Captain Lydia Adelle Morgan had been pacing back and forth along the bridge for some time now, the tactical holo table on the bridge proudly showed the goliath ships making their ways to Docking station Romeo. Even in the mood the female was in, she sure relished in the fact that those things would be helping them fight the covenant that were probably already glassing Albert. She was glad to be back in the stronghold of the human's military might. She had crossed through here many times before during her extensive career in the UNSC. Most times were after confrontations with the Insurrectionists.. but now the covenant have tooken the stage.

"How about we get you something to eat..." Offered her executive officer Troy as he placed his hand on the Captains shoulder.

"Yes that sounds ni-" Began Lydia before she was cut off by her communications officer Butch Siminar.

"Message from Vice Admiral Klix of the UNSCS Arizona." Reported Bucth before brining the text up on the Holo table.

Start Transmission

"To the UNSC Vessels that were released from the docking station, please know that I did not know that they were doing. The station had already told us that they were free. If I had known, I probably would have found a new station.

On part of the UNSC Navy, I apologize for what ONI had done to your damaged ships. Now, on a personal apology note, we all know ONI is a pain in the ass, so if you guys want I'll put in a reference fo a complete repair."

End Transmission

"I might just take him up on that offer." Stated Lydia after a moments silence. She always disliked ONI and she had a soft spot for kindered spirits on the matter .. otherwise known as most of the UNSC. "Butch send a message out to all ships docking to Romeo.." She began, making sure he was ready to type before she spoke.

Message: "Thank you Admiral, I do agree with you on a perssonal note and I would like to take you up on that offer. No need to apologize, let us blame this on ONI and dock on good terms. On behalf of the UNSCS Fire tear I thank you for your generosity." Came the words from Lydia's mouth with a smirk of satisfaction as Butch typed the message. Of course she would love to meet this stranger in person, but she'd let the invitation come to her. or she would simply introduce herself in person at the next breifing.

"Now send it out, I am going to take troy up on his offer as well. Contact me if anymore messages come in." Ordered Lydia before putting an ear peice in and following Troy from the bridge.

Lieutenant Aspen "Jade" Watts and Sergeant David Williams
New Alexandria
Cafe

"Today's Special, Beef bun with any side drink... Huh.." Aspen Tutted before entering the cafe, her husband in tow. This would be their first dinner date in more then seven months and the couple planned on using it to their full advantage.

A small chuckle escaped David's lips as the two sat in a booth in a random part of the small cafe. "What looks good to you?" He asked, picking up a menu and staring intently into it.

"Well nothing right now, I need to go freshen up in the ladies room." Aspen hinted before standing up and making her way toward the restrooms, on the way she accidently bumped into Second Lieutenant Killinger. "Oh excuse me." She offered polietly before continuing on her way.

Lance Corporal Victoria Landcaster
New Alexandria
The Acropolis

The sniper pair of Victoria and Chase had rented out a room in one of New Alexandria's many Hotels for their shore leave. With their fatigues up in their room the two found the nearest source of water, which was a pool two floors down. "Finaly.. a pool after all of these months!!" Victoria exclaimed before diving into the deep end while Chase stood by the edge, gingerly testing the waters with his foot. Soon after Victoria surfaced she exclaimed, "God this feels amazing. After this I am checking myself into the spaaa.." She stated as she began to float around the pool on her back, gingerly kicking along the clear waters.

Second Lieutenant Killinger

A polite woman bumped his arm, Killinger nearly spilled his Iced Tea, but the lady said her dues when she said "Excuse me." politely.

Killinger stared at her for a second, she was military... UNSC. She was apart of his team. Maybe he'd strike up a conversation with her, but what to talk about. Nothing, that's what was to talk about.

Killinger got up, cleared off some crumbs onto the plate and set it back down on the table. He turned towards the door and walked forward. The automated doors slid open, and he walked outside. The day was shinning brightly, and he had to admit, it was starting to feel more like a shore leave.

Vice Admiral Klix

"Sir, UNSCS Fire Tear has sent all vessels docking on the Romeo a message." Dino said.
"Play it through my neural lace." The Admiral said.
It was a text file, and he could read in his head.

After the message was finished, he picked up his PDA.

"Captain, I have forwarded my opinion to the Fleet Admiral. You may or may not receive a complete repair. Regards, Vice Admiral Klix." The Admiral typed out, then sent the message.

He was now on his ninth pelican, and the Fleet Admiral hadn't responded to his message. He was a busy man, he understood.

"Vardy, coming onto the station now. Meet me in Commons A1, I want some real plant made O2." Klix typed into his PDA, and sent it to the Admiral. He climbed onto the tenth pelican, and set the machine to do it's job, and left.

The trip to the docking airlock A1 was a pain, as he encountered a group of Naval crew members actually lost.

"Sir, thank god. We just came in, I swear we've been running around in circles for a few hours now!" The young crewman said.
"Dino, please lead these guys to the mapping room." The Admiral said, a moment later the AI appeared and grew to full size.
"Crewmen, if you'll follow me. Please note I'll have to upload to other sensors, but I will lead you to the mapping room. Admiral, I assume you want people to study the layout?" Dino asked.

"You assume correct, Dino." The Admiral nodded, turned and walked out of the ship and across into the platform. The seal closed behind him, they were now safe from explosive decompression. However, now it was his turn to get lost. "Commons A1, hey." He said softly.
