I'll happily field any questions you have.
Character creation template; (Just have it at the top of your first post)
Name: Species: Age: Gender: Class: (Four levels; Initiate, advanced, experienced, master)
Powers/Skills: Weapons:
Appearance:
Allegiance: Allies/Vehicles/Troops:
My Character:
Name: Falksis, Traitor Serf. (Title given to him from the Kall) Species: Fallen (High Caste(Four arms)) Age: 36 Human Equivalent Years. Gender: Male Class: (Experienced) Captain, (Initiate) Warlock.
Powers/Skills: Good strategic mind, the deep loyalty of his troops, above average combat skills, and a basic ability to use Traveler magic to move objects or throw small energy grenades. Weapons: Fallen energy DMR, single hand cannon, single high capacity pistol, Twin Captain blades.
Appearance: A normal, for none-Fallen, looking captain that despite his ousting from Exiles still wears the green cape of his old House. He keeps his rifle over his back, two single hand weapons across the back of his belt, and the two blades strapped to either leg.
He often just uses two of those weapons at once, often just the rifle with his upper arms and holding one blade ready in his lower arms.
With his old station he was also able to acquire a weak shield for himself that can withstand a few rounds before needing to recharge.
Bio: Was a standard Captain in service of the House of Exile's Kell. But during a recent mission his force was scavenging the remains of a ship from the old war when they found a barely functioning Ghost. Rather than destroy it or smash it open for parts on sight, as was the standing order - Falksis decided to try and see if it was still functioning. After watching it float around and reboot itself it seemed to see Falksis as a Guardian through its damaged ocular sensors. It began to teach him things about the Traveler's magic and the mission of the Guardians. The mission was mostly ignored but the training was carefully studied as Falksis gained a basic knowledge of the Warlock's magic. When his Kell found out about this he was immediately stripped of his rank and commanded to report back to one of the larger ships for punishment. But with his eyes opened Falksis used his new power, supplemented with his many weapons, to slice through the unloyal Fallen around him and flee with his small force.
His attempted flee was cut short when the Kell was able to sabotage his ship by wire and he was forced to land on Mars, Cabal territory, and is now trying to hold the remains of his vessel.
Allegiance: Former House of Exiles Captain Allies/Vehicles/Troops: Six Vandal Riflemen and fourteen Dreg Scrappers.
Falksis, Traitor Serf - Fallen Captain. Mars, Cabal territory. Distress and defense.
Credit had to given where it was due, and the Kell sure deserved some for flipping the switch at the exact time that the only place for his Vandal helmsman to land beside deep canyons with no way out was right beside a know Cabal camp. Typical of them however to not just take control of his vessel and make them crash as they wanted to keep their hands relatively clean in the killing of their underlings. Bad business and all that to get a reputation for it. So to others it would have been a malfunction that just happened to take place on the ship of a branded traitor. As long as the Kell got their deniability it would be fine for them. The landing had thankfully been one free of injury for his small force but the ship wasn't going anywhere for a long time with the engines badly damaged and most of the electrics overloaded. Especially not with the Cabal around, and they may be thicker than a Dreg's horde but even they would have seen or had his vessel on sensors as it shakily made its crash landing.
It had been less than a hour since the impact, the Dregs happy with the other to strip and dismantle what they could of the ship for parts and defenses as his Vandal's were standing on stable parts of the ship or rocks around them watching for the inevitable arrival of the Cabal...and despite their occasional good relationships he doubted they would pass up this chance for free weapons from their cold dead multi-hands. Falksis himself was standing just outside the main hanger of the ship, looking out over the mostly flat red sand plain before his vessel toward the distant Cabal base, DMR held lightly in his lower right hand as he held binoculars in his upper left, watching the thick red blotches at the bottom of the base start to get larger.
"Captain!" one of his Vandals spoke into his ear from the top of the ship. "A double swarm is heading out way, vehicles and war flags." It would be a battle, as he suspected. Clicking in annoyance as there was a crash behind him, a Dreg likely tearing off a panel, he took the small Guardian cube out of a pouch on his belt and let it float before him as it rotated a few times before turning to face him.
"Elevated stress levels detected on yourself and your allies Operator, shall I begin the distress beacon I informed you of earlier?"
Taking another glance through his binoculars at the two vehicles just visible heading toward them all he glanced back at the shoddily erected cover around the crash site and the few troops he really had compared to the approaching enemy and finally looked back to the cube. It busied itself by spinning around and flipping over a few times before him, just to show how little it cared as Fel hissed and nodded.
"Yes...guess we'll see if whoever receives it will get it and if they get here in time." The Ghost nodded and flipped over before it started to steadily pulse white, indicating that it was transmitting. Carefully taking hold of it Kel moved back toward the crashed ship and left it surrounded by cover so it could keep sending. Slipping the binoculars back onto his best he took his rifle in his main arms and nodded at his troops as he moved up to the line as the Dreg worked to finish their defenses.
"Lets see if their tanks are just to bring in their ambassadors, but prepare for a slog Brothers. We will show them what we can do!" He said, raising all his arms as his three free hands glowed slightly purple before returning to a firing position as the vehicles drew ever closer.
-----
A general distress signal was now being broadcasted on all the Guardian frequencies known to the damaged Ghost, requesting assistance for allied forces by any units in the area to assist - unfortunately leaving out who the Ghost's allies were as the battle drew nearer.

