge. The blade seems to hum through the air when swung and bears an uncanny radiance that shines like Void-light. The sword is capable of slicing through the flesh and bones of unprotected as if they were mere air with no wear upon the blade. It's design allows it also to bite into even the toughest known alloys produced by modern industry. Truly a most masterfully forged weapon to be wielded by the worthiest of warriors, would you not agree... oh bearer mine? Biography: In the beginning Kyr was a newly awakened Guardian with life breathed anew into a lifeless vessel chosen by a Ghost. He was young in mind and understanding with little knowledge of the world around him. It is not common knowledge as to when the freshly awakened Guardian had come from when he first appeared in the tower. But there was a report that came in one day from a frontier sensor outpost too far away from the City and the Wall that readings had come in from an in atmosphere jump from an unidentified ship came in close to the territory. Scouts reported that the ship in question was a small transport of Fallen design which had crash landed near the outpost and were to investigate. Sustaining heavy damage the ship was inoperable with no signs of life that a crew had survived. However when the Guardian team sent to investigate went inside of the derelict vessel they found the supposed crew all dead, the bodies of a dozen Fallen dregs and vandals piled within the hold of the ship. Yet when they moved to the bridge they had been shocked to find a single person alive in the pilot's seat, a Guardian in a battle worn robe of a newly awakened and their Ghost sitting in their lap. The new Guardian turned and acknowledged the presence of the other Guardians with a blank stare through the single ocular visor of his helmet and greeted them in a light voice with a pleasant "Hello."
Kyr was like all young Guardians when he had first arrived in the tower drawn by to the City by the call of the Traveler. He was brash and ever willing to go out in defense of the of the people from the Fallen who roamed the frontier territories. Always looking to test his skills and exercise the knowledge he would gain learning under his tutors such as Icora Ray or the Speaker. The Speaker most of all had been a source of inspiration that always encouraged him to study in seeking answers to questions great and small of the nature of the Light. However he had a kind heart and a compassion that was hidden behind the stoic cover of his helmet which he never seemed to take off in front of others. Kyr's eagerness to learn new things of both the Traveler and the universe at large so that he may better understand his powers and how to hone them. Though others even among his own order found him to be a tad strange as he seemed to have a tendency of spending a great deal of time by himself going on about his thoughts aloud into thin air or seeming to disappear completely for long lengths of time.
He was certainly of the more aloof sort at first spending much of his time alone. Always stumbling over his words in conversation, finding the company of others an uncomfortable experience, and finding team activity a rather awkward thing when there was not a task to be completed. But in time as his experience grew so did his ability to identify with his fellow Guardians and co-operate with others to make for more effective teams that could strike at the dangers found in the Frontier. And as his experience grew so to did his knowledge and abilities to wield the powers at his disposal leaving him to wonder what more he could do to help in the effort against the encroaching Darkness. It was then when the Hive had awoken and was once more on the move that he was presented with an opportunity to further expand his knowledge and deepen the well of his power in the Light with whatever new discoveries he could make. His willingness to engage in ever deepening research was a voracious quality that lead him head first into situations others would consider folly, he would thrive. But his blindness to what would eventually turned into an obsession became his downfall.
During an experiment Kyr was engaging in the ritual of what is commonly used by a group of Warlocks known as Thanatonauts use to receive visions and gain insight through the use of near death experiences. He was seeking a way to commune with a force that had touched him one day whilst exploring Venus after having discovered an artifact, a mysterious fossil, theorized to having belonged to a creature thought to be long extinct. His quest had lead him to seek the legendary Black Garden that had been thought to have been inaccessible after the Vex presence that once controlled it ha sealed the passage. But Kyr knew of a way to enter the forbidden grounds for the voice that would speak to him in his dreams told him what he must do. Stepping foot among the crimson flowers of the Garden he could fulfill the task he needed to complete in order to find the means to thwart an unknown threat that he was warned of was coming and that could destroy everything in the system and snuff out the Light once and for all.
Kyr enacted his plans and immersed himself in the embrace of death, finding himself soon drowning in a sea of crimson petals before all fell to darkness followed by silence. What came next is uncertain. No one knows what became of the Warlock after his expedition to the Black Garden was complete as only his Ghost was discovered on Mars and brought back to the Tower with fragments of recorded log entries that have been corrupted. But one fragment that stands out hold a rather peculiar sound bite with a rather cryptic message, but no video.
