Thanks From the research and dates I could find about Destiny this seemed like a date very near the start of the 'Vanilla' Destiny timeline. This will probably clue those who have played the game and what the first big 'mission' is going to be but hopefully it'll be fun regardless :> ---------- 2714, September 9th. Earth, former Country of Belarus Free People settlement of Strusta.Former image of the area; (An actual lake in Belarus named Strusta) PrettyCurrent image of the area; (The results of fires in Chelan Washington) Not as muchThe Traveler is weakened, and the Darkness is coming. The denizens of The City are worried that their lives may soon feel the crushing weight of the outside galaxy descend upon them in a maelstrom of claws, explosions, and gunfire. The Traveler and the cities defenses can hold, but not forever without helping the Traveler regain strength to fully protect their charges. As such the City is sending out several teams of Guardians, regardless of their experience, to investigate tips or blips on their radar. Either for hints of the Darkness approaching or ways to restore the Traveler to enough strength to once more hold back the onslaught. That's why a team of two has been deployed to the former Country of Belarus, dropped off in the general area and then left the go the remaining distance on Sparrows. The small settlement of Human and Awoken that scratch out a living beside the remains of a lake so far outside the Cities grasp claim to have found something important. Something relating to the Darkness and its coming power. Willing to sell to the City for an unknown price. But as this is not the only claim made by settlements and random folks the City isn't willing to send an entire team to check out what may just be lies. Hence only two to check out the claim and see what such an item would be worth to the City. The Hunter and Titan finally able to see the ramshackle walls of the settlement in the distance as they speed across the still recovering Earth. Perhaps hoping for an easy mission or for some excitement to test their skills!

Ra’aum - Exile of the Glorious Cabal Empire Human Homeworld Urth [Possible Mistranslation], Just another Doomed Fringe System OBJECTIVE: Scouting
Marching through desolate land that have just began to rejuvenate its long-dead nature, the brush of new grass hiding the ashes under his boots, only to be crushed back into the dirt where it belonged. The foreign creature halted by the curvature of a hill, dressed under the ragged cover of a torn tent microfiber leather as a pleasant cloak. It camouflaged under the dry haze of dirt picked up by the winds and dullness of the environment well enough.
Head moved slowly, internal HUD maximizing its short-ranged motion tracker with the objective pointing at a corner. Nothing. A raspy huff of annoyance - would sound like a walrus if compared by one of the Urth inhabitants - filtered through the pressurized helmet. Fingers brushed at the strap holding his slug rifle slung behind his shoulder but out of sight.
Minutes of keeping still, the former Cabal Legionary kept his senses keen and marched once more with a more wary attitude. His temporary employers may be one of the dangers on this planet, but he had little intention of staying long under their sway long. The glimmer is a meager, unacceptable payment.

Joanne Bellsing Human Hunter Gunslinger Earth, Old Russian Territories (totally made it up) In route to Strusta
As the duo sped to their destination, the one on point contemplated about how she ended up here and what can happen next. It was an exercise she took up from her time on Luna in the lulls between trying to locate a ship or new camp and fighting/evading the Hive. Not much has happened since she left Luna and went to the Tower. She acquainted herself briefly with the various vendors and leaders before meeting the Vanguard. She learned her duties and responsibilities as a Guardian, defender of the Last City and humanity. She was on her first Patrol in the Cosmodrome when she received an urgent message from the Vanguard. She responded and now here she was, on her very first mission.
The Gunslinger’s Hardcase Cloak (in game) flapped behind her as she speed through the ashen rolling hills of an old country that used to be part of Old Russia long ago, or at least that’s what the Vanguard told her. Even with the blur of her motion she could see how beautiful the land was. Her experience on Earth has been limited so far but it was so majestic. So much color and life it holds. Even in the ruins of the landscape from long ago there were patches of green that poked through. The air was crisp and breathable. Next to them was a gorgeous river which she used as their guide to the settlement the people call Strusta. It promised hope, unlike Luna. It was lifeless, cold, grey, still, and barren with only the promise of death. Or worse. The dust is just enough to taint one with foreboding and dread.
She shook her thoughts from her head, taking the moment to look back at her partner. Besides the Vanguard and the various officials running the Tower, she has yet to talk to any other Guardians. They all seemed to...avoid her. Sure she kept to herself and she was pretty new but she always found she had a wide berth in the bustling Tower. They haven’t spoken to each other yet. Having gone solo so far, it will be interesting to see how things will be with another person.
Joanne saw something in the distance. A waypoint pointed it out as her objective. Their objective: investigate the claims from this settlement about something they deemed ‘important’. Whatever it was, it will no doubt be an interesting experience. “Penny?” she said.
“Yes?” a feminine yet robotic sound reverberated inside her ear.
“Who is the town’s leader and our point of contact? Any other important details we should know?” she asked.