Name: Jamal-2 Species: Exo Age: 36 human equivalent Gender: male Class: Master Warlock Voidwalker Powers/Skills: Nova Bomb, Glide, Vortex Grenade Embrace the Void and Arcane Force. Tries to distance himself from others and is a ruthless and efficient lone wolf type. Weapons:Maverick Mk 42 and A Pulsar MSC Appearance: Allegiance: Dead Orbit Jamal-2 - Dead Orbit Master WarlockMars, Edge of Cabal territoryDistress beacon eh?Jamal sat on his Sparrow and looked to the distance when he pulled out his Guardian Cube and let it levitate before him. "Operator I have just picked up a distress call on Guardian frequencies, do you want to investigate it?" "Yes, give me the location please" "Of course Operator, Coordinates are at your disposal." Jamal put the Ghost back into its place and leaned into the sparrow and immediately started making his way to the beacon emanated from, stopping short by nearly a Kilometre as he came near a Cabal camp that seemed to be mobilising it's own forces to move towards the wreckage. Wasting no more time he sped around the camp and made his way to near the wreckage and studied the wreckage himself, the Cabal behind him getting closer with every moment. He decided for a smart approach and went to the opposite side of the wreckage than where the Cabal were approaching from. He waited patiently and continued studying the ship, hoping his presence had not been discovered yet.

Name: Pevus Tra`aurd Species: Cabal Age: 43 Gender: Male Class: (Experienced)Gladiator
Powers/Skills: Gargantuan strength, ferocious speed and domineering willpower Weapons: Gatling type weapon, one handed broad axe
Appearance: Pevus is much like the rest of his species in appearance, though he has distinctly looking dour features for any species. He has a large tattoo over his left eye, nothing more than a squiggly red line coming from his brow down to his cheek.
Allegiance: The Cabal, all his personal forces. Allies/Vehicles/Troops: Local Cabal forces.
Cabal Campsite Leader, Gladiator Pevus Tra`aurd Intercepting crashed ship survivors, undecided intentions
Pevus has mobilized his forces the instant he spotted the ship just before it crashed, he ran a tight ship and he command was absolute and unchallenged by anyone who desired to keep their head from being crushed underfoot. Pevus had mounted up onto one of the tanks and bellowed orders as they rolled across the ground, his Gatling held tightly in his hands and ready to mow down his foes at the first sign of resistance or aggression. He thought he saw something as the tanks rolled forward but instantly dismissed it as nonsense, he had work to do dammit!
Soon his tanks were in rather close to what he now knew to be a group of Fallen, they seemed decently armed and set up defensively. His own people and the Fallen worked together often and it would be better to have more weapons and people to use them, than just a bunch of new weapons to just end up pawning later. Pevus hoped to assimilate these Fallen into his own force, but if they were unwilling... well he always enjoyed turning things to goop with his Gatling weapon, he loved the soup he made from the remains. Pevus dismounted the tank and stepped forward towards the Fallen, hopefully the lack of fire from his own forces would put them in a more cooperative mood. Pevus stopped several yards away from the wreckage and popped off his helmet, placing it under his arm and revealing his dour looking face.
"I am Pevus Tra`aurd, I... see you are having some trouble with your ship. It appears to be on fire." he said in complete seriousness,"send forth your leader, I wish to treat with them" he concluded before snuffling loudly with his nostrils.

Falksis, Traitor Serf - Fallen Captain. Mars, Cabal territory. 'Friendly' chats.
Holding the rifle ready as he rested with his back against some of the shoddy metal scrap cover Fal listened carefully as the trundle of the large Cabal vehicals got cloer and closer and for his top Vandal marksman to take the shot which would signal the start of the likely shrot battle. Shame really, after he had been casted out for trying to understand their enemy better and get tools to better fight them he was going to be cut down by more former allies before trying to use his new skills in a proper fight. Cruel universe and all that - he mused as he crouched down to leap out as his radio crackled into life. But the message played wasn't anything he was expecting.
"They are watching Captain, one is approaching, Gladiator. He has removed his helmet." Hissing a little in confusion he peaked out from around the cover and saw that his Vandal was right...there the Cabal was, silly single set of eyes and large mouth standing there with its chaingun held like a toy in one hand with his helmet in the other hand. Odd, but Falksis would take it if it was a way out of this situation that didn't involve his forces being reduced to goop in armor with lootable bits in the goo. Clicking his rifle off he slung it across his back, but clicked his two handguns's safeties off, before leaving the cover and moving towards the Cabal leader. "Keep rifles on his unarmored head, if he takes a swing put him down. Dreg - be ready to throw your grenades if that happens. If we get out of this either way you all will have proven yourselves honorable enough to regain your form." He clicked in his radio has he walked, the Cabal or Guardians not hearing it unless they had hacked into the comms. His lower set of arms slightly crossed, in a better position to grab his pistols if needed, as his upper set hung more loosely to his side as he approached the Cabal. His green cape fluttering a little in the breeze as he stopped around eight feet from the Cabal leader. Hopefully just out of range of the chain-gun if it was swung at his head as he nodded up at the taller being in their massive armor.
"I would prefer to keep my helmet on if its the same with you, dusty air and the like. But observant, trouble yes. It was sabotaged and we were forced to land either here or in one of the deep ravines. I am aware this is your territory and I appreciate that you did not blast us from a distance with your cannons. Did you take the time to come over here to tell us to leave or something more?" He asked, carefully watching the large hulk as he debated if he would be able to jump backwards and get his weapons out in time...but also glad that this may be their way out. Or into slavery - not his squads day really.
The Guardian who had arrived on the scene was currently un-noticed by the Fallen as the Vandals who could have looked backwards from their perches to see him were busy watching the discussion between their Captain and the Cabal leader, rifles held ready in case this went badly. ----- The Ghost kept transmitting however as no-one had told it to stop or that they were safe now as the two squad leaders talked.