"With this first step I will be able to cross the threshold where the veil of reality is thinnest. I will be able to walk the shadow's edge. I will stare into the face of the Void. From the Darkness a voice speaks to me. I am so afraid...but I must find th-"
How did you come by this mission?:
One day a message delivered by a peculiarly battered Ghost came to a Warlock by the name of Jay Lacon, respected member of the clan teh Protectors of Past and Present. The message itself bares a formal congratulations upon his most recent discovery as the writer grants their best wishes that its restoration goes smoothly. The message following those formal tidings slowly transitions into a letter lightly addressing upon the recently past events as the writer expresses both interest and concern of Jay's latest activities. Overall the letter appears to be a proposal of where the writer is vaguely aware of the nature of Jay's latest assignment given by the Vanguard and, in a rather cordial manner, offers to assist the matter in anyway they can possible. The writer expresses in the closing of the message that they shall be in the area in whch they may perhaps meet and discuss the matter personally in the coming days. The letter formally closes after that signed with the pen name simply signed 'Kyr'. But the writer of the letter does not seemed to have put any particular instructions in which to respond. The only note that had been left in the footer of the message is that the writer rather cryptically states, "I shall find you when the time for preparation is right."

(in progress) - a once over review from one of you would be nice
Name: Richard Race: Human Age: est: 42 (since reawakening: 24) Class: Warlock Subclass: Voidwalker
Appearance:
Favorite weapon: Patience and Time (sniper)
Primary weapons: High lord Fixer (hand cannon) various auto rifles
heavy weapon: Machine guns
Biography: Richard doesn't remember a whole lot from his life before being reawakened; but what he does remember is a great deal of weapons training. This coupled with historic data on the location where he was found by his ghost shows a monumental battle at the area he was found. Richard's Ghost has speculated that he was a weapons technician in a war not long before the Traveler arrived.
Richard was immediately drawn to the order of warlocks and their libraries of knowledge. He spent most of his first year in the studies of the warlocks, and only rarely ventured out into the greater world. The few times he did, Richard made his mark taking down Fallen and Hive on Earth. Richard Honed his skills as a voidwalker in his early years, and focused on improving his weapons background by tracking down many rare artifacts and weapons.
After his first year of study and introspection, Richard finally broke out of his shell at the request of the Speaker, and has been out in the world ever since.
He has become an instrument of death, and frequents the tower. In the reef the queen has allowed him to speak with her on occasion. the real curiosity for Richard are the fallen in the Reef he has tried on several occasions to understand both why and how they came to be under the queens service. Though he as of yet has not found any reason for either question.
How did you come across this mission? XUR - As possibly one of the greatest sources of both reliable and and shady information. He brought the information of a quest Jay Lacon was planning, and having been around for many years Richard figured that an elder warlock might be useful on the quest in question.

If by "badasses" you mean "Voidwalkers", then yes, considering we have three of them, lol.
If this were an in-game raid team we'd probably ask one of you to switch to Sunsinger for self-revive insurance. Just saying. I doubt that's actually an issue for the RP though.

I'm a bit surprised no-one was a stormcaller - so you could float around and zap all the zombies and other enemies. Or Give Saul a friendly handshake and zap him silly, like those puny handshake zappers we have here on Earth P:

That would be pretty funny. However, the new subclasses (Stormcaller, Nightstalker, and Sunbreaker) are discovered as part of the Taken King storyline, and this RP takes place before then. Not to mention until that expansion comes out in a couple weeks, we won't have 100% confirmation of what the new subclasses are even capable of.

Name: Void - 17 Race: Exo Age: Functioning since Dark Age - Recent Reawaken reported 5 years ago Class: Hunter Subclass: Bladedancer
Appearance: Void-17 is a specialized ‘model’ of the Exo warmachine, taking a lean appearance with his Light-sensitive adoptive exoskeleton weighing 180 lbs and standing at a good 6’2” feet tall. While biped in appearance, there have been obvious modifications in his deep-space isolation with the most noticeable is his lupine shaping on his face to remind himself of his class's patron motif. His sockets have two sets of photosensors - the main pair glow an ominous gold while the upper smaller couple serves as visual enhancers from vision spectrums to HUD-connecting assist. Scars of past hunts and the Darkness’ touch make his outer shell seem corroded. His right arm is cannibalized with a Silent Blade’s prosthetic arm, armed with an extendable blade.
