good youre with me. i need you to hit up my location asap, youre on my lance. and im currently targeting a spartan, 009, i need you and your men to be in camo, and walking, not running. the other lance is major 'nagalee's and hell be commanding a second-wave strike in case our line of offense breaks.

you heard it right. were the offensive lance, and nagalee is the defensive lance. were gonna hit that spartan and alpha with all weve got, ill prioritise on the spartan, you and your men need to take out the rest of the marine platoon.

i feel this offensive strategy is the best for the situation and location, and will serve the ship the best, despite any possible casualties to our lance.

ShotgunSwanDive, I hope you have a very, very good lance. You will likely not be reinforced by any other ground compliments. The 200 soldiers at the bottom of the lift in the crater have been recalled to half force. Leaving only 100 soldiers defending the bottom of the lift.

Also, Sangheili were not supposed to leave the ship. I would suspect that some sort of disciplinary action would be forthcoming at some point.

First off i gave the commands in character. i did alot of things in character that seemingly may or may not have been completely ignored >.>

I know what I'm doing and you never really specified where you wanted me to go with those troops I had, Caster.... so I assumed you wanted me to be outside the grav lift out on Lethe.

I know how to do my job. And I dont respond well to discipline. So maybe you should just send orders to withdraw back into the ship (which is about to become a boiled egg soon) if you realy want me back, and leave it at that.

EDIT: Oh, I'll survive....... But you might wish you didn't ;D

Hey Shotgun Swan Dive, how do you know I'm a Spartan? They teach you what Spartans look like in Sangheili school? For all you know, I could just be a Marine wearing a filtration helmet. All you got was a glimpse, after all.

well other then "demon" (john), i dont know what they call 'em in the covenant.... i think i put [spartan] with brackets though im not sure. anyhow, i caught a good enough glimpse. besides, spartan wear coloured armor, whereas regular marines wear camo, and odst's wear gunmetal grey. hope that answer your question?

Ok, I really haven't had much time to make a decent post. And now that I have I am way behind. I've read some of the posts from the last time I have posted to the ending of page 9. And still don't know exactly whats going on.
I know that there is a battle occurring, everyone is confused, there are explosions going off, shields are down, and there is some huge ship coming down with supplies. But is there any way that it could all be summed up in a paragraph...

So, you weren't out long enough for a SPARTAN to see you fully, or appear on the motion tracker beyond a blip... Yet were able to distinguish his armour from that of several Marines who, aside from their BDUs have armour with a pretty damn similar colour to that of the SPARTANs.

Don't forget the extra environmental gear they'll have on, as unlike Halo 3's shinyness I doubt they'll be as distinguishable after several hours tramping through Lethe's ground. No shields means theres nothing stopping the grit etc getting everywhere.

OK. My Character is approved and ready to go. However, before me and my ODST drop into hell, I need to know some things. Mainly, just two things actually and here thay are.

1) Corporal Johnathan Fisher needs a squad to be in, a CO and all. Anyone know a squad I can be in?

2) I'm assuming I'll have to read the RPG up to date, but as I am lazy and don't want to read al those pages and posts, any small chance of a SitRep?

Unless anyone else has plans for you, Majestic, may I suggest swinging by the western assault? That approach consists of myself, Nex, Elando's Alpha Platoon, and Cracker's Indigo squad. (If I left anybody out I apologize). That way we have a few more people to interact with. The more the merrier.

BUT...

That just brought a question to my attention. How are all these new characters, Fisher and Dominika and the like, going to enter the scene? Will Useful's frigate spit them out as it passes by along with the weapons drop?

Its already long passed by thanks to moving at about 2.4 kilometres a second. The Pelicans are inbound now (typing up the poast) but they're not loaded with any troops, instead it is medevac/supply drop. Surely we've not got over 200 characters in the Marine force named yet? As the company is about 200 strong, theres enough room for people to have been there all along, right?