Pevus Tra`aurd, Cabal Leader. Possible peaceful interactions....
Pevus looked on as he waited for their leader to come forth, growing slightly impatient. He tossed his head from side to side and snorted as some sand flicked across his face from the light breeze, before looking onwards as a Fallen walked out. Pevus listened as it spoke, the tiny bug was hard to hear so Pevus squatted down so his massive head was very close once it had finished speaking.
"Yes, this is most definitely my Territory, visitor" Pevus said before standing back to his full height and casting a foreboding shadow over the leader of these Fallen, "I do not care whether or not you keep your helmet on, that is of no importance to me. And yes, I have come here for a reason, which is why I did not kill you from my camp, and because you cannot salvage ashes" Pevus said gruffly, though he seemed to have just had the thought about the salvage whilst he spoke.
"I am going to give you several options, pick freely, or purpose counter offers. Firstly, you may trade with me as a form of rent for your time in my Territory. Secondly, you may keep your wares and pay in manual labor. Thirdly..." Pevus said with a sinister grin before continuing, "You can join my force for a time"
His grin was not sinister in malicious way towards this the Fallen, but in a way someone would sinisterly grin when purposing the stealthy removal of delicious baked goods from a jar they were not supposed to open. Pevus had worked with the Fallen before, and quite enjoyed their usefulness in conjunction with his own species. He had also had an insect colony as a small one, which he quite enjoyed. This put him at least in a slightly cooperative frame of mind, though he had little patience with waiting. He was very much a busy body, go go go all the time!

Falksis, Traitor Serf - Fallen Captain. Mars, Cabal territory. Better than slavery, hopefully.
Adjusting his footing, by digging his toe claws into the ground, so he would remain where he was standing Falksis leaned back from the plain smooth-face of the Cabal as it got right in his own face. True to most races of the galaxy calling his own species Spider Pirates it was an impressive feat of flexibility as he was almost bent at a 45 degree angle from his knees up and not falling over.
Thankfully he was able to return to more normal standing position after Pevus backed off to his normal height and distance, Falk really glad he kept his helmet on as he was sure its breath was terrible as he carefully considered the choices. They didn't have much to trade with the majority of the systems destroyed by the sabotage...The Dreg would be well suited to manual labor but he was fairly confident that when the Cabal said that he meant all of them...seems like joining up until who knows how long was their best bet.
Gesturing back at the crashed ship with his lower set of arms he shrugged his upper set as he replied. "There's not much their beside scrap, the Kell destroyed most of the systems. Take it if you wish - perhaps it will lower our debt to you. But it seems we will be working for you now, Archon Tra 'aurd." He said, still slightly on edge as he used his species name for the rank above Captain, still not 100% convinced that this wasn't a ploy to get them to lower their guards as the two Guardians who had arrived were still unnoticed. Falk closing his eyes and silently growling in his helmet as he heard the Ghost pop up. All that would do would be to complicate matters.
------------
The Ghost finally seemed to take a break from transmitting as it floated out from behind the cover it had, doing a little spin before puttering over to Falksis and looking from the Fallen to the Cabal. Seemed that it was seeing everyone as a friendly Guardian today. The Ghost seemed pretty pleased as it did another little flip as both species kept cautiously watching the other.

Pevus Tra`aurd, Cabal Leader. Well then....
Pevus had watched intently as the Fallen tilted back, quite amusing. He was quite pleased when the creature tacked on a title to his name, respect was a good thing from his minions. Pevus saw a beautiful working relationship ahead of the two, himself and... and, what the hell was his name? Had he already asked and forgotten, or did the Fallen not mention it? How embarrassing either way, Pevus couldn't admit if he forgot it, and he didn't want to have to put upon the Fallen to spit out his name. Troubling.
"Excellent my friend..." Pevus said, leaving a gap for the Fallen to fill in with a name. "...we'll scrap this vessel to shave some of your contract time off, depending on your service Yo..." Pevus said before breaking off abruptly as a tiny floating thing came out from around the fallen ship, Pevus's pleased look fading to one of confusion and anger. Both hands went to his weapon and the barrel cycled in a slow circle, ready to rip this Fallen in half should the need arise.
"And what, employee, is that!" Pevus said angrily, "What trickery is this, where did you get that?" Pevus roared, his right eyelid twitching.

Jamal-2 - Dead Orbit Master Warlock Crashed shipGate CrashingJamal saw the Ghost float down and the Cabal go nuts about it before whispering to his ghost, "Why is there a Ghost with that Fallen?"
"No Idea, but it looks like it's in perfect condition"
"Search the area for any more Ghost's."
"Ok, let's see, aside from the one down there... There is one more further away."
"Where? Give me the location."
Jamal waited and received the location. He took one last glance down at the two forces and looked to where the other Ghost was. He took two steps back before turning towards the Derelict ship and running and jumping to the ship, landing with a dull thud and hoping that whoever was watching saw him and was ready to help. He creeped up closer to the meeting and heard something metallic fall behind him.
He turned and saw a dreg looking at him. He turned and jumped, clearing the distance quickly and burying his knife in it's temple before it could raise a call. He carefully placed the body down and returned to where the meeting was and readied his rifle, taking aim at the Cabal's head and placing his finger on the trigger.

