PvP Dartagnen vs. Saber....BEGIN!!!!

I picked the map, and I think it should be the ONI base in Halo Reach, weapons are everywhere, and you have only two people.

In this corner, a door opens and two ODST enter, Dart and Cole, both holding a shotgun and assualt rifle. "You see anything?" Dart asks Cole, Cole responds, "Nothing yet, this place gives me the creeps." Then they both loaded their weapons and then entered the large, open area in the middle of the base.

Saber yawned and strode out of the opening with his hands tucked in his pockets. Relaxed and calm, he licked his lips and stretched some, as if he had just awoken from a nap. The black and red trench coat that lay over his shoulders, flowed gently behind him as he walked. Approaching from the back, away from the side of the glass wall, he stood calmly and looked up at the light coming into the building.

Again, Saber yawned loudly, his voice echoing some in the main room. Holding the coat tight to himself, he tried to keep the heat from his body in as he was sick. Saber was told not to get out of bed on pain of death, but a little fun was worth it. Even if it meant him having to spend some energy.

Looking down from the light coming in, Saber looked at the pair of ODSTs before him, standing like fools in the middle of the room.

"So, let's get this over with before I'm caught out of bed." Saber sighed, cracking his neck as he relaxed.

"Ladies first." Rubbing and flexing his fingers, Saber stood without much care, looking up and back at the sunlight coming in.

"You shouldn't be here, I might have to kill you for tresspassing, then again the we need all the help we can get, so I'll just shoot your legs off." Dart said as he aimed his gun at Saber, at the legs. Cole went infront of him, and said, "Can't we just settle this like gentlemen. I think we should just--CRUD!!!" Cole then took cover after a shot was fired in the air, Dart took cover, and started to fire at Saber, blindfiring mostly.

As the two bickered, Saber pushed his hips forward and arched his back, getting a good crack out of the motion. Standing back up, he looked to Dart and his pal as Dart raised his weapon. Then Dart decided to fire. Saber shook his head and raised his left hand.

Extending his palm out and fingers tight together, blue-energy poured out i n a flash. A large shield appeared between Saber and Dart's bullets. The shield was thin, maybe a quarter of an inch thick, but it was all Saber needed.

Anchoring the shield, he let it be, watching the nato rounds slam into the blue wall. With each hit, a small wave expanded outwards across the shield as the energy for the bullet's momentum was manipulated. As each bullet hit, the shield got a bit thicker and a bit wider to compensate. Saber would simply stand and wait, putting his hand back into his pocket as he watched Dart shoot at him.

"What the heck is that?" Dart asked himself, then you could hear Cole say, "So much for diplomacy." Then he huffed, but then dart threw Saber his own assualt rifle and brang out a silencer on a SMG, and then he says, "I am an honorable man." He then loaded his SMG and ran behind cover, then he got a grenade out and threw it at the shield, "GRENADE INBOUND!!!!"

When Dart finally finished and threw his Assault Rifle, Saber disengaged the shield. The bullets that had been fired at him dropped harmlessly to the floor, and scattered as they rolled away. The energy within the shield returned to Saber, and he cough a bit as the energy from the bullets was effectively converted to his own.

Standing still, Saber reached out and snagged the assault rifle from the air. Holding the rifle loosely, he gripped it by the upper rail and held it by his side. Waiting another few moments, he saw a black little dot appear from over the piece of cover Dart hid behind, followed by Dart's yelling of a grenade.

Saber wondered why he yelled it. Any enemy would be able to adjust to the threat once he yelled the warning..

With a soft grunt, Saber threw the assault rifle. The rifle smacked into the grenade with just enough force that on impact; both the rifle and grenade fell straight down to the ground. After a few seconds, the grenade went off and tossed the rifle away from the spot into a random location.

Placing his hand back into his pocket, Saber remained still and relaxed on his heels as he waited for the next move.

"My assualt rifle, that was a gift from my father..." Dart said as he saw the explosion happen. Cole nudged him on the shoulder and pointed to something on the floor, Dart smiled. He then comes out with somethind in his hands, a gravity hammer, but with red on the blade. "Hey, you like doing work, you might like this to hammer the nail in a house then." Dart then ran towards him and attacked him, but something stopped him, as he looked at the blue-thing that he hit, it blocked his attack from making a hit. "You would make a great soldier in the UNSC, you thought about joining us?" Dart asked as he put the gravity hammer on the floor, he then brang his two knives out and then position himself to attack.

Saber yawned a bit and moved his feet some. Looking at the floor, he adjusted his feet and got a bit wider of a base, but then decided just to stand comfortably. He wouldn't really need much movement from his feet anyways for now.