Settlement of Strusta Opps! The Ghost, safe inside the confines of the Sparrow from the speeding air and any wayway bugs to impact, would refer back to the reports that were sent to the City for that information. It was pretty Spartan on the details but it did have a name of the individual who sent the message and the Towers records did have some nearly seven month old information about the small Settlement as to who was leading it. But better to offer something than nothing. "The leader, assuming it hasn't changed in the last seven months, is a female Awoken known as Mera Tix. But the one who sent us a message is a currently unidentified individual going by the name of Terric Oulpn. As for important details they have given reports of the area and its rebirthing to the City before when asked but otherwise seem content to stay by themselves." At this point the walls of the settlement were now much closer and people could be seen on the top of them...as well as two something on either side of what appeared to be the gate. But the walls looked to be about thirty feet high. "Impressive that they have managed to stay as long as they supposedly ha," it was at this point that the burst of large caliber turret fire would roar across the mostly flat ground between the Guardians and the Settlement. Fired from the two turrets that were on either side of the gate. But the burst was very short, only around seven rounds from each turret - hopefully not damaging the Sparrows too much. And once the loud sound of fire died down a equally loud female voice over a megaphone system would call out. "Sorry! Sorry about that Guardians! The turrets are on a simple auto fire program and the Guard on duty didn't fucking hit the no fire button when they beeped that something was in range!" There would be the sound of some muffled shifting over the megaphone before the voice came back. "I hope you are both still alive and operational and well start to open the gate for you so we can show you our prizes," interesting word choice. "And we can work out payment!"The voice would die down as the gate started to break down the middle and be pulled sideways to allow the Guardians to enter with their Sparrows. But it was pretty narrow so they would have to go in single file. Once inside the settlement they would find a actually pretty nice little town. Ramshackle and made with scrap but with a clear design in mind and it was clearly strong to be able to stand all this time. Several people would also be waiting to greet them including a Human female and two Exos' with guns. While some of the citizens of the settlement went about their day occasionally looking over at the Guardians. But the sound of the turret fire and loud voice would also easily be heard by certain Mercenaries across the hills, and would be a good spot to investigate! ( Hopefully Diamond City is a good representation of the settlement )

Ra’aum - Exile of the Glorious Cabal Empire Objective Update: Firearm Discharge; Calculating distance...Investigation Advised
The echoing report of firearms rang through the dead land and immediately caught the Cabal soldier’s attention. Turning in its direction with his audio filters catching the resonation. Heavy caliber fire....with the following sound of muffled vocalization aiding in a better sense. If he could hear it, others might and that was enough to have the weary exile to march through the environment. Near western direction of his original objective, his contact warned about a settlement resting in this region. Times like this, Ra’aum honestly wished he had an Interceptor for travel.
Alas, the lawless multi-armed marauders were only as useful for symbiotic relationship of violent work for glimmer pay (even if Ra’aum personally had no real value for it) and scraps for armament modifications. Perhaps, he’ll trade valuable from this mission for a upsized Pike.