Falksis - Cabal Auxiliary. Mars, Cabal territory. Explanations and re-grouping.
"Falksis," he added for the Cabal as he promoted him to share his name. But he left out his former title as it was now gone from him, since he was now in the employ of another force and it would be up to his new Archon if he was deserving of a title. In all honesty he wasn't sure what to think about being a Cabal soldier, he knew that there way of combat was very different than what he was trained to do...but at least it wasn't immediate death or slavery. Just need to try and focus on that, though Pevus started to rev his chain gun and point it in his general direction as the Ghost looked at him. Falksis holding his lower arms out in a hopefully calming gesture as he reaches out and carefully took hold of the Ghost with his right upper arm, left upper just hanging for now.
"A Ghost, Archon, I found it during a salvage job when I was still under the employ of the Kell. It's been damaged which is why it is fine approaching us. Its the reason I was banished from the House of Exiles," quite poignant now that he thought about it. "Because I didn't destroy it when I first found it. It occasionally spouts useless speeches about the damned Guardians but also taught me some useful things." Still holding the Ghost he let out a slow breath as he flicked his left upper arm, lower arms still hold out in a non threatening manner, as he opened his upper left palm and a small purple energy sphere appeared in it. Falksis smiling a little in his helmet before he pointed and the ball zipped off, away from everyone, and blew up in a cloud of red dust. "Its slowly been teaching me how to use their accursed power, and is also good at opening doors. Hopefully it will serve us well in our new joint venture, Archon."
----
The Dreg that was trying to raise the alarm couldn't even make a noise before its pistol and energy knife pomped into the sandy ground, shortly followed by the Dregs body. By now most of Falksis's troops had holstered their weapons and were starting to come down off their perches or out from cover, two Dreg making their way toward the Exo Guardian as they moved around the back of the ship to re-group with their Captain and the Vandals.

Jamal-2 Exo Master Warlock
Time to announce his arrival. Jamal prepped his guns and looked down towards the meeting between the two. He turned back as he heard a Dreg let out a warning to all the others, Jamal cursed under his breath and let out two shots and felled the Dreg as another started shooting at him. He ran to the edge and shot back at the Dreg, hitting it once in the chest and leaving it to bleed out. He turned and aimed at the Cabal, shooting a burst of fire before retreating back and jumping down into a hole that exposed the insides of the ship.
"Game on" He said quietly to none in particular.

Pevus Tra`aurd, Cabal Leader and Gladiator. Looks like things are getting bad... fast.
Pevus watched this Falksis carefully as the puny creature carefully talked its way out of being shot into a fine paste, so far he was doing a decent job of it. Pevus paused when Falksis said he had been banished from the House of Exiles, bursting into heavy laughter at the irony and indecency of the statement. So he was hiring the lowest of the low? The exiled of exiles, quite hilarious to Pevus it seemed as he slowly simmered down from redfaced laughter to interspersed chuckling. He continued to listen, but was then surprised greatly as the Fallen summoned a purple sphere before sending it zipping off to explode in a poof of red. This Falksis would be a valuable tool if handled properly.
Falksis wielded great power, showed respect to a superior officer, and seemed to have a good reign going on over his Dreg and other associates. Pevus saw an excellent working relationship ahead of the two of them. "Most excellent, Falksis. You have started to harness great power, and I wish to see you continue your learning under my... protection" Pevus said "We will crush those who would oppose us, and take revenge on those who have wronged us" Pevus concluded as raised an open palm and closed tightly into a fist, thinking partially of the Exiles who threw Falksis out but mostly about the other Cabal he wished to kill.
Pevus's little triumph was short lived as something started around the Fallen ship, he started to heavily rev his chain gun but before he could fire at any form of target he was shot in the shoulder. The armor plating caught it, but it still cracked slightly and enraged Pevus. He slammed his helmet onto his head with a rhinocerine bellow before shouting "Move!" to the Fallen then opening fire onto the area where the creature(he assumed it was a Guardian, though he didn't actually see it well enough to tell for certain) had been. After his initial burst of fire, he let off and left his chain gun on full rotation so he could start firing quickly if need be."It appears we have a would-be assassin on our hands Falksis, command your Fallen while I call in my own Cabal" Pevus announced before activating his communications channel "Send in four Legionaries for support, hold back vehicular involvement and put the entire base on high alert, Pevus out!" the rhinocerine giant roared.

