- Target wears an olive drab uniform with rolled up sleeves. - Target enjoys smoking cigars. - Distinctive long scar across his right cheek. - Priority Bravo: Sabotage enemy armory
- C12 Demolition Charges recommended. The explosive ordinance within will do the rest. - Optional: 1. Do not get caught. 2. Do not raise an alarm.
3. There is a Jamming Device somewhere in the vicinity of the AO. Get too close and our comms link are dead. Fortunately, this also effects the OPFOR's comms. Destroy the Jamming Device and the interference should cease, unless you want to use it to your advantage. Enemy Presence and Opposition:
- Unknown amount of enemies. - Unknown weaponry. - Unknown vehicles. - Snipers present. Insertion/Extraction: *** Operators cannot extract from the same location they were inserted unless their option have been cut off! ***- Alpha: A preferred insertion or extraction that is well away from the Area of Operations (AO), but provides excellent vantage points for observation and surveillance of the area and enemy movement. Insertion or extraction by M246 Sperry ATV.
- Bravo: Low to the ground and very exposed, but under the cover of night would make it possible. By utilizing the trees as cover, the approach can be concealed, but ends just at the edge of the town. Unless you head North up the hills, there will not be much observation to be made of the area. Insertion or Extraction by M12 LRV Warthog.
- Charlie: High ground with dense forests for cover. Good for long range reconnaissance and observation, but the approach will no longer provide tree cover as you move closer towards the town. Your options of transportation is restricted by the forests. Insertion or extraction by foot.
- Delta: Sure hope you can swim. This insertion takes you in close to the AO. A risky location for getting spotted, but if you play it smart, you can insert undetected. Up close and personal? This is your method of entry. Insertion or extraction by SCUBA.(Link to OOC Thread: yappashalorpg.proboards.com/thread/11397/clandestine-operations-training-open-oni )

PO1. Richard A. Chen ONI Section III Field Operator: "Panther" BLUFOR HQ, Classified Location, Earth, 2548 0012 Hours Mission Time "Guardian Angel"Richard Chen sat down on the computer chair and observed each of the ONI Field Operators' helmet mounted cameras on BLUFOR Team. The dark, black room of the HQ was depressing, but Chen liked the dark environment. It made him feel like he was on the field; using the darkness to hide from the enemies and striking when they're vulnerable. There were other ONI Agents in the room with him. They were there for the same reasons as Chen was; to provide logistical support monitoring the training operations. There was no need to brief the Field Operators of BLUFOR. They were all given oral and written information of the entire training operations by their Commanding Officers so it wasn't necessary. What concerned Chen was who they were up against. He didn't know who was part of the OPFOR team and their numbers so he had to take this one carefully. What added to the tension was that it was Chen’s first time behind a desk which was a big concern. He refused the first offer at first, but reluctantly accepted when his CO persuaded him that the participants in BLUFOR were rookies to clandestine operations of this scale and nature. Chen liked the challenged, but was also motivated by curiousity of how well the rookies would perform. The direct feed from BLUFOR's cameras were displayed onto three large monitors with the forth monitor as a SATMAP of the operator's position on the training grounds. All participants of the training operation were required to wear one for evaluation and review purposes, but he didn't have access to the OPFOR helmet camera footage because that would be cheating. Chen always thought that playing fair was a necessity for the training, but he had a different view when it came to real-life situations where the one who fights the dirtiest will be the victor. Chen observed the footage coming from Alpha Team's lone operator who was relatively new to the Field Operations. Agent Wolfe. Her former background was UNSC Navy. Chen never had an interest in Navy work as it was pure boredom unless they were engaging in Naval combat. On the other hand, it was also dangerous since any engagement with the Covenant would be a death sentence as most of the Navy would be obliterated if they lacked the numbers, firepower, and skilled ship commanders and crew. Chen thought of how odd it was for Wolfe to choose Insertion Charlie. Indeed, the woods where dense enough where infiltration would be nearly impossible to detection from a distance under the cover of night, but the on-foot trek just to get in position was exhausting. That was why he sent her a few hours ahead of the others so she could navigate through the three kilometers of forest. She was a tough one though. Chen had read her file a few days ahead of time, but the most interesting of her skill assessment was her hand-to-hand combat. Rumors had spread about Wolfe standing her ground against an ODST Staff Sergeant during her time in a vessel. The rookie definitely had it in her. Chen spoke to Wolfe through the encrypted Alpha Team channel with his headset's microphone, " Alpha, this is Panther. Let me know when you're in position. Bravo Team will start moving from their end when you give the green light. How copy? Over." He switched his gaze to Bravo Team Operators' helmet footage. They were inserting via SCUBA which reminded Chen of the 21st Century's Navy SEALs. Agent Sorelson and Agent Vo were Bravo Team. Sorelson was new to the ONI Field Operations while Vo had some experience under her belt, but was also new to operations of this scale. It was a strange pairing to have these two on the same team, but Chen knew that both of them could use the teamwork to break the ice. All that Chen saw through their helmet cameras were a dark sea of blue. Chen activated the nightvision on their cameras to get a better view. He saw coral reefs and schools of different fish moving about. There was an occasional appearance of rising bubbles that came from both operator's rebreathers. Chen keyed his comms after he switched over to Bravo Team's encrypted frequency and said, " Bravo Team, this is Panther. I know you can't talk at the moment so give me a SITREP when y'all break surface and reach Delta LZ. Over." Chen sat back in the chair and kept observing each of the monitors. It was game time.