Joanne Bellsing Human Hunter Gunslinger Earth, Old Russian Territories The gates of Strusta
Joanne listened to what Penny had to say. The age of the information caused an eyebrow to raise in surprise. She would have thought the City would have tried to keep up to date with information about settlements they encounter. They were people after all. They should unite to help each other out. The Ghost then mentioned that the settlement liked to keep to themselves which explained the lack of information but that still didn’t mean the City couldn’t at least keep tabs on them. Maybe the Guardians were too thinly stretched to do such a thing? These thoughts whirred through her head as the settlement’s walls grew taller. While not as impressive as the walls that ringed the City, the Hunter can see how the inhabitants survived so long without support. As if to confirm the point she saw turrets swing toward her and they began to open fire.
Her eyes widened with surprise as she swung her Sparrow to the left. Weren’t they expecting them? Did they not know what Guardians looked like? Joanne was reaching down for her Hand Cannon when the gunfire stopped. She planted a foot on the ground as she listened to a very nervous and embarrassed female voice sounded over some megaphone. They claimed to of had a fault in their security and they had their ‘prize’, their target. Then a thin gate opened up to let them in. She looked to her partner then guided her Sparrow inside first. The inside was small, quaint, and ramshackled yet comfortable, organized, and strong. There were all kinds of people practically lined up on the sides to see them. As she gently lead her Sparrow forward, she looked out to them all. She was glad she was wearing a helmet for the sight made her sad. Some looked at her with some awe at the Guardian of Light for there were few who know what a Guardian was. Many looked at her in disbelief, as if they laid eyes upon a myth like a dragon or a unicorn thinking they would never see on in their lifetime. What hurt her the most were the few who looked with fear and anger. A Guardian should be a welcome sight, not a rare one. People shouldn’t be scared of a Guardian.
Joanne stopped the Sparrow a few yards before the Human woman flanked by two Exo guards then dismounted. She took a moment to take them in. This must be either Terric Oulpn their contact (which she doubted), some sort of aid to the leader, or a new leader that wasn’t Mera Tix. If there was a change in leadership that could explain why they decided to contact the Tower now and welcome them in instead of keeping to themselves. She took off her helmet, revealing a fair skinned Human face with ice blue eyes and dirty blonde hair that had the top of her hair tied in a small bun behind her head while the rest barely reached her shoulders. Clipping her helmet to the Sparrow, she waited for her partner to join her before walking up to meet them.

Kalos-12. He didn’t know how, but from the moment he was raised by his Ghost he just instinctively knew that was his name. Other information wasn’t quite so easy to obtain. Back then there was much of this existence he didn’t yet understand. Not that he had all the answers now, of course. But at least now, even as a novice Guardian, he had a basic understanding of his place in the world, and that this world needed Guardians like him to be brave and fight for a future without Darkness. To that end, he understood why this mission was important. What he didn’t understand, among other things, was why he now had two bullet holes in the front of his Sparrow. “Wonderful first impression…” he quietly grumbled to himself suspiciously after the announcement of a misfire, reminding himself to remain alert even in supposedly friendly territory. ((Possible Perception Check for concealed dangers or shady activity?)) He hovered through the settlement’s gate behind his Hunter companion. The grey armor-clad figure that dismounted his Sparrow was tall, broad, and strong. A Titan. At his waist fluttered a blue sash that, to anyone who’d recognize the marking, declared his allegiance to the Future War Cult. He paused for a moment to inspect his vehicle, uttering a curt mechanical-sounding scoff at the sight of the damage. Kalos then joined his partner and stood at her side before their host. His stance was bold, with feet apart, arms at his sides, and excellent posture. He held no weapon to show no intent of hostility, although his trusty auto rifle was visible upon his back plate. And unlike the Hunter, his kept his own helmet on. He wouldn’t be so quick to trust these strangers.