However, Void hide it all under black Gravebreaker armor that was once bestowed to him for his great service to the Vanguard via relentless bounties before his vanish, decorated with trophies of past prey including those during the return of Crota and Skolas, with a hooded wrap of a slain Wizard that seemed to constantly flicker black embers from its tattered end.
Since returning to boundaries of the City’s influences, the lupine Hunter wields a pulse rifle of Dead Orbit design with sharp grim edges called the Coming End, a claimed sniper rifle from Queenbreaker Saviks himself, and from Crota’s rise, a bewitched machine gun named after the Song of Ir Yut was grasped into his claws. To finish his arsenal is his pair of daggers - the first was of his original Hunter’s utility knife still as clean and sharp as the day it was bestowed to him and the second is that of his former spotter before her Light was used against a Knight-Lord.
Biography:
Void-17 was one of thirty made Exo models to be among the select few as wetwork operations and reconnaissance beyond Earth’s ship graveyard, since the Dark Age, to hunt the enemies of Humanity and strengthen the fallen powers with found pieces of the Golden Age. He was paired with another, Void-06, and have been successful in their objectives for a number of years until one twist of fate changed their chain of luck.
His reported exploits during have been the slaying of the Knight-Lord of Oryx's Will after the clever use of a captured Ghost's Light - at the cost of his mental structure and his dear partner- and delaying the one of the Hive's vanguards during the Dark Age and the succession of assassinating Devil officers during the Six Fronts before disappearing into the darkness of Outer Space again to missions unknown. By the time of the heroic David's rise to the Guardians' prestige, the enigmatic Exo returned to known space in the depths of the Cabals' war against the recently-active Vex and restored attention to Mars, hunting for the head of Valus Ta'aurc to herald the City's own goals.
His first meeting with David came in the form of delving into the Vault of Glass, hunting what lays inside out of personal interests that he never fully revealed but vanished in distracting the Gorgon and assumed 'inactive' considering they still remembered the Exo in general.
The third resurfacing for the Hunter came during Crota's return, aiding in the bounties for the Hive's minions with a noticeably ravenous desire. Feeding on each kill, seen mostly on the Moon as he traversed into the dark halls of his enemy and helped in slowing the advance with the addition of slaying a Hive Wizard known as the Hexist. Taking the short time of ‘peace’, Void-17 dwelled in the dark of the Tower with few involvements with the Iron Crucible’s events to keep his skills sharp and ‘sociable’ with other Guardians but he tended to drift towards Eris in their similar presences. Then the call from the Reef in wake of Skolas’ rise to power brought him back to the front. Hunting the renegade Wolves by bounties and the most recent- and personally glorious-accomplishment was the slaying of the Shadow Thief, Taniks the Scarred.
No one escapes the Lone Wolf.
How did you come across this mission?
Void-17 was assigned the mission by the Vanguard, for his experience of deep-space exploration and the capability of coming back.

Change 'o plans for those who don't already know: Soriks is exiting Stage Left, and a new Titan is joining the team. Name: Artorius Race: Human Age: 12 Years Since Reawakening Height: 6' 3” Class: Titan Primary Subclass: Unique Striker Appearance: Light brown skin tone, dark green eyes. His thick, somewhat curly hair is cut short. He has square, strong facial features that look almost chiseled, making him look every inch the heavy armor-wearing powerhouse he is. He estimates the age he appears to be is somewhere around late-20's to mid-30's. The armor he dons itself is rounded, and for the most part wouldn't look out of place on an ancient battlefield. His arms are protected by ACD/0 Feedback Fence Gauntlets. His Mark is a swaying, multicolored and ever-shifting rainbow of Light; it's woven from the flayed and frozen Light of Guardians lost, which he recovered from the Hive. Primary Weapons:~Red Death ~Hakke Sidearm ~Party Crasher +1 ~Lance Backup Weapons: ~The Talon (Tex Mechanica Sniper Rifle) ~Thunderlord ~SUROS Rocket Launcher Vehicles:~Personal Jumpship ~Modified Sparrow (Twin mounted guns and heavy shielding system) Biography:Artorius awoke inside a crumbling building. He had no idea how he'd gotten there, nor what the Little Eye before him was. He still recalled a few blurry, distant memories of the time before the Little Eye found him, but they weren't enough for him to really know who he had been. He also found himself recalling and understanding some things which he didn't believe he was formerly familiar with, like the language he was conversing in with the small metallic entity. Artorius later realized that, upon his resurrection, he must have had some basic information downloaded into his brain. It helped, but only just.