(Tags: ☯Wᴏʟғε (ง︡'-'︠)ง, John, LaxKnight) OOC: The training is conducted under the cover of night time ( starting at midnight). Llau, Cheddar, and Daenerys Targaryen: PM if you have questions, but start whenever ready.

Civilian Acquisitions Operative Lani Vo BLUFOR Bravo Team Operator ‘Wisp’ Nearing Delta LZ 0013 Hours Mission TIme Testing the Waters
Lani never thought in her life that she would be doing this. Sure she swam before in a few escape attempts (most being successful) but never with full SCUBA gear. Plus she always figured if she ever had to use SCUBA gear it would be doing a very elaborate heist, not participating in a military exercise. Then again, she never thought she would be working for ONI yet here she was. Lani found that though she was technically a civilian, ONI found that it was just that, a technicality, and lately she has been involved in more and more ops that involve military operations. Snow, her best friend, showed her this exercise Section III was conducting and Lani decided it would be a good opportunity to get acquainted with the military world. The thief looked over to her partner. While she had the option to insert somewhere else or even be on a different team, Lani opted to partner up with someone. The few who know her would see this as out of character but she figured that this was training and chances were that she would have to work with others so why not start now? There were actually three of them on this mission but the third, the lone operative of Alpha Team, inserted elsewhere. Lani enjoyed the small size of this mission. It felt more like a very elaborate heist than a military operation so she thought of it as such. It helped her relax a bit more but not to the point of complacency. Complacency kills in the criminal world as it does in the military one. Lani didn’t know much about her partner besides his callsign, Ace, and she didn’t need to know his rank to recognize him as a man who was in the military prior to joining ONI. He was a big man, especially compared to her small and lithe form. Stealth rarely favors the large but it didn’t mean it wasn’t impossible. It will be interesting how subtle he’ll be since he was the explosives expert on this mission, meaning the first objective they would complete would most likely be to blow up the armory which was fine with her. Lani always prefered subtlety but sometimes things called for a good old explosion. A voice in her ear as their handler, Panther, asked for a sitrep once they emerged. Lani noticed that they were indeed approaching the shoreline. She gave a deliberate blink and an acknowledgement light lit up in both Ace’s HUD and to Panther’s screen. She tapped on Ace’s arm to signal for him to slow then she reached into her utility belt and pulled out a fiber optic probe. Barely the width of a USB cord, the matte black foot long cable was attached to a controller the size of one’s palm and transmitted the image to the user’s HUD or data pad. She slowly stuck it up and broke the surface of the water. The tiny black probe in the dead of night will be next to impossible to detect. She surveyed the coastline for any threats, sifting through normal, thermal, and night vision to make sure nothing escaped her notice. Lieutenant Jessica Mae Collins ONI Section III Field Operative Insurrectionist Bodyguard Codename: Pari OPFOR Body Guard 2 Bird's Eye ViewHer throat burned as the vapor of an e-cig dragged down down her throat, and she was sent reflexively into a small coughing fit. She hadn't used it in a while, and of course she had completely forgotten to check the filter before she tried smoking the damn thing. The blue light at the end of it flickered a bit, just as she began to hear the sniggering behind her. The agents around her gave her a variety of looks, and yet she chased them all away with a single icy glare back toward them. "Keep your eyes on your posts, Agents." She didn't bother playing insurrection when it was just her and the agents assigned under her. As quietly as she could she cleared her throat to ease the burning sensation in her throat and leaned forward. The cool metal of the balcony's railing pressed into her forearms, and though it was uncomfortable she was glad for the support as the scouted the streets around Alpha Building. It was all clear, but she knew that soon BLUFOR would be entering the area. She had made sure there were vehicle teams traveling the perimeter of the "town", but they couldn't guard every location at once, and besides, they weren't specifically trying their hardest to keep everyone out anyway. With that in mind, Jessica brought her hand up to her left ear and keyed in her coms. " Bishop. Sit-rep on Alpha building, is Ombra secured?" Her fingers tapped on the railing as she waited for a response. It was their prime directive to stop an assassination attempt, as well as secure an armory. The building and floor she was stationed on sat right across the street from their "leader's" location, closer to the jamming device. Though Bishop and herself were preoccupied with their current task, she was aware that there were several sniper teams set up to guard the armory as well. Another loud cough escaped her chest and she brought her mouth to her elbow. She needed to tone it down and compose herself, more importantly she needed a god damned glass of water. Reluctantly, she withdrew from her spot on the balcony and motioned another of her 5 underlings to take her place. As one moved t her former position, she crossed the makeshift flat to retrieve water from the nearest sink. Llau Cheddar