Falksis - Cabal Auxiliary. Mars, Cabal territory. So funny...MURDER!
If one could see the Fallens eyes behind his helmet as Pevus guffawed about his outsting they would see that he thought the situation was also hilarious - completely blank slightly narrowed eyes without any laughing or shaking with mirth. At least it got the Cabals mind off the murder he seemed to want to do and having him in a good mood would likely help his own chances at survival as he glanced to the side as one of the Dreg let out a small noise. But then was brought back to Pevus as he spoke about working together and the advantages of that. Falk was slightly troubled at what he wanted to do - as it didn't wake much to extrapolate that Pevus meant not only the guardians but all that had personally wronged him - as in his own race. That wasn't a charge he wanted to be between of two Cabal fighting, but he didn't have much choices as the alert was sounded by his troops.
Quickly pulling out one of his blades and his rifle he held the blade in his lower left arm and rifle in his two upper arms as he turned and just spotted something not Fallen dive into the remains of his ship. He also heard something impact his Commander but he knew that it would take more than that to bring down a Cabal - or he had been lied too about the strength of their armor up till today. Or if he was downed by a single burst than he and his fellows were doomed. But the revving of the chain gun answered that as Falk just nodded and started to run back toward his troops. One of his Vandals were above the hold as the Dreg that was shot was being tended too by two others as Falk waved the Vandal off.
"No! Don't follow the target inside," he spoke out, into his radio that would go to his forces and Pevus's radio but nothing external as he waved his free lower arm about. "There is no-where for it to go now that its inside there. The weapons are gone, the systems are gone, and everything useful is gone as well. Following it inside will just give it the advantage. We will just make a perimeter and gun it down when it has to leave. No sense in losing mroe troops than we have already."
The Vandal nodded and climbed down with the others as the wounded Dreg was stabilized and sat against a rock with its weapon ready as the rest took up position around the salvaged ship. Falk staying near the main hanger doors as he glanced back at nodded at Pevus. "Not injured are you Archon? Seems we have a cornered contact inside."
The hidden Guardian on the hillside still eluding detection as she watched the proceedings.

As he was adjusting his sword on his back, and his Hive Boomer on his hand he got an informed report of a distress beacon. Kardok made a gesture to his troops, in which they cheered due to the sheer magnitude of the gesture suggesting that a great cleansing of the unpurified was about to happen. The Wizard floated ahead, as a guide, and support as he could summon lower thrall with what the "humans" that was magic when it was just teleportation science. Stopping a few meters from what appeared to be a crashed ship and dreaded nonpurifyed Fallen and what seemed to be a Guardian chatting through his plasma binoculars . This proved his most deepest fear of his two dreaded enemies teaming together. Ordering his troops to stop with an open hand, Kardok was prepared to investigate further, and hope to not be discovered.

It was hard to believe that this place was once blessed with Human life. Now a good portion of Humanity's accomplishments get buried in the bloodied sand as the aliens fight to claim it while the Guardians try to discover and preserve what's left of their forgotten past. The rider of the Sparrow, a young female Human, was on her way to help reinforce a group of Guardians fighting to protect a communication center under raid by some Fallen. This was until she heard the sounds of gunfire on her right. She slowed to a stop to listen.
"You hear that Geoffrey?" Val said to her currently invisible companion.
"Gunfire," the somber voice answered from seemingly nowhere.
"That is the sound of something interesting going down," the Titan said, "It also sounds like fun."
As she steered her Sparrow toward the sound, her Ghost said, "What about the com center?"
"It was sent to a lot of people. I'm sure a good portion of them responded," she replied, "However from the sound of it whoever is receiving such fire surely is deserving of our assistance."
With that she darted toward the sounds of chaos, war, and adventure.
Eventually as she traveled the flat plains Val could spy something large in the distance. As they gained ground she saw in more detail. There was a crashed ship surrounded by a large group of Fallen and Cabal. Further were some vehicles of Cabal origin. "There are some Guardians in the area," Geoffrey said.
Her HUD was highlighted with names and their positions. One of them was inside the ship, probably what they were shooting at, and another somewhere that she can't see. It looked really bad for the guy inside, Jamal-2 it said on her HUD. "Maybe I can even up the odds," she said to herself.
Then again, how? She wouldn't do much good if she just blindly charged in only to get shot up like a clay pigeon. Then she remembered something. Some problems can only be solved by blunt instruments. It's where and how hard that make it effective. It was something her mentor used to say to her, may he rest in peace. She slowed to give herself more time to think and plan. That platform looked awfully like a... Val began to think then a devious grin crossed her helmeted face when the idea finally cemented. She gunned the Sparrow forward.
She weaved through a few Fallen before she came upon the slanted platform. She turned on the afterburner when she was on it, allowing her to gain some extra speed for when she left the platform and soared in the air. Val flew over a Fallen Captain and Cabal Gladiator. When she reached the peak of her jump, she leaped off, using a bit of Thrust to get some extra momentum. As she fell she pulled out her longsword, a mystical blade she named Mr. Shocky, and aimed her descent for a spot between the two vehicles the Cabal brought with them. She landed on a very unlucky Cabal, her blade sinking straight through his armor from the momentum of her fall. The large creature cushioned the landing and she torn out her sword, the middle of her double edged blade now emitting a slight blue glow of Arc Light.
Val darted behind the vehicle on her right, using it as cover from the horde and other vehicle while also hacking at the back where she thought the armor would be weakest.