Checking back on Dart, the guy now had a gravity hammer. Not very unexpected, though, he thought there was going to be a rocket or something. Saber looked at the hammer and held back another yawn as Dart got closer and prepared to turn the attack against him, but then Dart stopped.

Instead of using the big hammer... He pulled out two tiny knives. Was this guy an idiot? Saber shook his head and just stared at Dart as his left eye became a blue-energy jewel.

Redirecting some energy, Saber coated his eye in a thin layer of blue crystals. The eye got its own little HUD and Saber began to analyze Dart even though there wasn't much. He already knew much of the information on the person, but there was never enough knowledge in the world. As Saber looked him over, the insides of his coat turned from red to blue.

As Dart readied to strike, Saber remained in his spot.

Dart's knives were half the size of his entire leg, so then he sarted to stab at him missed.. He then pulled out his magnum and aimed at one of his legs and fired, hearing the shot, Cole came out and aimed his assualt rifle. Dart put his magnum away and then pulled out a plasma grenade, behind his back, he then dropped it and ran behind cover, with Cole following, he made it out of the blast radius, but got thrown over the cover and landed on his back, then you hear Cole say, "Ouch, that hurt, alot." Dart then looked at the guy's eye and noticed something, it was blue, he was doing something different. Dart pulled out a flash grenade and threw it out, he then covered his ears, Cole did the same, and then closed his eyes. They felt the shockwave and then got out of cover, Dart loaded his SMG and aimed around, then saw him and started shooting at him.

As Dart decided to try and stab him, he didn't even have to move, as Dart himself missed. What a pathetic challenge. Saber just stared as he jabbed, blatantly missing the mark to the point that Saber couldn't even laugh. Then Dart actually did something sensible and shot at him.

Saber pulled his trench coat closed around his body, and the energy on the inside of the coat absorbed the energy of the bullets and let them fall. Saber shook his head as the man proceeded to just run away.

When Saber saw the plasma grenade pop out, he pulled a hand out and pointed his finger. A string of energy shot out and covered the grenade when it landed. The unprimed grenade was lifted off the ground and pulled back into Saber's hand. He then looked up and watched Dart dive into cover, then his partner flop over and hurt himself.

He waited for a second, then primed the grenade. Putting energy into his thumb, he flicked it like a quarter. The grenade shot forward and collided with the flash grenade, dropping to the ground on the opposite side of Dart's cover and well out of range.

Waiting for Dart to appear after it went off, Saber stood there. It wasn't long before the man appeared with his SMG raised. Saber extended his hand again and formed the same shield he had made before. When it was made, he anchored it into the ground and put his hand back into his pocket, letting the shield do the work.

As each bullet hit the shield, just like last time, the momentum-energy was converted and the shield expanded a little more with each round. The bullets penetrated just enough to be held in the shield and not fall to the ground.

Dart kept firing, to distract him. He then took cover and reloaded, he then signaled Cole to suprise him. Dart got out and then said, "You're good, not as good as me though." He pulled his gun up and fired some more, distracting him while Cole went around and suprised him from the side. Dart saw Cole and stopped firing at him. Cole then was right next to him when you see him reload his shotgun and aim it towards his head. Dart then moved forward, seeing Saber not notice Cole yet and aimed at Saber's head. "You might want to give up before you die." Cole said, suprising him, or so they thought.

Saber yawned again and watched as Cole moved away and disappeared. He then looked to Dart and just watched him mutter something, then fire again. Saber shook his head and looked to his right as Cole appeared, with a shotgun. Were these guys both idiots?

Saber just stared at Cole as he approached. Then once he got close enough, Saber raised his hand. He put up a barrier between himself and Cole, extending the first initial shield and made a semi-circle around himself. When Cole stopped and raised his shotgun, the shield prevented him from getting to close, yet he was close enough.

Raising his fingertips up, little drops of energy shot out and across the room. Each drop connected with the rounds from the assault rifle Dart had shot earlier. The little drops activated the energy stored in them that Saber had planted upon their connecting with his shield, giving him control over them. The bullets lifted off the ground and encircled Cole. In a complete sphere, the bullets boxed in Cole.

Then, with a snap of his fingers, he ignited the energy in the backs of the bullets flared. The rounds all fired at once, collapsing on Cole at three times the speed that a normal assault rifle would fire them.

"COLE! NNNOOOOOO!!!!" Dart yelled as his friend fell to the ground, not moving. Dart ran up to Cole, Cole was lying there, then you see him breathing heavily as he is holding his chest, "Thank god for amor." He then smiled as Cole got up, dent's showed off of his armor, Cole then sat back and tended to his wounds.. Then you see Dart pick up something off the ground, and energy sword. Then Dart turns around and ignite's the energy sword. He then start's to attack the shield, making hard attacks, pushing the shield back.

