Name: Nek Dal Race: T'vaoan *Rank (If applicable): Ship Master of a cargo vessel *Affiliation: Independent Kig-Yar of the System (the Nests and Clans that wish to have a more peaceful and helpful existence with the rest of the species of the galaxy. Several (a trend started by Shipmistress Chol Von) still wish to raid and show the other species they are a threat. Its a tense situation in the Eayn system but for now civil war has been averted.)) Appearance: A middle of the road specimen for his species with only minor scars from his scrapes over the years, the most distinguishing feature of himself likely his clothing and feathers. His feathers have had the tips dyed green and he often wears loose fitting shirts and pants rather than armor and over that he wears a old Human brown leather flight jacket that he as put a few Human commendation ribbons on lately for surviving the war and doing well in it - generally goes without shoes.
Armor/Weapons: Often armed with a Human Magnum and combat knife as well as a Kig-Yar B-P1 in a shoulder holster under his jacket. While he has a set of Major level T'vaoan combat armor he rarely uses it as its not comfortable to sit in.
Strength/Weakness (if you really want to): + Very strong English skills. + An extremely skilled pilot. - Poor in a fight. - Although his tendency to panic is less than his earlier years it still happens.
Bio (optional); A veteran pilot and trader who managed to survive both the UNSC and Covenant during the war and now that the fighting has stopped he has offered his services out more broadly to the rebuilding Sangheili and Humans - The Kig-Yar society and industry rather unaffected by the wars end (Much to the rage of several Sangheili). Nek is pretty happy these days as his exploits have finally convinced his mistress he is not worthless and he has recently, finally, been allowed to see his children again and help to raise them.

Battle scarred and muscular Kig-Yar that has seen heaps of combat. His favorite accessory is a damaged and frayed Scarf that he has kept throughout the War despite the damage to it.
Armor/Weapons: Up armored version of Kig-Yar major combat armor complete with helmet and fill arm armor. Has a Needler, arm shield, grenades, and a crystal saber for weapons.
Strength/Weakness (if you really want to): + Very skilled combatant in both gun and blade. + Very strong, for a Kig-Yar - Slow due to his armor and combat style of shield advancement. - Unwavering Faith have made him blind to the truth a few times and kept him fighting for a cause that has been proven wrong a few times.
Bio (optional); His Faith in the Great Journey was tested to the limit after the Covenant collapsed, but with the Remenant he was able to find purpose again and fight the good fight. They are being pushed back slowly however, and there are less and less places to hide these days though...

A scruffy looking individual that often wears civilian clothing so the UNSC population doesn't know he's a member of ONI - which are often looked down upon because of the revealed Spartan program details despite their actions likely saving the Human race. Armor/Weapons:
Often just a Human magnum for weapons though he is trained to operate and use other Human and Covenant weapons. For armor he will don ODST Recon armor.
Strength/Weakness (if you really want to): + Can speak Sangheili fluently. + Has a good grasp and the Unggoy, Kig-Yar, and Jiralhanae languages. - Sees the Covenant aliens as Human, and doesn't like to kill them. - Doesn't like or trust Computers.
Bio (optional); He worked as a message cracker and interrogator during the war and now that its done he worked for ONI as a ambassador and translator for the alien races before he was moved to a secret mission that was gathering some odd members.

