I won't tell you to do something stupid, but If one gets someone killed because they wouldn't listen then I am quite sure the energy sword will be through their chest plates

Nakath will listen, to an extent... But he breaks Covenant code to get what he wants, killing the Marshal would put him in charge, and Rakath isn't a Heretic(until he goes to ONI with Covenant battle intel in 2 or so site missions)

Lol. Even if an elite breaks the covenant code, I don't think he'd break the Sangheili code of honour.

No, the code apply to humans who attack them. If a soldier shoots them, they attack, if a Civilian throws something at them, or attacks them, they die, if they come across a innocent civi or a child , they will either make a note of it and leave it to the brutes, or the glassing.