Lieutenant, Junior Grade James Sorelsen BLUFOR Bravo Team Leader, "Ace" Near Delta Insertion 0015
This was Jim's first real mission as an ONI Agent. Yes, he'd been on two missions before, but back then he was an outside 'advisor', as they called it. Jim had to focus. Not only was he on a real (training) mission, he was in command of a team of two. Following insertion to the water by Pelican a few hours ago, he'd been swimming. He felt akin to the American Navy SEALs of old. He heard Chen's voice in his ear, asking for a SITREP the moment the duo was safely ashore. He moved his hand a few inches in front of his helmet camera, and formed a circle with his thumb and index finger while extending his other fingers a bit. Hand signals to say he was okay. When 'Wisp' tapped on his arm, the Lieutenant slowed down, and came to a full stop a bit later. He saw the camera getting raised, and looked at the PADD over his partner's shoulder. As far as he could see, there was no-one. So he slowly moved ahead, creeping up on the shore. The water was getting shallower, and finally it was shallow enough for him to stand. Quietly, he started removing his flippers. Then he grabbed the silenced pistol loaded with stun rounds from the holster on his hip, and took the safety off. Finally, he spoke into the radio. "Panther, this is Ace. We got to the fishing ground safely. No sight of any fish yet, though. We'll keep looking after we take care of the unneeded gear" he said.

PO1. Richard A. Chen ONI Section III Field Operator: "Panther" BLUFOR HQ, Classified Location, Earth 2548 "A Slight Change of Plans..."(Tags: Daenerys Targaryen, Cheddar, John, LaxKnight) Chen saw a green acknowledgment light blink from the lower right corner of the Vo's camera. He was glad the connection with his team was sufficient. He watched closely as he saw Vo cautiously pull out a fiber optic probe to peer out into shore for an environmental assessment. He activated the TACPAD that was attached to his left wrist and gained a direct feed to what she was looking at through the probe. The screen transitioned through different visions modes after a few seconds of scanning left and right of the shore. "It's always good to play it safe," Chen thought to himself. Chen switched over to Sorelson's camera and found him giving a thumbs up to Chen through the camera. After that, the camera motioned towards Vo's TACPAD. The Agent took a good look at what projected through the screen before the Bravo team leader slowly advanced towards shore. He was soon touching ground which was concluded based on the way Sorelson bobbed the camera. He began to take of his flippers and drew a M6C SOCOM while deactivating the safety. " Panther, this is Ace. We got to the fishing ground safely. No sight of any fish yet, though. We'll keep looking after we take care of the unneeded gear," Chen heard through his comms. Chen responded, " Copy that, Ace. Stay frosty and stay on your feet." A few moments later, Chen received an encrypted message from Earth's ONI Base on his TACPAD. The message said: Chen frowned with disappointment. He didn't like when things don't go as planned, but he did have a backup plan for one less of an Agent. Without a doubt, Agent Wolfe would've been useful by lightening the OPFOR with a few knockouts. As much as he expected Wolfe to be in action and succeed in this operation with Bravo Team, it seemed like he'll have to wait. He looked around the dark room of the HQ and saw that the other Agents were checking their personal Data Pads. It seemed like they also received the same message from ONI Base. "Great..." Chen thought. " Bravo Team, this is Panther. Hold your positions and holster your weapons for ten minutes. Yin is being extracted and an important Agent from the OPFOR team is also being extracted and are being taken out the training. There was no specified reason. I suggest you follow these orders because failure to obey is considered as insubordination and it will kick you out this operation. They are direct orders from ONI High Command and they current have access to everyone's camera feed," Chen said to Sorelson and Vo through his microphone.