Seeing Cole magically survive the attack. Saber sighed and shook his head. He'd deal with him later, but for now, he looked at Dart. Dart now somehow pulled a energy shield from the dark shadows of wonder that was the base, and was attacking his shield. The shield, with each impact, dispersed the energy from the strike and expanded.

Though, instead of around Saber, the shield extended and began to surround Dart. Saber added his own energy into the mix, and completely surrounded Dart. The blue walls were like a coffin, blocking him in on all sides; left, right, front, behind. Even below, the energy coursed through the floor. Above, Saber left only a small, little hole about the size of a pencil-tip, letting some oxygen flow in to allow Dart to breath.

Saber turned to face Dart, keeping an eye on Cole as well.

"Last words?" Saber said, holding out his right hand as energy pulsed through the walls around Dart.

Saber didn't know something, Cole had a charge, with his last breathes, he then charged it and then threw it towards Saber. "Hey, Dart see you in the after-life." Cole said with a smile, Dart then said, "That's a one way trip." Cole then armed it and said, "We all make it there sooner or later." Cole then smiled as the flames from the explosion engulfed everything exept for Dart. When the shield went down, Dart saw Cole's helmet on the floor, Dart picked it up, along with his DOG tags.

Saber shook his head when Cole threw the explosive. He retracted the shields meant to box in Dart, then covered himself instead, protecting himself from the blast. As the charge when off, the shields absorbed much of the energy that came at them and converted them into something useable. When the blast cleared, Saber turned the shield into a ball.

As Dart decided to but his back to Saber and get Cole's things, he squeezed the ball, compressing it. When he reopened his hand, the energy spurred out into several elongated gems. They rotated and spun, moving until they encircled Dart.

Saber raised up his left hand and spurted energy out of it. Reaching up his right hand, Saber extended energy out of that as well. Saber watched Dart and encased him completely. Saber gave Dart some moving room, but had him boxed in on all sides and angles. The spiked gems hovered outside of the box, their ends just touching the sides as Saber waited.

"Well then... Do YOU have any last words, Dart?"

[Dutch]

The toaster came without word and without warning. Plunging at brutal speeds, it smashed right next to Saber, sending various ruined components scattering all over the floor. From the top level catwalk, head attached to a bath-robed figured peeked over.

"Keep it down yah lousy vagrants, some people are trying to get some sleep!" Dutch shouted at the two pissers below. Here he was trying to get some good sleep, and some lunatics busted in and began making noise. Some neighbors...

Out of nowhere, the loud bang made Saber jump a bit. Startled, he looked to his side at the smashed toaster, than up at the hollering old man. Saber chuckled and shook his head.

"Go back to bed you old man! It'll all be over in a moment!" Saber laughed then looked back down at Dart who was still inside of the box.

Dart then remembered something. He then got something out of his pocket on his chest peice, flash grenade. He then threw it out of the hole he was breathing through and then covered his ears, and closed his eyes. Feeling the shockwave, he then saw that the plan had worked, he then got up and pointed his shotgun at Saber's head and fired.

Saber watched Dart throw the flash grenade at the pencil tip-sized hole. Wondering what the hell he was doing, Saber watched the grenade hit the hole, bounce back down inside of the box, and go off. Looking down, after it went off, he saw that Dart decided to point a shotgun at him. Saber reached out and put his hand against the edge of the box as he looked at Dart on the inside.

"No words? Ah well, you had your chance."

Energy pulsed out like a shock wave across the sides of the box. As each gem was touched by the wave, it illuminated brightly. The thick spears then cut into the box, all meeting in the middle. Whether they hit Dart or not was of no concern to Saber. After a second after contact, spikes suddenly expanded out of the gem's. The entire inside of the box became a mess of shards and needles from one side to the other.

Being stabbed to death, before the shards consumed him, he dropped his eplkosives and let the shards touched them. "See you in the afterlife you son of a---" Dart was cut-off by a large explosion, that broke both the box and sound barrier, and destroyed the base and everything in it. Then the remains turned out in smoke with not one thing moving, not even the wind.

Watching Dart die, Saber just stared at the explosive device on the inside of the box. When it fell and activated, Saber just watched the box fill with a bright light. It shook a little, but didn't even crack as the explosion within was compressed. Saber squeezed the box in his mind, making it shrink to hold the explosion to a minimum size before converting the light and explosion into useable energy, replacing what he lost during the fight. Once the explosion was done, Saber recalled the shards and the box.

He watched as Dart's body fell onto the floor then over at where Cole lay. Both were dead, and the fight was now over. Saber yawned and walked to the door he had entered through and walked back out, grabbing a cup of coffee from the coffee maker he had started earlier. Taking a sip, Saber made a face and threw it over his shoulder.

"Decaf..." Saber muttered, leaving the base.