(Thanks SC for putting a link to the profile at the top of the sheet. Lax n Huka if you could do that also that would be helpful :> . Also do Exo's need a helmet? I imagine extra protection is always nice but they do have a metal head.)
Settlement of Strusta Looky looky.
Guardians
Smiling as the two Guardians dismounted the Human female spread out her arms in welcome. "Welcome to Strusta Guardians! Hope the trip over here wasn't too bumpy for you and sorry again for the little turret fire. We can have our people try to fix the holes in your Sparrows if you want. But it looks to be surface damage at most."
(Perception checks; Joanne (Passive (14) Kalos (Passive(11)+1+9) 21))
As they were being greeting both Guardians would notice that there were Guards on the walls, pretty much surrounding them, and rather than looking outside the base they were all looking inside watching them. Not with weapons out and pointed at them just watching them. Though it was probably to be expected from these weird non tower settler folks.
Kalos would however also notice that the Exo on the females right had both a Fallen shock pistol handle and shock dagger pommel just visible from under some light armor he was wearing in addition to his auto rifle held in his hands. But that one was the only one with them - the other Exo was armed with only an older model auto rifle.
"Anyway, this way to see the prizes we have!" The female said before turning on her heel and heading toward the middle of the little settlement. The Exo Guards waiting for the Guardians to pass before bringing up the rear.
Ra'aum
While on the way toward the sound of all the action the Cabal Merc would see a interesting dead wreckage before him. It was at the bottom of a sizable hill near what looked like a small dig site. It was clear the sound didn't come from here but it wasn't going to be long till he was there. But a closer look at the crash site showed the burned out husk of a Pike. So Fallen were around here at some point or someone who stole one of their vehicles. It was parked next to the three foot across and two foot deep hole, with a mangled digger stuck on the back of the Pike. If there was something in the hole it was gone now. And maybe taken to the thing that had access to some heavy turrets.
(Perception check, (8+3, 11) spotted one of the two possible things to spot :>)
But just before moving past the dead site the Cabal would spot something else in the hole, it looked like a skeletal Human sized hand. But it was copper colored and looked to be made of metal. If taken out of the ground the two middle most fingers were found to be much longer than the other two. Seems like another group may be around here than just Fallen and Urth dwellers.
If the hill was scaled the Cabal would see the small walled settlement that made all the noise - and it would see as though the guards weren't even looking outward to see him. Silly Urth guards.
(Hope thats enough for everyone.)

Kalos-12 Exo Striker Titan Earth, Old Russia Settlement of StrustaFlanked by his fellow Guardian and trailed by the pair of settlement guards, Kalos-12 followed the woman further into the ramshackle settlement. Compared to the elegant architecture and pristine maintenance of the Tower, this place was a dump. But, considering the circumstances, it at least appeared to be an above average dump. As a representative of the City, however, the Titan kept his opinions to himself so as not to offend their hosts (and potential soon-to-be clients). Also for that reason he made sure to be very aware of his own outward appearance, taking care not to display any overly-suspicious behavior such as looking around too much or appearing tense. So he strutted behind the woman with a deliberately relaxed pace, and surveyed the surroundings mostly with darting eyes hidden behind his expressionless helmet. “So…” Kalos spoke up, his metallic voice giving away his nature as an Exo. “I can see that living out here in the wild must be harsh. Why don’t your people seek refuge within the City? The journey is long, but the Order of the Pilgrim Guard exists to protect travelers. Merely ask and they shall defend you.”

Joanne Bellsing Human Hunter Gunslinger Earth, Old Russian Territories Settlement of Strusta
Joanne followed the Titan, lagging slightly behind on his left as they were lead by the woman to their ‘prizes’. Her head stayed straight forward but her eyes followed the Exo guards as they waited for them to pass before coming behind as escorts. While she was a little uncomfortable with having armed men behind her, she did her best not to let it show. In order to calm her nerves, she casually reached into one of her pouches and pulled out a sucker. Disposing the wrapper in a separate pouch she stuck the treat in her mouth, played with the stick with her mouth a bit before she smiled and reasserted her attention to the present. It was probably a strange sight to see a Guardian, protector of Humanity and vanquisher of Darkness, delighting herself with a simple treat but having something to chew on helped her think and focus, churning her thoughts with every crunch. It was one of a few habits she had that she couldn’t explain but came naturally. Another thing she wished she knew. The Gunslinger listened as her partner spoke first, asking why they didn’t come to the Tower. It wasn’t something she would have asked right off the bat but she was curious what the answer was. She didn’t know what the Pilgrim Guard was but she was sure plenty of Guardians would be willing to help them find their way there.

