A not so Civil War
Setting:
A large area on Doisac with varying terrain and environments including open forests, vast scrub lands, swamps and deadly magma fields. Though for the most part it is Scrub land with a grassier flair, each clan will have a hold present on the map and each hold will be in a different environment.
Characters and Factions Involved:
The Jiralhanae are the primary characters and there are five different clans involved, two that violently oppose each other and three neutral clans that will be forced to side with one of the two larger clans, or remain neutral and be conquered by the victor. I will be representing one of the two primary clans, a more tribal Clan that follows the old ways, and our enemy is a more advanced Clan that has a lust for technology and want a higher place in the Covenant.
Mission Description:
Fight and conquer your enemies in the name of your mighty clan! Participants will be a member of one of the five Jiralhanae clans, two large and actively combating clans and three currently neutral clans that are a bit smaller but will still provide precious troops and supplies in the Clan War. The victor will either force the defeated clan to leave, swear fealty to or become part a part of their Clan.
I would like one actual player to represent each of the clans, to give it a more in-depth and relatable feel for anyone involved with the thread. Also any Covenant members that aren’t Jiralhanae but participate are vulnerable, even high ranking Sangheili since their presence is voluntary and they made the choice to become involved with a Clan war, though nobodies character has to die if they do not wish it. The two Jiralhanae factions each have five thousand warriors and each of the smaller ones has about a thousand of them.
Additional Information:
Only Jiralhanae weapons are allowed and any melee weapon or less advanced weapon that a person so desires to use may in fact be used, such as axes, spears, swords, the bow and arrow, crossbows and whips as examples. People may bring non-Jiralhanae Covenant members in as support for one of the two opposing factions if you so desire but may not interfere with the clans in any major way.
A non-Jiralhanae player could be a spy for one of the clans, and certain members of the Covenant may support the tribal Jiralhanae who do not wish to use Covenant Technology(The Sangheili for example), while others would want the more technologically advanced to succeed for the Jiralhanae’s more lax rule following(The Kig-yar).