Kardok The Unstoppable, Venom of Oryx Mars, Great anarchy, Great time to strike Kardok ducked down into the hot sand as soon as he saw the unholy object look towards him. The creature with it seemed to ignore it, and with a guttural sigh Kardok started scanning again. He almost could smile as one Guardian charged in, causing more mayhem than what appeared to be an intruder on the now allied Cabal and Fallen alliance. This Guardian seemed very well trained, and while that Guardian was being distracted he seemed to want to target what appeared to be a Novice Guardian, due to it staying back and scanning like Kardok was doing. Kardok changed his mind, as it seemed to be an easy advisory, and he felt the thirst for Fallen and Cabal blood. While letting out a deep loud guttural sound to attempt to terrify everyone., Kardok unleashed his Thrall first, to cause even more anarchy. The Acolytes hung back a bit more, due to his order. He wasn't going to make a mistake and charge everyone in at once, he learned this more than once from too close encounters with death while facing these expert guardians. The Wizard floated by his side, as he unsheathed the great sword that snuffed out the light of five guardians, one of them being an expert. The Knights charged in, the initiates first with their strong swords, followed by the more advanced knights with Hive Boomers. Kardok was going to appear weaker than usual, just carrying his sword while chattering more commands to his troops. The Thrall split up at one point, and went to either side of the ship. This was going to be a great slaughtering.

Falksis - Cabal Auxiliary. Mars, Cabal territory. To many arms on the host!
Falk was actually pleased as his Dreg and Vandals moved into positions around their fallen Fallen ship. Soon a Guardian, if that was indeed what it was that had killed one of his troops and fled into the ship, would be dead and properly looted. A prize to forge the new partnership between him and Pevus. But his hopes for the future soon took a downward turn as it seemed most of the population of Mars seemed to suddenly arrive on the scene of the crashed vessel.
First there was the little alert message of something in sensor range, making Falk look and squint in the direction of the Hive army that was approaching, but he didn't see anything in his quick look before the distant crack of a rifle followed another of his troops falling dead. But even before he could shout out to get behind cover the screeching of a Sparrow zipped around the ship, zipped off a ramp, flew right over Pevus and himself, and then flattened one of Pevus's troops before starting to hack at their tanks. And to top it all off several of his Dreg were now frozen in fear as a massive wave of Hive were now charging forward, with a massive red Knight lazily commanding them from the back.
So not only was he cast away from his own today he was going to die as well. At least he had a choice of death; be sniped silly, cleaved from the Guardians blade, mauled by Hive, or crushed by Pevus for some reason he could barely fathom. He wasn't even sure if he wanted to issue orders right now, the chances of himself or any of his troops living was so low now it would just be wasting time until the end. He knew the Guardians and the Hive would fight, perhaps they could try to flee then...but one of his Vandals shouting for orders snapped him out of it. If he was going to die, he wasn't going to do so on his knees begging for mercy...yet - he would do what he could until then.
"Fall back from the hills!" One problem at a time, sniper first. "Keep the scrap between you and the shooter, then keep running toward us and the Cabal vehicles away from the Hive! We will swarm the blade Guardian and then fire with the Cabal at the Hive, and drive them back to the underground!" bringing up his DMR to his eyes Falk started to take a few shots at the charging Hive front line as he moved back toward the Cabal craft, hoping he guessed where the sniper was correctly...
(Should probably wait for BetaW now peeps, to be all the Cabal. Poor Falk - being out numbered by nearly everyone now.)

Pevus Tra`aurd, Cabal Commander All Hell has broken loose, by the red sands this sucks!
Pevus was for the first time in his career, overwhelmed. There were so many sudden changes, a small smattering of Guardians, the ship hider and some crazy with a sword, plus a sniper of some sort was about too. He was snapped out of his confusion at the sound of guttural roar-like sound from the Red knight, was he supposed to be scared? "Send in sixteen additional Legionaries, two Centurion and twelve Phalanx, immediately!!!" Pevus roared as he opened fire with his Heavy slug thrower, its gatling-like design revving before sending a chain of fire at the incoming Hive Thralls.
The four Legionaries Pevus had previously called for arrived, forming up behind him awaiting orders. "You two," Pevus said to the nearest duo "find the sniper in the dunes, it's somewhere to the right of the ship from where we are. Incapacitate it when you find it." Pevus said and two ran off in the general direction of the sniper fire.
"And you two," he said to the remaining duo "Engage the damn Titan from a distance, if you have to destroy the Goliath to kill it, then go for it!" he bellowed as he continued to fire upon their Hive attackers. Pevus turned his attention to the Red Knight for a moment, long enough to fire his shoulder rockets at him before addressing Falksis. "Falksis, get ready to have your troops fall back behind my own once they arrive!" Pevus roared as the thundering of Cabal footsteps could be felt lightly as his troops marched in the direction of the battle.

Valentine Wellsing - Human Titan Mars, Hostile Territory HIIIVVVE!!!! As Val hopped on the back of the Goliath and hacked away at one of its jets she heard an sound she didn't expect to hear on Mars. It was a roar all too familiar to her. It was one that rang all too often on the grey wastelands of the Moon. It was the sound that echoed through the various tunnels in order to escape the beings out of nightmares. It was the sound made by the previous user of her sword, Gigmash the Unholy, before she reclaimed it back for the the Light. It was a sound that she can pick out anywhere. It was the sound of a Hive Knight. Val was compelled to face the faction she considered her worst nemesis but two rounds that impacted her chest reminded her of her current predicament. Two Cabal Legionnaires were open firing on her. She hid behind the turret of the Goliath, noticing she lost half her shields. She sheathed her sword and pulled out her Auto Rifle. Popping out of cover, the female Titan took some shots of her own, shooting in short controlled bursts before getting into cover again. Though their armor was thick, she managed to land three shots in the head to put one of her adversaries down before she had to reload.