Name: Fisk "Seraph" Taylor - a.k.a. 'You Bastard!'Race: Human *Rank (If applicable): *Affiliation: Private Military Contractor and Security, ONI Asset Babysitter Appearance: Seraph is tall, about 6'2, a bit broad figured with defined muscle and athletic figure. His complexion is a slightly darker, more tanned color of your average Caucasian male and has some peach pigment in his face(It's an all-over tan.). Though his looks make him seem aged with the hard lines in his face Seraph he has the body of a man in their prime. He bares many scars, though most are faded now on many parts of his body. A few decorate his face due to carelessness or accident, but otherwise they compliment his strong features. The 'worst' among these marks would a section running parallel from the left corner mouth passed his ear where he was cut with the side of his face laid open. Another be a streak of old burns on his arms and a big 'ole sigil branded on the other side of his chest. His face is a bit rounded with a sturdy, pointed jaw, crowned by a wide bulb nose. Most of his features are angled but can have a slightly more brutish appearance. The privateer is also quite a hairy man though not to the point where he can be considered grizzly. His dark chocolate hair, though it is graying slightly, is long and a bit unkempt. It is usually pulled back into a loosely braided ponytail that reaches the middle of his back. Seraph also sports a full yet lightly trimmed beard that is developing a light graying streak up the middle. One more thing. The vet has been around a while, did some pretty crazy things, took some bad hits and such. Over the course of Fisk's career, and during the last seven or so years, he's had a few upgrades as well as some patch jobs done. Seraph has had bones crushed, his face flayed, organs ruptured, an eye gouged, and his spine almost severed. Looking pretty good considering, right? Take a look on the inside and you'll find a different story. The man runs around with more metal bits, composite baubles, and motors than a child's toy chest of action figures. Initially it was just bone and joint replacements, false organs, and a new ocular implant, but since falling off the grid he's made a few upgrades. Mostly illegal black market tech procured through certain questionable and...inhuman contacts. (Look below for full list. Ever since Joining the UNSC Navy since he was a wee lad at the age of 18 after the First Contact skirmishes with the alien super power known later at the Covenant he has seen action from one side of the colonial territories to the other. After his time as a grunt on the front lines fighting for the better part of more than a decade events had been escalating drastically and so far he had resolved to try and be there almost every step of the if many of his NCO's didn't get him out of their hair on forced shore leave every so often. Mr. Taylor, known as Seraph to his companions in the Hell Jumpers, was and still is a dedicated soldier at heart. However some saw his dedication as a risk to his health and well being. Shortly after joining the ODST branch he began developing certain underlying personality quirks that at first were difficult for the usual screenings to detect.
Seraph had been repressing certain conditions from his peers, as well as from superiors and the like with the use of weak or rapidly dissipating stimulants that would work there way out of his system with little to no trace. In time it was one his buddies who was rather concerned who knew full well of Taylor's growing habits. With more thorough screenings the medical experts diagnosed with slight schizophrenia and a number of nervous ticks developed by his rather minor addictions. For one of the few times in his career he was suspended from active duty for a protocol rehab cycle. On the one side examiners found little in detox screenings that sent up a red flag. His vitals were healthy healthy besides trace trauma left behind from heavy drinking on occasion. Seraph's coordination and motor functions were still quite sharp for a man in his early forties. However a couple of Seraph's councilors were a little disturbed about how detached the man had become since his last operation into Covenant space. The man was paranoid, irritable, impulsive and morbidly cynical in his incessant sense of sarcastic humor.
Even more disturbing was on additional accounts from his squad mates was that there was something unusual about the way Seraph maintained an eerily calm collected manner during and after some missions. Sometimes claiming that he would space out a lot into unshakable trance to and from an operative area, but never in the middle of a mission where he remained rooted from whatever trips he'd take off in his own little world. Seraph even confirmed two or three episodes where he just lost and...went postal. The man would just cut loose and left little restraint or regard for his safety or that of his squad, twice on the field and once off. He briefly became like an animal, completely unresponsive to orders or reason. The last time was he beat a high value captive to death, a Jirahanae Chieftain, with it's own severed leg after Seraph had cut it off during a field interrogation. After the few months it took to get these developments over a couple of thorough questionings and investigations into a couple of falsified operation reports it was discovered that all of this seemingly sudden and unexplainable behavior stemmed from one particular assignment made nearly five years prior to the cease-fire between the UNSC and the Covenant Separatists set off into Jirahanae Space.
However before anything else could be finalized there was a sudden and unannounced intervention from the Office of Naval Intelligence when one of it's agents came and worked that wonderful spook magic weaving spells that redact or classify anything on a whim flashing that shiny ID badge. The ONI spook whisked away Mr.Taylor and took him to be publicly and dishonorably discharged from service. After being sent home Fisk Taylor fell off the grid completely. His discharge was only two years before the declared end of the war. Now just recently he's turned up after all this time with a new look, new uniform, new toys, a new job.
And a whole new outlook on life. Appearance: Garatus is a large, heavily muscled creature, his skin is light gray and has many scars along with Reach-era tattoos covering his chest, shoulders and face. He has a gray and brown beard with three braids, each one being two strands brown and one strand gray. He wears the black and red headdress, bracers, pauldrons, grieves and loincloth of a Chieftain. Kig-yar pistol(like Fac's Proposal.) Bio; Kex has become... very cynical and grim over the years and has gotten quite the violent reputation among several species, chiefly his own. He has remained completely loyal to his Captain over all these years and still proudly holds his position as Chief Security Officer. Misc: Has several clutches of Children to his name nowadays.