(Hope you don't mind with me making your Ghost's text color blue SC.)
Settlement of Strusta Shiny aint it? Ignore the blinking.
Guardians:
The Exo guard with the Fallen weapons, which only Kalos knew about for the moment, almost jumped when the Striker spoke up. "An Exo Guardian!? Thought that was just a fabrication...huh." He slowed down a bit and seemed to be processing that information, before the other Exo nudged him forward again and they quickly got back to being behind the Guardians. The female Human however hadn't slowed down as she scoffed and replied - seems like someone had a strong opinion about something.
"Mera believed that you know? And you know what it got her? Devoured and strew into a hundred pieces when trying to meet one of your protector types to work out something like that. Put her faith in you and was eviscerated for it!" She rounded on the two, looking very angry, as she pointed an accusatory finger at them both.
"Checking to see if we have record of sending a Guardian for this meeting - poor girl."
"Sounds like someone was elected through fear and probably keeps herself as leader with it too."
Would play in the ears of their respective Guardians as the Ghosts did their thing as Mera continued. "The one time we try to rely and trust you for anything and you let us down!" She almost growled at the two before the Fallen equipped Exo took a step forward and spoke up.
"Miss, calm down please, we requested them to come here for a reason."
(Perception checks; Joanne (14+4+12) 30, K-12 (11+1+14) 26 (just made it))
Joanne would now notice that the Exo who spoke up was carrying Fallen weaponry as well as the normal auto rifle. But both Guardians would notice something far more worrying shortly afterwards.
The female had something in her hand that looked suspiciously liked a small detonator, hidden as a ring. But the small pulse in its 'gem' and the way she was holding her hand out revealed what it was to both of them. If the Exo's knew what was going on their were hiding their reaction or fear to it incredibly well as she stared at the two Guardians for a bit longer before finally relaxing and turning. Starting to walk off toward a small shack just off the center of the settlement. The female wrenching the tight door open and taking another breath before she entered and spoke up again.
"Sorry...its a touchy subject. But I am glad you are both here, its getting more and more dangerous out here and we do want some more safety, especially considering the item we stole." Oh dear.
The outside daylight streaming in the shack doorway revealed a table against the wall. With a worrying item resting on it. It was banged up and one of the head fins were missing but what it was was unmistakable. A Vex Hobgoblin head, here on Earth.
"Come on fucking...lights." The female was muttering some more before the two light bulbs in the shack finally flickered into life. Giving a better view of the Vex head as well as something against the side wall. Which was easily identified as a Fallen. Seemed to be a Vandal that was stripped of most of its armor and helmet armor. Just mostly left in its underclothes and Ether breather. But it was very securely strapped to the wall with chains and straps as well as being on its knees.
(Arcana checks; Joanee (2+3) 5, K-12 (0+20(>.>)) 20)
It was pretty clearly unconscious or asleep though as it hadn't twitched or done anything when the lights were turned on. And Kalos would notice two things about it was the female spoke up, giving a lazy gesture at the Fallen. One that a House of Winter cloak was sat under the Hobgoblin head and that the Fallen's Ether pack was blinking a dull red light, a symbol that it was dangerous low - the Fallen would likely suffocate whiten the hour if it wasn't changed.
"This thing we found near our walls yesterday, digging up the metal head there. It was so preoccupied on the job it barely took any effort to sneak up on it and its Pike and whack it over the head. Take it and the prize in here and then contact you all about selling you the head and that," another gesture at the Fallen. "If you want it."
She turned to the Guardians all smiling again and keeping her fingers away from her ring. "Hopefully good relations can be established in this trade so we can start sending our people into your fancy City - we've just been worried about the distance and scared of what we cant see out there after...Mera."
(That was a fun post :>, hopefully not too much exposition from me.)

