Tin stood on the deck of the massive ship, it's metal floor feeling odd against his boots. He was wearing a black cloak that went down to his knees, that covered the light armor he wore underneath. At his back, with only the handle sticking from his cloak, was God Slayer, his cleaver. He kept the two handed weapon from sight, simply because it drew attention, not that a large handle didn't, but it was keep sake from times long since past. The ship was in dark waters, rain slightly pattering down on the hooded figure as he waited for his challenger to arrive. If she didn't hurry up the storm might pick up...

Tin heard her coming, and kept in the same position. Hood covering his face as he listened to her draw near. When she finally breached his vision he frowned and simply watched, listening as she went on about his bounty. He hadn't even realized he had a bounty, not that it was unthinkable. He adjusted so it was apparent that he was looking at the woman. His head moving slightly as he looked her up and down. His eyes honed in on the blades, watching as the divided a rain drop, that would be a problem. When she suddenly burst into flame he simply sighed and slowly reached behind, resting his hand on the crease of his cloak, where the hood met the fabric.
"I claim the right..."
he said, loud enough to be heard, but making no effort to be. Suddenly, a large lightning bolt struck the deck, causing a blinding light. In the time that it took for the lightning to hit, he launched himself over the rail, flinging the cloak out in front of himself, drawing God Slayer and slicing through the cloak at the woman. He didn't need to speak, it didn't matter to him why she was here, or what she wanted, needed, or who she was. She was in his way, and he did not tolerate hindrances.

Tin took note of her ability to warp, as well as her speed and reaction time. She was on par with him, and he knew this fight would be interesting. He watched as she lunged forward, swinging her weapon horizontally towards his chest. God Slayer was as large as him, bigger if you included the handle, and Tin used that to his advantage. He left the tip on the ground and pushed the weapon up, pulling the blade so it rested vertically across his whole body. He then put his boot on the crease in the crescent part of the top and kicked it forward, using his speed and strength to lunge the blade into an upwards slash, while still using it to defend his body.

Tin watched, still stone faced, as the girl leapt about, he saw her start to go in for the attack but back off and end up sliding about. She reminded him of an infant, who had yet to fully grasp it's mobility. She had all the parts for running, but she still crawled. He turned as she slid past, behind him, flipping God Slayer up onto his shoulder with ease. He cocked his head when she launched herself towards him, teleporting at the last second to be at his side. He had to react fast, letting God Slayer slide over his shoulder and stab into the ground with a massive creaking groan of the hull.
He was quick, his his now free hand to grab the back of her blade, gripping at the middle as to not cut himself. He moved his torso back and pushed down with the blade, pulling her in close and letting it tear through his armor and cut into the flesh on his chest, earning a healthy blood spray. He used her momentum to yank towards him and grab the scruff of her cloak. He then over hand thew her, with both hands, into the stack of shipping crates to their left. He then began to store electricity in side of his body, letting the slight crackle build up as the air felt static. He cocked his head at her, still holding no emotion.
"You could be faster, if you pushed yourself. And capes...are not ideal for combat."

Tin watched her with the same blank look, his eyes the only thing visible of his masked face. But his eyes were like a storm trapped in a bottle, raging waves of anger crashing against the glass, trying to break free. He cocked his head once again as she spoke. Her taste for flair would be her down fall. His gaze followed hers to the gaping wound on his chest, now sluggishly oozing blood. He reached down and gripped one side of the flesh with each hand, then pulled them apart to reveal the chromed steal. "I am mechanical beneath this skin." he said monotone. He then let go of his flesh and instead raised a single hand to be palm up facing her. "Lets see how fast you are. Lighting moves at 3,700 miles per second. Lets see if you can dodge it." he said before lightning sprang from his hand, flying at her. The lightning he produces was black, due to the radiation his core immited.

Tin had no emotion for her ability, he had no expectations, just reactions. So when the girl dodged his lightning, noting the change of iris, he reacted by swinging God Slayer up off the ground to rest on his shoulder, however, her sudden appearance in front of him was more than he could react to, she was just simply faster. He felt her blades dig through his skin and into the metal chassie below, ripping open the metal and exposing the circuitry and wires beneath. Buried beneath those wires and metal, was his core, a fusion reactor that powered him indefinitely, it's housing was compromised, causing Tin to begin to leak radiation.
Realizing the gravity of the situation Tin did two things, the first thing was activate his core's meltdown procedure, causing his power output to triple, and then to try to latch onto the girl, hoping the intense radiation would be enough to take them both down in a Pyrrhic victory.
