Better late than never

 So I've been on this site for a few months now, and I think I've made a few friendly contacts around . But I've never officially introduced myself to this wonderful community, and I would like to use this opportunity to do so (if you guys don't mind that is)

My real name is Chanachon Boonphakdee (community challenge: try to pronounce my name right) but since it's a pain to pronounce (lol) you guys can just call me by my nickname: Nam. I am currently 16 years old and a member of the Junior Reserve Officer Corps (which I already completed the first year of training and I technically hold the rank of Lance Corporal). I'm a huge fan of halo after my friend had introduced me to Halo CE (pc version) and since then, I've been collecting Halo material from every bookstore that I can find. However, my collection consists of only novels since the country that I live in, Thailand, is not a fan of the Xbox and comics. Anyways, here is a list of my halo books:

Primodium, Silentium, Contact Harvest, The Cole Protocol, The Fall of Reach, The Flood, First Strike, Glasslands, Mortal Dictata, Last Light and Evolutions Volumes I and II

In addition to my halo obsession (which my friends say that I am) I am also into gaming, with my most played game is Phantom Forces (it's a roblox game but seriously, it's a very good FPS game) and my favorite strategy franchise being Total War. I'm also very interested in military history and sun tzu, and I also have a copy of Bevin Alexander's Sun Tzu at Gettysburg. I'm also a part time English tutor for college students (no seriously, the college students here don't even know how to write simple sentences. Oh the humanity) and I'm also writing a Science Fiction novel series called Resurgence. It's going to be completely original with its own Universe and events.

So yeah, that is my short (or not) introduction of myself. I've already taken part in quite a few RP's and looking forward to continue to do so and be apart of the Yappa's family.


P.S. For those of you that want to join in on the Resurgence fun, I'm still looking for concept artists that can design ships, weapons, body armor and the like. I can't promise any rewards but you will be included in my acknowledgements and will receive an exclusive preview before official release (no official date for release yet)

Hopefully you got that reference. Anyway, Hello Nam! Welcome to the wonderful website known as Yappa's. Straight Jackets are to the left, Meds are on the right, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY CRAYONS, and NO licking the windows.

I have a collection of Halo books as well, on my google drive. And you play ROBLOX? :0 I use to play that a lot a few years ago. I've left now, but every now and then I'll return to play some Apocalypse Rising. I'll have to check Phantom Forces out though.

And Resurgence sounds very interesting! You should PM me more about it c: I also have my own sci-fi universe, known as Accretion, which is more of a Roleplay at the current moment, but I have future plans for it, as I'm writing a trilogy that takes place 10,000 years prior to Accretion's current present. Once I graduate High School, I plan to go to college to learn a variety of things, such as coding, so that I may go into a career of Video Game Design. Accretion will probably show up at some point, as I thought that the idea of developing Accretion into a video game (such as an FPS) would be a fun little pet project.

Anywho, sorry for losing topic, just noticed we have some stuff in common xD

But yeah, you're going to have lots of fun at Yappa's. Especially if you have a Halo obsession ;D.

Welcome Tento, thats quite an impressive name and impressive how you've kept up with Halo despite the issues against that and clearly have a lot of knowledge about it.