Ra'aum - Exile LegionaryScavenged pit
The Cabal tilted to the wreckage, shifting through by the toe of his boot first before more properly going through it. Looking to find useless scrap here and there, Ra’aum was intent on leaving until his hand brushed at a old fabric. The clouded sun revealing the gleam of something. Huffing, the legionary ripped it off and made a wheeze through his filter at the sight of a Fallen’s pike. Ruined to a damaged wreck with the sight of its skeletal frame underneath. Looking across the ground and the small hole -for a creature that have seen in experience of the demolishing power of his imperial war machines - he could see old track leading off to the hill. Scavengers - either Urthling or the Fallen, it mattered little at the moment - had a den near here. That was certain. Checking the area again, Ra’aum pulled out a skeletal metallic hand in mild curiosity. It looked familiar and that familiarity only brought a youthful tinge that one could only relate to as fear. It must be a trinket! Putting the evidence to his back-satchel along his belt, the Cabal lifts to his height and see the appearance of a settlement not far. With another huff of jowls, the Legionary marched with a flare before lifting for a signal. It was a gambit but he didn’t have a standard Phalanx shield to protect him against those turret, no matter how prideful he was of his armor’s well-kept state.

Kalos-12 Exo Striker Titan Earth, Old Russia Settlement of StrustaKalos silently held his ground as the woman had her outburst. It was saddening to observe these people’s apparent lack of faith in Guardians and the City, but that was war for you. Not everyone could be expected to share the same beliefs, and these settlers were merely doing what they could to survive on their own terms. He could respect that at least. The woman also let slip that someone named Mera died trying to meet with a Guardian before, and that incident is why the subject is so touchy. He recalled from what the Hunter’s ghost said earlier that an Awoken named Mera Tix was supposed to be this settlment’s leader. Not anymore, apparently. Based on own Ghost’s remark, he guessed this human female must be Strustra’s leader now. It occurred to Kalos that she hadn’t yet introduced herself, so he made a mental note to ask for her name once he got an opportunity, likely after she’d cooled off a bit. In the meantime they continued to follow her to a shack, and never would Kalos have remotely guessed what was going to be inside when she opened that door. A Vex head! Found buried here on Earth! The Exo Titan was stunned. The captive Vandal was a surprise too. Of that in particular he wasn’t sure what to make of it. “Yes…” he said after the woman finished speaking. “That’s understandable. Now, ahem, please excuse us for just one moment. My partner and I need to have a word. In private.”Kalos would attempt to lead Joanne a short distance away from the shack and the woman with her Exo guards. If they granted the Guardians some space, he would lean in close to the Hunter and whisper, “So, what do you think?”

Joanne Bellsing Human Hunter Gunslinger Earth, Old Russian Territories Settlement of StrustaJoanne listened to what this woman had to say. The answer the mystery of where Mera Tix was. The woman seemed to unhinge before them when he mentioned Mera Tix. Her hand instinctively hovered to the grip of her hand cannon. Apparently Mera Tix died trying to meet a Guardian, if they really were one. Penny whispered into her ear that she’ll look into it. Joanne then spotted the detonator in the woman’s hands but the only sign of her noticing was her sucker ceased moving in her mouth. If things were going to get out of hand, she would shoot there first. Eventually her guards managed to calm her down. She lead them to a shack where it became evident how rundown things were when the female had trouble turning on the lights. What they revealed though made her eyes widen with surprise as her sucker yet again ceased moving in her mouth. One of them was a Fallen, creatures she encountered a few times on Luna and her on Earth but didn’t wear any heraldry she recognized. The other thing was completely alien to her, having never seen it before except mounted as trophies on a wall in the Tower. If she remembered correctly these robotic beings were called Vex. Joanne knew that the Vex head meant something grave but she wasn’t exactly sure what. The Fallen however seemed to be promising. Her thoughts were interrupted when the Titan spoke, saying he wanted to consult with her in private. She followed him a little ways and he asked what she thought. Joanne pulled out her sucker and twisted it in her hands as she thought. “I think we should at least take the Fallen,” she whispered, “I don’t recognize those colors. Could have some useful information. As for the head...let's’ see what she’s asking first.”