Then the Little Eye said that he had to move, had to make it to the City and safety there, because they were in a very dangerous location.
This, Artorius understood perfectly. The few memories he did posses of Before were of battle, and he knew that he had been a skilled warrior once. Apparently this city was controlled by a group of enemies called the Fallen, whom he had no familiarity with. According to the Little Eye—it kept insisting it was a Ghost, for some reason—the “European Dead Zone” was mostly controlled by the Fallen, and few Guardians were skilled enough to survive for very long in it.
That meant Artorius had to get a move on, and quickly. He followed the Little Eye's instructions and, long story short, boarded a Ketch to steal some equipment. Though the ranged weapons of the six-limbed aliens were demonstratively powerful and quite deadly in the right hands, he felt the weight of a sword or pike was more comfortable in his hand. That and he wasn't quite sure how to properly use the shock guns; while he had the fundamentals of firearm usage as downloaded information in his mind, it was a far cry from possessing actual skill with one.
Using a Fallen Stealth Generator, he disembarked from the Ketch on a Skiff. With that done, he started making his way towards the Last City, following the Little Eye's waypoint. However, a mere week after being reawakened and starting on his journey, he ran into a spot of very bad luck. A Fallen patrol stumbled across the lone Titan and attacked him. He barely escaped with his life, but the Little Eye was not so fortunate.
The Ghost was damaged, though not irreparably. It could still provide some direction and advice at times, but for the most part, it had to power down to conserve energy for repairs. That meant that Artorius was practically on his own for all of his training, firearms and strange Light powers alike.
With no council, no words of wisdom... In short, this resulted in Artorius developing a few...unique abilities. The most prominent of which is the power to channel his Super into a weapon, most often the Lance he would later use, and use it to devastating effect, sometimes as a thrown weapon. With the raw power of the Fists of Havoc compressed and refined to fill his lance and directed into a single, laser-focused point of impact, the Super could pierce just about anything. Its sheer power soon came to rival that of a Sunbreaker's hammer, and eventually surpassed it entirely.
Over the course of a long, long year, Artorius walked. He walked, fought, walked, scavenged, walked, occasionally ran, modified his gear, walked, and walked some more.
In the end, a ragged, haggard figure stood in the shadow of the Wall. Clad in damaged Lightmail with Fallen armor pieces haphazardly attached and the torn Banners of a few different Houses fashioned into a cloak to protect against the environment, and wielding stolen Fallen weaponry, Artorius made a hell of a sight to the watchmen.
After being taken in and debriefed by the Vanguard, Artorius made sure to have someone help repair his Ghost. Once that was taken care of, he took a nice, long rest to recuperate. His Ghost, or Ellie/LE as he took to calling it, was repaired in short order, and within the month, he was outfitted in a fresh set of Fieldplate and underwent training for a while before going back out into the field.
Though his unique abilities concerning his Light were of course an intriguing discovery to those in the Tower, he never really gained that much renown in the long term. He preferred to stay relatively unknown, and so just went about doing ordinary missions in a mostly ordinary way. Part of the reason was that he was still unsure of himself and how he fit into this new world he had been thrust into, and didn't really want to take the greater risks that more daring, experienced Guardians were completely used to.
However, that started to change once he encountered a small gang of bandits. Humans, not Fallen. Their leader wielded the feared Red Death, a weapon known for killing Guardians. He was put on the defensive almost immediately, but with superior maneuverability and cunning, he outmaneuvered the bandits and started picking them off one by one. As for their leader, he cornered the man and engaged him in close-quarters, and beat the bandit to death. Though standard Vanguard policy was to destroy the Red Death on-sight, Artorius decided to keep the modified rifle for his own. After all, it's a good weapon, with a very useful ability.