Jamal-2 Dead Orbit Master Warlock Surprise!!!
Jamal heard all the commotion outside and started making his way to the weakest part of the ship, his Ghost appeared beside him.
"Are yo.." It started
"Yep" Jamal replied
"But tha.."
"I know"
"Oh dear, I would do it know then..." His Ghost finished with forced enthusiasm.
Jamal saw some of the Hull plating that was coming loose already, he increased his pace and slammed into the metal plating, tearing the the plating from the hull and crushing whatever was beneath him. Jamal immediately threw down a nova bomb into the centre of the Cabal and Fallen ranks and started shooting the Cabal that was in charge, aiming for the neck, shoulders and legs, charging the Cabal with a fierce determination.

Name: Gensis, Reaver Wanderer -Fallen Title, given by the Fallen as slang- Species: Fallen Age: 30 Human Years Gender: Male Class: -Master- Vandal -Initiate- Hunter
Powers/Skills: Gensis wields a basic grasp of blinking, along with the most basic understanding of english. ("yes" and "no") Weapons: Four Fallen swords, one Shrapnel rifle
Bio: Gensis is well known by many Fallen, mostly because of his infamous leave from the House of Exiles. His leave consisted of killing the Kell's guard, shunning the Kell, and stealing a Skiff.
Appearance: Like most under the House of Exile, he wears green colored armor, but is made visually independent by the loss of one of the "horns" protruding off the side of his helmet, along with the addition of broken pieces of guardian armor on the shoulders, knees, and back. All of which, have been painted green. Whilst on Mars (or any dusty or windy place) he wears a tan cloak.
Allegiance: Former Fallen House of Exile Allies/Vehicles/Troops: A Stolen Pike, although he destroyed it awhile before
Gensis, Reaver WandererMars, Cabal TerritoryWandering randomly... ...into hellGensis wandered for miles, running from Cabal and hiding from guardians. He was weak, he could feel the wounds sting. Cabal weapons hurt, like all weapons. But Cabal weapons hurt more...
He was approaching a Cabal base, he was ready to finally die, by Guardian, Fallen, Vex, Cabal, etcetera. That was, until he began to hear the loud firing of weapons. < Hmm? A battle? I have no intentions to fight, but maybe there are allies....yes...> He spoke to himself, the only thing that kept him calm, voices. He desperately needed others, he was on the verge of insanity. He began to run towards the camp, well, more like a fast walk. As he grew closer to the structure, he saw a downed ship. Not any ship, a Fallen Ship. He fast walked towards that instead. He needed to see some of his kind, even if they would end him. He needed to know he wasn't alone. He pressed against the wall of the ship, and heard more gunshots. He quickly noticed that to the right of him was a broken wall. It wasn't open, but he could pry it open. He took out his blades, two of them, and with the rest of his strength, he ripped open the wall and made his way in. He pressed on, moving through the wreckage. < Hello? Is anyone there? Hello! I need help!> Gensis yelped. Just behind him, he could hear the bellowing of the Hive. Zombie-like abominations, begging for a sword in the chest. Gensis clutched his two swords, he yanked out the other two and prepared for a fight. He was in terrible shape, and could use some assistance, but hopefully the surviving Fallen had heard his groans. (( NOTE: This Post has Fallen speech, shown like < this>. ))

Falksis - Cabal Auxiliary. Mars, Cabal Territory. Frozen and barely keeping up with orders; seek, retreat, fight!
With so much going on Falk, if he survived, would think he handled it quite well as his forces started to finally leave the wreckage of their ship and move to the firing line against the fast approaching Hive. But he had a few more orders to issue as the Guardian that had taken cover in his ship broke through the side and the Hive was still moving at them. At least the Sniper seemed to be occupied enough to not shoot at them right now.
"Dreg! Throw all your grenades at the Hive approaching then ALL of you turn and bring that Guardian down!" He got affirmatives from his troops as the Guardian moved to attack them as well, unloading toward Pevus and hurling a energy grenade at them. Falk had to ignore the bullets raining towards Pevus as he did something rather amazing. Dropping his rifle so only one of his lower arms were barely holding it he shoved out his other three arms and managed to stop the void explosive in the middle of the air. But he seemed to be as frozen as the crackling ball as it started to ever so slowly move to the side and away from the Fallen and Cabal - but even though his armor the strain of doing this was showing with Falk's slightly shaking arms and legs.
Meanwhile the Dreg did as they were commanded and threw their grenades at the rushing Hive before the remaining eleven of them all opened fire on the in the open rushing Guardian with their pistols. Meanwhile five of the six Vandals turned their long arms to the running Guardian as well as they kept moving back toward the Cabal. But nearly all of the Fallen had forgotten the Guardian on top of the tank as thet focused on the Hive and the Guardian in the open.
The last Vandal was about to open fire before he heard a new voice call out for aid, in the Fallen tongue with a Fallen voice. Quickly hopping back to the top of the wreckage he peered down into the dark to see the familiar green cloak of an Exile - and despite not being part of that house anymore and under the only obligation right now to just kill his fellow and loot the body they needed all the guns they could bring to bear now. Setting his rifle beside the door the Vandal crouched down and hung on the inside of the ship as he called out, three hands out stretched to get his fellow Fallen out of the ship so they could move to the tanks.
"Up here, now! To the Cabal to hold back the Hive!" He hissed out in the Fallen language as the sounds of shooting made him have to shout just to be heard.