Blep: Huka LaxKnight SuperCommando Settlement of Strusta Yo get it done.Ra'aum:It took awhile for one of the Awoken guards on top of the wall to finally turn around from all the excitement happening inside the city but after around thirty seconds of Ra'aum standing with an arm up to signal he was spotted. The turrets would probably have a hard time turning enough to hit him since they were near the main gate but the Awoken didn't seem too worried that a Cabel was standing there. In fact he waved back and pulled out a little megaphone so he could more easily be heard. But since it was nice and directional sound the inside of the city didn't hear much. "Hey...huge thing. What are you doing out there? Looking for something?"What an understanding or very uninformed individual. Guardians:The female nodded and moved aside so the Guardians could go have their talk. She seemed a little ancy but seemed to understand that they really did need the Guardians help. Even if she didn't like them right now she waited and gave them some space. But she did make some motions at one of the Exo guards, the one who had been silent up till now, who nodded and walked off into the city. The other Exo was watching the Guardians as well, especially the Titan, and seemed to be fidgeting with his rifle some before finally walking over. But he waited around eight feet out of range until they were done talking before moving closer. "Hey...sorry If I'm interrupting anything and sorry about Tristian - she does look out for the best of us here. But I..." some more fidgeting with his metal fingers. "I was wondering if anyone could become a Guardian? I've got faint memory logs of fighters like yourself and want to help protect places like this and all over." He looked hopeful as he stood there, but was pushed aside a bit by Tristian as she put away a little ear piece. "Right! I'm not asking for much I just want people to be moved to the City if they can, keep them safe from all the bad stuff out here. That will mostly do it if I have some kind of proof it will be done - but if you want to really help you can go out there and find the thing that killed Mera. I want its fucking head!" She then took a breath and calmed down, nodding as she waited for the Guardians response. How rude to eavesdrop.

Ra'aumCabal Renegade - Former Legionary Urth, Devils Territories Infront of Human SettlementRa’aum made a throat-rattling noise in the privacy of his armour. The fired flare arching and slowly drowning back towards the ground, he actually watched at a moment. The rather...unorthodox answer actually caught him in complex surprise. He tried to ply the vocalizations and workings of the short, lesser aliens’ common language. “Supplies. Scavenge. Trade...and battle.” His projected voice snarled out through the audio filters, sounding like a powerfully vocal man with a respirator and throat plagued with groping fat at the vocal cords. Stepping out with certain caution and weapon hidden behind his bulk and weather cloak, Ra’aum didn’t trust nor had intention more than business. With the right materials and equipment, he probably could raze this settlement to the ground if it gave him trouble. [Skill Use: Insight (+1) to know if the Awoken isn't trying to get Ra'aum shot.]

Joanne Bellsing Human Hunter Gunslinger Earth, Old Russian Territories Settlement of StrustaBefore the Titan can reply Joanne heard someone approach. It was one of the Exo guards who seemed extremely...fidgety. Was it because he was uneasy around her? Or just the nervousness one got from meeting a celebrity like this Exo Titan here? She left him to answer his questions while she faced Tristian, the woman who was apparently their leader and proposing this deal to them. She seemed to be eavesdropping, invoking a glare from her light blue eyes. The stare was...unnerving to saw the least. However when she continued to speak Joanne adopted a more neutral stance as she put her sucker back in her mouth. She listened to what Tristian proposed, processed it, then took her sucker out again. “We can most definitely escort some people to the City but we need to know how many you plan on sending. There is a difference defending five people compared to defending twenty,” she paused, twisted the sucker in her hand for a moment, then asked, “What is this...thing that killed Mera?”
[Feel free to do a passive Charisma check or something in regards to her 'unnerving/disturbing' glare/presence. She isn't really trying to be off putting except with the glare.]