En route to the Tower after claiming his newest prize, he and all nearby Guardians were alerted to the fact that a high-priority target had eluded a Strike team and was near his current position. The target was a Fallen Baroness, and a notoriously canny one at that. He met up with two other Guardians on his way there, but while they were bogged down by Fallen footsoldiers, leaving him to face the Baroness alone.
Artorius jumped atop the Skiff as the Baroness boarded, and tore his way inside as it retreated to her Ketch. His fight with the Baroness was brutal, but brief. Her neck shattered beneath his grasp, and the pilots followed suit immediately thereafter.
By then, the Skiff had almost reached the Ketch, and he decided to take advantage of the situation. He charged up the Skiff's turret batteries and shock grenades with Arc Light, channeling his power into it like he did with his lance. He aimed for the Ketch's engine, hit the accelerator, and bailed out. The resulting explosion completely wrecked the engine, forcing the Fallen mothership to land. As for Artorius, his Ghost said he was lucky to only have lost an arm from the fall, but he felt it was worth it, mostly since the Ghost would be able to repair him in due time.
His actions opened up the Ketch to other Guardian Fireteams, who eventually swept through, eliminated most of the Fallen, and retrieved useful tech, information, and the like.
The downed Ketch garnered him quite a bit of attention and praise. Though Artorius tended to dislike being put in the spotlight, he nonetheless accepted it. And, he found that he had actually enjoyed the battle.
He no longer requested simple, mundane tasks and missions that inexperienced or less skilled Guardians went after, instead reaching higher and higher as time went one. Though he didn't pull off a stunt like downing a Fallen Ketch again for a long time, he slowly started making a name for himself with his skill, power, and reliability.
The next notable event occurred at the very beginning of the Hive invasion of Earth. When the monsters had just been discovered in the Cosmodrome and Seeders had begun descending to Earth, he found himself on the side opposite a small Hive army from a pinned-down fireteam. Naturally, he set about to help.
First, he encountered a pack of Thralls led by a few Acolytes. They were easy to take down. He came across more, in greater numbers. They too fell. Still, they kept coming, until eventually several Knights showed up. He shot one down from afar before a cleaver-wielding Knight came in close. Artorius engaged it in a melee, and narrowly avoided being overpowered by the brute. He pushed it back, took its sword, and cut the Knight down with its own weapon. From there on, he used the stolen cleaver to cut a swath through the Hive, and at one point he even temporarily took a second cleaver to wield on his way to the desperate fireteam.
Finally, he came to the Guardians' makeshift bunker, and the Wizards besieging them. Crackling bolts of Darkness flew from their hands, their tattered robes fluttering in the wind as they drifted through the air. Their dark shrieks and foul words grated at the very soul itself.
So Artorius did what any self-respecting Titan would have done: he charged straight in and felled the Wizards with a Hive sword. Specifically, he vaulted off the top of an adjacent building and, whilst screaming a mighty battle-cry, cut the lead Wizard in twain, then proceeded to strike down the others.
With the enemies of humanity rallying once more, Artorius rose alongside thousands of other Guardians in defiance of the Darkness and its servants. He started spending less time in the Tower, and more time out in the Wild, patrolling and taking part in various Strikes and other missions, his skill and power growing all the while.
And eventually, when the time came, he jumped at the chance to be a part of the raid on the Hellmouth. Together, he and five other Guardians (including a fellow Titan named David Kabruski) infiltrated deep into the Hive's realm and struck down the God-Knight Crota, the Son of Oryx. They avenged countless Guardians slain by the Monster of Luna during the Great Disaster all those years ago.
Most recently, he was among those Guardians who worked against Skolas' House of Wolves in whatever way he could, and even fought in the Prison of Elders on more than one occasion.
Now, Artorius feels uneasy, though he's not completely sure why. Something big is coming, a great and terrible will has been directed towards humanity with one overriding thought and goal: Revenge.
He must be ready.
Humanity must be ready.
So he will prepare. How did he come across this mission? Artorius heard rumors about it from some of his allies in the Tower, amongst them his fellow Titan David. His curiosity piqued, he looked into it. Upon further investigation, he came into contact with Jay Lacon himself, and the Warlock figured he could use Artorius' skill on the mission and recruited him.
