Hello all. For those who don't know me, I am LaxKnight. This is the first time I decided to GM an RP here so bear with me. Now I plan on having a little adventure that takes place after the events of House of Wolves before Taken King takes off. A prominent Warlock has found some information regarding some ancient and powerful weapons made during the war against the Darkness before the Collapse. With the coming of the God-King Oryx he hopes that these weapons will be able to help banish him from the living before he steps foot in our solar system. This mission I offer is the first of hopefully a chain of events I wish to do leading to an epic conclusion. The primary setting will be Venus with the enemies being the Vex and Fallen. I am looking for anywhere between 3 (a full fireteam) to 6. While it's recommended you have some knowledge about Destiny, you don't have to know a ton about Destiny lore for you could be a recently awoken Guardian who knows nothing of the new world. For this mission at least, while I may allow an enemy alien, they have to be Fallen and it has to be for good reason and a good character. PM me then to discuss it. As for everyone else, if you're interested please state your character's name, race (Human, Awoken, Exo), and class (Titan, Hunter, Warlock). Unfortunately, the only Destiny I've ever played with the Beta, but I did enjoy it.
Would it be possible to play a Ghost... I think that is what they are called. Always wanted to see how RP'ing one would work out like.

Never thought of that. If you can convince a player to have you be their Ghost, I'm cool with that. Just tell me whose Ghost you are.

Might be hard to RP a Ghost without understanding Destiny's lore, since a Guardian's Ghost could be compared to how Cortona informs and aids the Master Chief. But if you reeealy want to try... I might be convinced to be your Guardian. Up to you. Also... Unfortunately, the only Destiny I've ever played with the Beta, You really should look into getting one of the Taken King bundles. For the price of a regular game you could have Destiny, the first two DLCs, plus the new Taken King expansion. That's a seriously good deal, lots and lots of content, and that's not even including the fact that Bungie is overhauling the entire game for free for everyone on top of that. You'll even get a free item that will instantly level up one character to the required level to play the new content right away. If you ever considered getting into Destiny, trust me, now is the best time to do so. |

Dang it, roleplays start appearing when I drift from my Destiny cycle! If enough room, I could appear for a while without bumping elbows or write things in my mingling time.