Gensis, Reaver Wanderer Mars, Cabal territory Honor to the Exiles!
Gensis heard the calls of a fellow Fallen. He complied the request to come to the top of the ship, not only because of his dire need to see others, but also to the call of battle.. Gensis sprang upwards, grabbing the wall just diagonal to the Vandal, and swung to him and grabbed his hands. With his feet, and remaining hand, he worked his way to the top of the craft. He quickly pulled out all four of his swords, the weapon he was most effective with.
<So, Vandal, how many Cabal and how many hive? Hmm.... I feel as if there are guardians present... you can feel it in the battle, I can't wait to add to my armor set with their helmets!>
Gensis screamed out to the Guardians, hoping their ghosts could translate the battle phase. <All hail the House of Exiles! Honour to us! Honour to all under our flag!> Really, Gensis was trying not to be murdered by this group of Fallen. He has betrayed many Fallen for finding who he is, and trying to kill him. But, given his current state, trying to keep from making his possibly infamous leave from the House of Exiles hidden is key. He jumped down, swords in hand, charging and blinking from enemy to enemy.

Pevus Tra`aurd, Cabal Leader. Getting serious.
Pevus continued to fire upon the Hive, the disgusting monsters would not prevail if he had anything to do with it! His fellow Cabal had arrived in a tremendous thunder of footsteps and started taking the fight to the Hive, and his new Fallen friends had retreated behind his warriors for the most part. Before he could target the Titan, he was being fired upon by another Guardian, the rat they pinned earlier. "I'll rip your guts out!" he bellowed furiously.
Pevus roared and raised his arm to shield his head from the incoming fire, before releasing a pair of his shoulder rockets to combat his attacker, before swiping forward with his arm trying to backhand the Guardian with his gargantuan limbs. His Soldiers continued to fight valiantly despite the casualties and opposition, some having split off from the main force to attack the various Guardians about.

Valentine Wellsing - Human Titan Mars, Hostile Territory We’re In a Tight Spot! As Val managed to dispatch the other Cabal Legionnaire she noticed more were heading her way. Great, she thought. While the tank was decent cover, she couldn’t sit on top of it forever. She didn’t have the ammo and she longed to brandish her blade against its favored foe, the Hive. She looked at her other options. It seems the Fallen were retreating behind the much heavier equipped Cabal line as they clashed with the incoming Hive. The Cabal leader, Mr. Big Kahuna with the shoulder rockets, seemed to be focused on the Guardian in the ship. Suddenly an idea sparked into form. “Geoffrey!” she called. “Yes Guardian?” her Ghost’s echoed in her helmet. “We're in a tight spot! Can you hack this tank?” “I’m not very familiar with Cabal technolo…” “Yes or no?!” “…Maybe?” Val groaned in aggravation. “Come on! What do I have you around for?!” she said, “You’re supposed to be good at this stuff!” “I can’t do anything from out here but maybe if I get inside I could…” “There’s an idea,” she interrupted. More out of some random instinct than thought, Val pulled out her sword and popped out behind the tank turret. Her sword glowed noticeably brighter than the last time she held it, an obvious electric blue light running down the middle of the blade. Spying something that looked like a hatch on the top of the tank, with a mighty swing she brought it down on what she thought was the hatch. Sure enough it popped open. She jumped down inside it to find three very surprised Psions. Being a heavily armored Guardian with a melee weapon in a confined space with very lightly armored beings, she quickly dispatched them. She noticed after the whole ordeal she realized that her shield bar was red. “Geoffrey, get to work! I’ll make sure we stay in one piece!” Val said as she took out her Auto Rifle and stood up out of the hatch, exposing just enough of her body to accurately shoot.

Falksis - Cabal Auxiliary. Mars, Cabal Territory. Trying to hold and expunge the Guardian in the tank.
The Vandal grunted as he pulled Gensis up and out of the ship she he could join them in battle. Not glorious battle as their side was still heavily outnumbered just battle. He just nodded as the other spoke, not really feeling like now would be the best time to let him how that they were exiled. Not that he would have anyway as he was standing right beside the Reaver and may get those blades in his guts after his arms had been removed if this Fallen was still with the exiles. But at least he seemed eager for battle as the Vandal retreived his rifle and crouched on the wreckage of the ship. He was glad to see that the Dreg were dragging The Captain back as he fired from the ground.
"Honor!" He called to the Reaver as he started to fire at the fast approaching Hive. "Retreat back to the line wh," was as far as he got before a Fallen shot speared through his head, the Vandals rifle clattering to the top of the ship before he collapsed back and fell into the remains of the ship.
----
Falk finally took a breath when the void grenade was finally diverted so it wouldn't hit any of his troops, but his breath of air soon turned into a hiss of pain as he collapsed onto his back from the exertion. Barely able to feel his legs he called for hid Dreg to assist him as his force kept falling back to try and use the Cabal vehicles as cover. Two Dreg grabbed under his upper arms as he did his best to air his rifle with his lower arms, firing in the general direction of the Hive as he was pulled back. But the sound of Cabal screaming from the tank he was sat against made him growl and nod at his Dreg's as his Vandals took cover behind the Cabal sheilds and tanks to fire at the Hive.
"Dreg! All of you get into and on that tank, I want the guardians skull!" The Dreg chattered happily at this as a group of them started to clamber up the side of the tank while the rest tried to enter through the side doors, pistols and daggers ready as Falk moved his rifle up to his main arms and fired from his sat position.