During the time of the war with the flood was when he was elected judge and he has served in the position with a kindness and faithfully to the end. He believed he'd meet his end along with his brothers on Ecumene when the rings fired, but was instead much like the others put into stasis. However much like the other forerunners put into stasis time has twisted his memory. What also hasn't helped is in the passing years the Judicial has grown silent, not willing to speak a word leaving one to wonder what exactly is going though the judge's mind at times. However he has now been released from his long sleep and only time will tell what this judge will do as Ecumene becomes the doorstep of war. Misc:I suppose I should list down a few facts about the judge here: - The Judge is first loyalty is to the law of the mantle and the protection of just, followed by loyalty to the Forerunners as a society in a whole and then the loyalty to the Master Builder, these are the only loyalties to be considered set in stone for him with others being built or broken throughout the rp and many of his own morals being questioned by himself. - The Judicial does not speak as of late though there will be rare occurrence's even if brief. These are when spoken to or in dire crisis, as he never speaks without a reason seemingly falling into the line "Speak no evil". - The Judge as of late is slightly sociopathic due to his own isolation, in this way he tends to be ruthless when it comes to "purging the guilty", thus expect no quarter from the judge if one of the guilty unless under the protection of the Master Builder. - Due to the adherence to the law he tends to be bound by its commandments. However he also acts when the law is broken resulting in very swift end usually at the "hangman's noose" so speak for the guilty. - No one escapes the judge's iron fist, he will hunt you to hell and back with a relentless, sociopathic, cold, and efficient manner much like a machine.

Seeing as Forerunners outta have a load of weapons, I figured they would have a Turret that could be mounted and unmounted, like the Plasma Cannon or MG Turret. This is also known as the Particle Cannon, given the fact it rapid fires particles of Hard Light that are slightly bigger than most bullets. If I may, even for a non canon rp, this thing is way to overpowered, if you wanted to you could just walk up, spray and pray, and we'd all be dead. I believe this needs to be toned down a bit or removed1x Z-018 Energy Weapon/Sword (Made this up too. This weapon is also known as the Light Sword, given the fact that it's blade is made out of Hard Light. Like any other Forerunner weapon, the Hard Light will, slow or fast, burn through anything it touches.) For this, you should be using the same hardlight blade as the Promethean knights, not this made up one, since both use the same armory 4x Z-040 Attenuation Field Generator/Localized Rest of it is fine I just wanted to point those two things out.

I forgot about the Promethean Blades. As for the Canon, a bloody Binary can rip through eight Marines in one shot. OOOOOH WAIT, I SEE THE PROBLEM NOW. My canon will carry more Hard Light than the Binary does, and it'd obviously go through hundreds of Marines, not just 12. TONING IT DOWN NOW, I SEE MY MISTAKE.

Wait, Promethean Blade Arms are only for the Knights, who have it attached to their forearm. I'd rather an actual sword with a hilt, like a Medieval one.

I agree with leaving the cannon out of this, the hardlight weapons are fine as is and a weapon that massive wouldn't be carried it would be mounted if anything. The sword with a hilt would also be a no, just keep it to a regular blade.
Just try to keep it based on what we've seen Dark so we can start please.

A regular blade is a sword, Fac. And, my character can't use a Promethean Sword Arm if he isn't digitized into a hunk of armor. And the cannon is fine, I toned it down, like, a lot.

I'm like 98% percent on this, but my impression is that anything made of hardlight doesn't burn. It's solidified photons gathered into a tangible makeup. If anything I think that something like the blade is projected into an impossibly honed edge that will still split almost anything isn't galvanized steel. It would also be quite sturdy considering that a shield can take some punishment and even bear the weight of several tons.
