So so kuran, they are still pretty effective in going from one destination to another in complete vacum so I am sure they can dock in station, grab guys, re-docck en' drop em' off, then do it again. I just need Wax to deploy his friggin longswords to get these Seraph off my ass so my pelicans can begin evacuation procedures.

You have a point. But yes, I do not plan on loosing Lydia, she will move closer to the station after defeating the Seraph to set begin evacuation procedures and also keep and eye on the ares.
WAIT!! Since hat guy's men turned an ran. ignoring the last few posts. I still have my Mac and archer missiles and no Seraphs are on me. Also Wax is no longer in danger from energy projector damage.

Don't get ahead of yourself, Beta. Hatguy/Kart merely posted the Admiral's reaction to what's going on, he has yet to mention what's happening with the Covenant. Unless he said so already and I just missed it, we still need to find out what happened with the whole energy projector, MAC shooting, Covie blowing up and/or retreating thing. He promised this next post soon, so hold tight for a little longer.
And besides, who says the only way out of this is to retreat? That'd make for a pretty lame RP. If you notice, Kart said nothing about killing your characters if you don't run. (That would just be cruel). And it's not like there's an entire armada breathing down our necks either. It's 4 frigates/destroyers and 2 Battlecruisers, maybe 2 Corvettes if his PCs stick around. But we've got three ships of our own, plus the Siren's Kiss and a couple others on the way, plus AlphaWolf and Cabal who are both working on new ship profiles. With some daring tactics, we have a shot at making this work! ;D

Commando is right... Also if you know what to do and know how to actually use and put ship tactics in affect we have a chance, besides I got plenty of MAC rounds and shiva's and Archer's and stuff left.
Also Kuran isnt the UNSCS Foxhound going to pick up survivors from the station?

Not sure yet, he's probably going to take up station near the station and have his pelicans start ferrying people, he'll mainly stay close to defend the station.

Hmm I remember seeing that the station had more then two frigates with it, unless I read wrong.. dang I wanted imiediate reinforcements lol.

A SPARTAN can change everything.
He said you could handle one ship, right? But not two? Well, I'd say a SPARTAN could take one of them out... with some ODST backup.

And anyway, it's cool that you don't want your charries to die--good, because I DON'T WANT MY CHARACTERS TO DIE EITHER
That's the problem with PVP. Not a lot of actual killing.
That's why I'm retreating my PC characters for NPCs which you can kill at your leisure.
And I have read your posts; I am simply ignoring them. My ships do not die, your ships do not die. Fair trade. A PC's life for a PC's life.

Hey Commando and Saber, keen idea. I have not read the most current posts yet so I am unsure if you have began your mission. Since I have certain plans for my ODST Sergeant can I just put him on the ship as your ODST help? Having you-know-what happen to him near the end in a bad ass way?

Wait a second? Have the Covenant ships come out of slip space? And are they in MAC range while they power up from slipspace exit/entry.

I'm assuming that all of the MAC's on our ships are more or less the same with regards to size? I'm wondering if a destroyer really would fire a full 600 ton shell?

Yes.
Two (well, one, since Kuran just blew the other up) Frigates have just arrived, but the CCS-class Battlecruisers and the four others are fully shielded.

It depends on which Destroyer.
We have the Halo Wars Destroyer, which is the size of a bloody colony ship, and the widdle Destroyer that's about twice the tonnage of a Corvette.

Haha, that's true. The Foxhound is a Greyhound-class fast destroyer...I think, 450m long.

That's cuz the Halo Wars destroyer IS a colony ship. Literally. The Phoenix-class is designed to transport goods and people, they were repurposed as warships because it's easier and faster to slap guns on large pre-existing vessels than it is to make ones from scratch, especially when an unexpected war with an overwhelming alien enemy catches humanity with its pants down.
