In honor of the fricken awesome Doctor Who 50th Anniversary movie, Day of the Doctor, Tracker and I are gonna be starting up a Side RP based around the events that took place during the Time War, specifically the Fall of Arcadia.
Below are the character creation templates and such.
Time Lord Template
Name: Your Time Lord's name or title (Doctor, Master, Corsair, etc.)
Incarnation: Which regeneration your Time Lord is at.
Height: Easy.
Weight: Dur.
Appearance: Derp. You could also include what your armor looks like.
Equipment: Weapons, armor, sonic devices, all go here.
Personality: Short paragraph will suffice.
Dalek Template
Designation: Essentially, your Dalek's designation.
Specialty:] Normal Dalek, part of a group similar to the Cult of Skaro, Heavy, Commander, etc.
Appearance: Probably not that different from most Daleks unless they're a specialist or something.
Equipment: If your Dalek is a specialist, they may have different weapons and such than others, such as a single large cannon, a claw that acts as a plasma cutter, and so on.
Personality: Not much variety, but every Dalek has their little quirks.
Name: The Observer
Incarnation: 5th (Observer); 7th (total)
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 189 lbs.
Appearance: Average height with a slim but muscular build. Reddish skin, grey eyes, short dark brown hair.
Wears a newer suit of stealth armor, designed for prolonged recon and subversive tactics. It features a fully enclosed helmet, active camouflage panels, and micro thrusters built into the back for zero-G and limited in-atmosphere maneuverability.
Equipment:

~Pulse Sniper
~Pulse SMG
~Pulse Magnum
~Sonic Manipulator
Personality: Cold and calculating, ruthless, pragmatic. Stoic, not buckling under pressure or fleeing due to cowardice unless it provides a tactical advantage. Quiet, but can get bored. Might be classified as a sociopath by human standards.
